Ciara & New Celeb Friend Lily Collins Do Dinner At Hakkasan Posted: 11 Oct 2013 08:40 AM PDT Ciara was spotted out on a dinner date with her girl Lily Collins.  Check the pics of CiCi showing off her gams in L.A.  inside.... Now that Ciara's back from all her Fashion week jetsetting in Europe and beyond, she ws spotted at dinner with new celeb pal Lily Collins, the actress from Blind Side and a few other flicks. Reportedly, the two struck up a friendship at the Givenchy show in Paris recently, so they took their newfound chumminess back to Beverly Hills. CiCi showed off her killer legs and looked cute in a black sweater dress embellished with red roses and sexy booties:   And after a night of wining and dining at Hakkasan, the twosome smiled it up for the paparazzi and jumped into Ciara's Bentley.  Fun times...   Photos: Splash

Miguel + Sevyn Streeter's "It Won't Stop" Video Posted: 11 Oct 2013 07:20 AM PDT Azealia Banks jacked Britney Spears' comeback single "Work Bitch" with a hot remix.  Listen to the track inside and watch Janelle Monae's video for "Primetime" featuring Miguel inside..... While it's anyone's guess if Azealia Banks' (shown atop in her sparkly red cheerleaders outfit at the BBC 1 Extra live, at First Direct Arena in Leeds,England) long-delayed debut album Broke With Expensive Taste will ever see the inside of Target/Best Buy stores, she does a star-turn on the new remix for Britney Spears' "Work Bitch" single.  Yung Rapunxel  literally steals the remix with her signature contralto flow as Ms. Spears takes the backseat and handles the last verse and bridge.   Listen to Azealia on the Will.i.Am-produced track here and watch out for the "ATM Jam" video featuring Pharrell on October 14th.         And in new music videos.... Janelle Monae--as alter ego CIndi Mayweather--teamed up with director Alan Ferguson (Solange's boo) for her latest video, "Primetime", featuring Miguel.  What would a Janelle Monae video be without a concept and dramatic backstory?  Here's the video treatment: "PrimeTime is a love story based on the early adventures of Cindi Mayweather (Janelle Monáe) and her first love Joey Vice (Miguel.) The Emotion Picture gives a glimpse at Cindi's humble beginnings as a "cyber-server" at the Electric Sheep nightclub, a syn bar serving high-class "show droids" to the rich and lonely in a dangerous section of Metropolis known as Slop City. Incidentally, the innovative cybersoul music played at the club directly impacted Cindi, and she began singing and performing her own innovative compositions a short time after quitting this assignment. In addition, Cindi became determined to change the public perception of what an electric lady could be, dream and aspire to after working in the dismal conditions at the club." Clearly....Miss Cindi is gunning for an Grammy for cinematography and long-form video.  She does not play with the visuals! Michelle for the Rebellious Soul tour on Nov. 4th, has released a video for her "It Won't Stop" song featuring Chris Brown. Chris directed the video which features a special guest appearance by Portland TrailBlazers forward Dorell Wright. Also, her first EP Call Me Crazy will be available Nov. 5. UH OH! Jennifer Hudson's Skirt Splits On "Chelsea Lately"! (Plus Talks Orgasmic Experiences For Her New Movie!) Posted: 11 Oct 2013 05:40 AM PDT Jennifer Hudson gave Chelsea Handler and the audience way more than they expected on last night's episode of "Chelsea Lately".  Check out how major wardrobe malfunction that turned out to be pure hilarity, plus what she said about channeling orgasms for her heroin-addict role.... When Jennifer Hudson walked out on Chelsea's stage last night to talk about her new movie The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete, her zip front leather pencil skirt split completely.   Chelsea freaked out and had to help Jenny zip that mug back up.  All you hear is "Don't break the zipper!" Hilarious. Once her wardrobe malfunction was under control, Jenny talked about why it was so hard to portray a heroin addict in the movie since she's never done any type of drug--or liquor--in her life: "I've never done anything. I've never had a drink in my life or been unsober. And normally as an actor you have things to pull from but I was like, I don't know what it's like to have any of that....I've never been interested. No one ever believes me but no, never."   So what did she use as inspiration? "I went to a rehabilitation center and met with several ladies and they would tell me their stories as addicts.   I tried to find one I could connect to and pretty much tell her story.  The worst story she told me was one time she had her baby in a bookbag while she went out to find her high." And orgasmic experiences are apparently involved: We shot with needles, not a real one, and they took me through every step of what it's like--how you get addicted to drugs, how it feels like when you are high.  She told me it was like an orgasm.  I was like, 'I can do that part' . EVENT FAB: Usher, Diddy, LA Reid, Toni Braxton & More SALUTE Babyface On "The Hollywood Walk of Fame" Posted: 10 Oct 2013 04:55 PM PDT Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday and Usher, Diddy, Toni Braxton and LA Reid came out to salute him.  See the pictures inside.... Yesterday, 10-time Grammy winner Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds received something he probably should have gotten a long time ago: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Moments after his star was unveiled, he told USA today he was "feeling good."  The 54-year-old added, "It was surreal" and he never set out to become a part of the famed walk. "That was not part of the plan. That's what makes it an amazing thing." His longtime collaborator and LaFace Records partner, LA Reid (shown atop), said "I just feel like what Kenny has done musically, and what he's done as an inspiration to people as a role model has really advanced the culture. And a lot of babies were made." "Hurt You" singer, Toni Braxton, who's recorded an album of duets with Babyface called Love, Marriage & Divorce (in stores Dec. 3), said "I had a moment when I was about to cry. I was so proud of him. Because Kenny is kind of shy. He has a great sense of humor - a lot of people don't know that about him, and he's very modest. So I know it took a lot of pushing to get him to even commit to this."    Amidst all of the drug allegations and separation announcements, both Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner came out to support Babyface and even posed for pics.  Not sure why--other than the fact that fam loves to leech on to be "family friends with" successful black men--but nice of them to support...   Khloe, who's always supportive of African American men, managed to take a pic of EVERY Black man who went on stage.  She tweeted, "I'm so proud of you Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds!!!! You so dearly deserve your Hollywood Star!!!! #Emotional #Proud #FamilyFriends4Life" and "Nothin but a Diddy thaaang baaaaabaaay." Actress Holly Robinson Peete donned a high-waisted pencil skirt in honor of Kenny. Legendary songwriter Stevie Wonder posed alongside Babyface and his new "star".   In additon to high profile celebs like Usher and Diddy, Babyface also shared the honor with his backup dancer turned partner (they have not yet married) Nicole and his sons Brandon and Dylan Michael, and their daughter, Peyton Nicole Edmonds.       Congrats on the MUCH deserved star Kenny! PARENTAL DUTIES: Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Take North West For A Doctor's Visit Posted: 10 Oct 2013 01:40 PM PDT   Kanye West and Kim Kardashian took North West for a doctor's visit today.  See the pics inside... Following his face off with late night host Jimmy Kimmel last night, Kanye West was spotted leaving a local doctor's office with Kim Kardashian and baby North this morning. During his appearance with Jimmy, Kanye expressed his love for Kim and campaigned for her to get a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.      And in an odd testament to his musical genius, his song "Gone" (from his debut album Late Registration) is back on the Billboard Hot 100 (at #18).  Though the disc was released in 2005, the song has seen a peak in popularity due to its association with a viral video.  Since he clearly makes music that stands the test of time (or at least a decade), we don't disagree about his genius.  As for everything else...   Photos via INF
