CELEBS GIVE BACK: Trina Braxton, Gabe Solis & More Play Some Golf For Charity Posted: 30 Oct 2013 07:54 AM PDT Trina Braxton and Gabe Solis were among the celebs who participated in The 2nd Annual James Mark Golf Classic 2013 over the weekend.  Yep, seems as though these two are STILL together.  Find out what the event raised money for inside....   Over the weekend, "Braxton Family Values" stars Trina Braxton and Gabe Solis joined Memphitz and other notables in Boulder City, Nevada for The 2nd Annual James Mark Golf Classic 2013.   The 2nd Annual James Mark Golf Classic is a day of golf and special events in support of the Wounded Warrior Project. The mission of the project is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors, the generation of wounded service members who do military service and defend the country. Trina and her family are gearing up for a new season of "Braxton Family Values" on WeTV, November 14th at 9/8c.  NFL player Stevie Baggs Jr. and model Jeni Summer were there too. WE CALLED IT! Source Confirms Kerry Washington Is PREGNANT! Posted: 30 Oct 2013 06:40 AM PDT We called it FIRST....almost 2 months ago.  A friend of Kerry Washington is now confirming the "Scandal" star is expecting her first child!  Deets inside... We've been saying since the first week of September that Kerry Washington looks to be expecting.  The extra roomy dresses she never wore before, the much fuller face, speeding through MAJOR red carpets (like the Emmys)...it all signals a baby on the way to us. And today, Us Weekly reports that a friend of the 36-year-old TV and movie star confirms she is indeed pregnant! "She's about four months along," a pal tells Us of Washington. (Thus far, the mom-to-be has kept any hint of a baby bump concealed under roomy dresses.) This will be the first child for Kerry and her NFL baller husband Nnamdi Asomugha.  And we're not necessarily expecting an official announcement from Kerry...especially since she never made an official announcement about her secret marriage this summer!  But she has spoken about being a married woman when prompted in interviews.   Kerry's also been toting around her dog Josie in a big bag that draws attention away from her belly.  Another decoy. BREAKING: Chris Brown Says He's Entering Rehab [UPDATED] Posted: 29 Oct 2013 07:36 PM PDT New developments for Chris Brown.  He's apparently entering rehab.  Deets inside... Just one day after being arraigned (pictured above) and receiving a lesser misdemeanor charge after punching a man in D.C., Chris Brown is taking a surprising road today.  He's announced he's entering rehab. In a statement to E! News, the embattled singer's rep says: "Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility.  His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point." In regards to "figuring out past and recent behavior"...we can't help but wonder if some of that behavior involves drugs. The timing is interesting as his legal team is said to be most concerned with how this most recent charge will affect his current probation, due to the Rihanna domestic violence situation.  If a judge rules Chris is in violation of his probation due to him getting arrested in D.C., he faces four years in jail. Entering rehab could work in his favor with the judge. Chris posted to Twitter today this cryptic statement: In order to go where u have never gone u have to be willing to go where u never been!!!! #OHB! CBE!   We'll keep you posted....   *UPDATE* Chris' lawyer reportedly dropped the singer off at rehab, for anger management, around 1AM EST.  His mom and girlfriend Karrueche were also there. OH: Karrueche Plants A Big Kiss On Chris Brown After Arraignment....While Danity Kane Does Promo Instead Of CANCELLED CONCERT (Thanks To Chris) Posted: 29 Oct 2013 05:44 PM PDT Chris Brown is back home after his arraignment in D.C.  And his on-again off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran welcomed him back with open arms..and a big ass kiss.  Check the pic inside, plus Danity Kane hitting up 92.3 radio station to talk about their concert that's now cancelled...because of Chris Brown... So....this happened.  Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown are letting y'all know all is still good in their hood. Kae tweeted, the morning after Chris' arrest in D.C., about hating waking up to bad news.  But it seems she's given him a sweet Welcome Back today.  She posted the above pic of the two kissing saying, "Always & Forever".  And Kae may be happy to have her man home, but folks are still a bit pissy about tonight's concert in NYC that was cancelled because of Chris' troubles. The 92.3NOW "Scream" concert, which was going down at Roseland Ballroom, was also going to serve as Danity Kane's comeback show.  The group was scheduled to open for Breezy, but that's no longer happening since Chris had to cancel the concert. The girls said in a statement yesterday: “While in our final rehearsal for tomorrow’s show with Chris Brown at Roseland Ballroom, we received the unfortunate news that, due to circumstances beyond our control, the show has been cancelled,” said the group. “We are deeply distraught by the cancellation as we’ve been working hard for weeks to record and rehearse new music for you, the fans. We were so excited to share it with you and are already working hard to find the soonest possible opportunity to reschedule.” They still continued their radio promo, since they were already in the Big Apple.  And they looked fab while doing so:   Dawn, Aubrey, Shannon and Aundrea rolled to 92.3 to chop it up with DJ Toro.  They talked recording their new album, new sounds and more. Future took some time away from his big Would You Like A Tour? shows with Drake to do something personal to him: Design the engagement ring for the love of his life.  And he's ordered it back in August. We've got a pic of the "I Wanna Be With You" rapper inside Avianne & Co. jewelers where he designed the 15 carat emerald cut diamond "Past Present & Future) ring. We're told Future wanted to make sure his personal touch was prevalent, so he worked closely with the jewelers to design this $500,000 FAT ring.     And he clearly did a great job.  Ciara said YES, and has been twirling this sucker around NYC, Houston and beyond all week.  Nice! GOOD GIGS: "12 Years A Slave" Director Steve McQueen Lands HBO Deal + Halle Berry In "X-Men: Days Of Future Past" Trailer Posted: 29 Oct 2013 03:36 PM PDT 12 Years A Slave director Steve McQueen is keeping his momentum going.  He just nabbed a deal with HBO to take his talents to television.  Deets inside, plus Halle Berry in the brand new X-Men trailer...   Big news for director Steve McQueen.  His 2013 just got even better.  While he's already started raking in awards for his cinematic hit 12 Years A Slave, he's keeping the talent party going by signing on for a tv development deal with HBO. He worked his connect with Brad Pitt (who co-starred in 12 Years) to work with Brad's World War Z co-writer and Russell Simmons.  And the result is a new provocative project coming to cable television, all based on a young black mans experience with high society in NYC. Deadline reports: McQueen has teamed with World War Z co-writer Matthew Michael Carnahan, hip-hop mogul/producer Russell Simmons and Oscar-winning producers Iain Canning and Emile Sherman (The King’s Speech) on the drama project, which is in development at HBO. Co-written by McQueen and Carnahan and to be directed by McQueen, the untitled drama is carrying McQueen’s signature style of provocative filmmaking and is described as an exploration of a young African-American man’s experience entering New York high society, with a past that may not be what it seems. We hear the project, described by some as “Six Degrees Of Separation meets Shame“, is being fast tracked, with casting choices already being explored for a potential shoot before McQueen starts his next movie. OH REALLY? Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian SPOTTED TOGETHER At Kanye West's "YEEZUS" Concert in LA Posted: 29 Oct 2013 01:49 PM PDT Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian reunited last night at Kanye West's "Yeezus" concert.  Get an update on the estranged couple inside....   Last night, both Lamar Odom and Bruce Jenner joined the Kardashian clan for Kanye West's "Yeezus" concert at the Staples Center in LA. (Check the pic at the link)  So are the twosome officially back together and ending their separation? Though Lamar and Khloe were seated together, sources told TMZ that they have not reconciled.  And, of coirse, they would know since the info is coming straight from the Kardashian kamp. Reportedly, the family invited Lamar out for the evening because he's been clean and sober (for a few weeks) and they are "supporting his recovery and wanted him to have a good time."  Oh...how nice of them. Anywho, Lamar has hired Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Holley, to defend him against the photographer who claims Lamar attacked him earlier this summer.  Shawn and Lamar recently filed an answer to the photographer's lawsuit saying, he "provoked [Lamar's] unlawful and wrongful conduct." Inside The "Love & Hip Hop" Premiere Party: Newbie Tara Talks Slapping Her Baby Daddy's New Wife, Tahiry Jose Talks Finding Herself (With Joe), & More Posted: 29 Oct 2013 11:57 AM PDT TheYBF.com spoke to the cast of VH1's "Love And Hip Hop" during a screening of the show's season four premiere.  See pics from inside the screening and find out what the show's stars revealed to us....   Last night, the cast of VH1's "Love And Hip Hop" gather at NYC's Stage 48 for a screening of the show's season four premiere.  And if you're still one of the one's watching the series, we have some dish from our chit chat with a few of the cast members.  We'll stick to speaking only about those who respect the media who help make their careers.  And those who don't get mad at us for their own basictry...   Although some fans complained that Mona Scott Young (shown above with Jennifer Williams) and her flagship series had grown stale, she and the producers pulled a few tricks out of their bag this season with story lines that will rival the Atlanta franchise in shock value and pure ratchet behavior.   You know, if that's what you're into. Flower-tossing "VSOP" singer K Michelle has been added to the NY cast where she builds her music career and revels in the success of her album Rebellious Soul.  Great move for her.  And we're kinda loving this new hair color.  Yandy Smith opened up to TheYBF.com about being a single mother (Mendeecee is still in jail), her new record label with Rich Dollaz and how she balances her career, motherhood and reality tv. On starting Lenox Ave Records with Rich Dollaz: Well you know Rich is kind of the ying to my yang. I make sure the dollars connect and I felt like if I’m going to do anything I need someone that’s really great at making records. So I thought why not Rich. You know we both been in the industry for over 10 years. We have amazing relationships with everyone. I felt that this was the time. And I’m excited about it. On having it all: You know one of the mottos of the EGL brand is you can be Suzie the homemaker and Oprah at the same damn time without compromising one without the other. I believe you can be great at both. So I wanted to show women you know my life and my life is I work hard and I’m a great mom. On controlling her brand and tv perception: You know there’s been times where I been put in situations where they wanted to get a rise out of me and I’ll just walk out. Cause they can’t use the season. But I’m not gonna do that for TV. Like you’re not gonna have me belittle who I am. The years I spent to build my brand I’m not gonna let the split of a second to be taken away. This is not my only job. This is one of my jobs. And that was something that was important to me and that was important to my brand.   Yandy posed with castmate Tara Wallace who'll soon become a household name (much like Stevie J/Mimi Faust and Joseline Hernandez) thanks to a particularly MESSY love triangle with her NEWLY married baby's father Peter Gunz.   On slapping Amina (Peter Gunz's new wife) I blacked out in that moment honestly. That was a bit of information you have to handle with care. Write a letter. You don’t deliver it like that. That was a moment of black out. I snapped. On semi-living with her (now married) children's father Peter Gunz: He’s still in the house. I have changed the locks and he comes knocking. And we have two kids so it’s not like he can’t be there. Do I find that very difficult though? Yeah. I find it very difficult. Sometimes I just need a minute to myself. I’d like to make a clean break and perhaps if I didn’t have kids that would be pretty simple but I haven’t found it that simple right now. It’s been a little difficult. On Amina and her marriage to Peter: She’d like to walk around with the butterfly halo but that’s just not the case. And I also think that she’s not being honest with the nuances as to why they are married. And that’s something that she can’t talk about........ With the facts that I know about the marriage she shouldn’t even say anything. She shouldn’t even tell anyone. It should remain a secret. The way it was before the show started. Chile...   Amina Buddafly is Peter Gunz's new artist AND his wife.  She is involved in a nasty love triangle with Peter and Tara (the mother of his two kids). On being "happily" married to Peter: You know it’s ups and downs especially cause of the show. And he’s like dealing with a lot of drama with his kids mother and it’s still hard but we’re still happily together and hopefully it’s all going to end up a positive ending. You never know in life. That’s the thing, with me, with knowing relationships, and now that I’m married for the first time in my life, and he is too. He’s never been married before and this is his first time being married. I hope, I’m so hopeful, I can’t do anything but pray about it.....and it’s gonna last. But we’ll see. On getting slapped by Tara: I’ve never been smacked in my life. And it honestly felt like a punch and it was bad. And you’re going to see. Better stay tuned for that. Everyone keeps saying I deserved that. I just keep staying by my real true honest response which is I really had no idea. It all came out - which is a good thing cause I think if we didn’t do the show it all would kind of be like—I still wouldn’t know what’s going on. And I still would think that—still believe his lies. And she would still believe his lies and now he’s exposed. It’s like he’s the one to blame. Ah, I hate doing that cause I love him so much. Tahiry Jose talked to us about hooking up with Joe again and breaking up Joe again!.  Also, she revealed that she's come to understand herself better. On finding herself: I fell for Joey’s antics again I guess. No, I’m joking. I truly have been able to, kind of like assess my life and try to figure out why I was so hurt between my dad and Joey and all my issues when it came to men. I finally gave it another chance and I did and I’m not—I don’t regret it to this day. It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me... getting back with Joe. Because now I know. On loving Joe Budden: I love Joey dearly. You know, there’s certain people in your life that you’ve shared special moments with, you’ve grown with, you’ve shared experiences with and they become permanent fixtures in your life whether you’re able to carry a relationship or friendship with them or not. These are people you care about so I will always care for Joey. Do I know how Joey and I will wind up? I can’t tell you today. Am I ok where I’m at today? I am so much at peace than I was a year ago and I thank Love And Hip Hop for it. This was therapy for me.     Rich Dollaz told us about his venture with Yandy Smith.   "It’s going great. I think we’re going to be distributed through Warner Brothers. We’re bringing Timbaland aboard so all things considered, I think that this is not just a story line, punch line. I’m looking for a real live act that’s going to be big. I’m looking for the real deal and me and Yandy are doing our thing. "   Joe also told us that he's working on a solo project called “All Love Lost” in addition to another Slaughterhouse project. He also hinted that the love saga between him and Tahiry isn't over. "Life always brings us back together. I’m there for her when she needs me. She’s there for me when I need her. Our love is so much deeper than just like boyfriend, girlfriend. EJ Johnson Underage Parties With Miley Cyrus In NYC + Chris Brown's LAWYER Calls Out "Hater Hoes" On Twitter Posted: 29 Oct 2013 10:36 AM PDT EJ Johnson was spotted partying it up alongside Miley Cyrus and friends the other night at 1Oak.  But the only problem is....they're both underage.  Find out what folks are saying inside, plus the foolishness coming out of Chris Brown's lawyer's Twitter page inside... So while EJ Johnson is filming his reality show "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills",, he has no problem showing every aspect of THAT life.  Even when it's a bit illegal.  But hey, rich kids in Beverly Hills live like this with no consequences right? His homie Andrew Warren posted a pic Andrew, EJ partying hard with Miley Cyrus at 1Oak in NYC saying: Insane crew at oak @ej_antoinette @mileycyrus #clique Too bad Miley & EJ are only 20...inside the 21 and up club.  And allegedly, Miley was not shy about knocking back alcoholic drinks. “Miley and EJ were at 1OAK… Miley was drinking alcohol in the club,” one eyewitness told Radar Online.   And in other social media foolery: Chris Brown nor his lawyer Mark Geragos have spoken out officially about yesterday's arraignment which turned into Chris copping a misdemeanor charge after punching a man.  But...it didn't stop Mark, the professional lawyer in this situation, from tweeting his thoughts. He tweeted several thank you's to "Team Breezy" and told them how much they rock.  Then, he called out "Hater Hoes" in response to someone criticizing his client.  Yes, really.   The outspoken Geragos is not a stranger to saying semi-shockworthy things.
