SUED! Sugarland Blamed For Indiana Stage Collapse

Sugarland might be in legal hot water after Indiana residents filed suit against them.

The band was set to perform at the Indiana State Fair Grounds in August 2010 when the stage collapsed due to strong gusts.

Over 45 people were injured and seven were killed.

The band was spared due to an impromptu prayer circle.

44 victims are suing Sugarland, Live Nation, ESG Security, the stagehand union and others for negligence and they are seeking unspecified damages.

Back in August, the band tweeted their condolences and returned later to perfrom a free benefit concert.

Attourneys of the plantiffs are including Sugarland in the lawsuit because the band had final say whether or not to cancel the concert in a clause in their contract.

And deservedly so!

Ever since Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday came out, we've really been able to see what an amazing, versatile star she is.

People can compare Minajesty to others all they want, but the truth is this - she's building on ground laid before her, yes, but she has raised the bar higher than anyone could ever imagine. And it's gonna be pretty hard for anyone else in her game to get higher.

She's Billboard's Rising Star of the Year now, but we see her being artist of the year in the future!

Doing something good with his freedom. That is something we can all be thankful for.

T.I. spent the day yesterday giving back to his community. He generously donated 300 frozen turkeys in Atlanta at a charity drive for children in need.

Of his good deed, he said:

"It's an honor and a pleasure to be able to be there and serve those who need me most in the community."

Good man! Tis the season, after all!

Amidst all the newfound Natalie Wood drama, Christopher Walken is keeping busy shooting his new movie Seven Psychopaths in Pasadena, CA.

While shooting yesterday, Christopher took a time-out for a cup of joe and some delicious/nutritious bananas!

This morning, Justin Bieber was The Today Show to perform some of his holiday hits for his biggest fans. He even brought a very special guest along with him as a surprise - USHER! Whoo!

George Clooney Added to Witness List Of Silvio Berlusconi Sex Trial

George Clooney joins the list of names to be "witnesses" to the Silvio Berlusconi sex trial.

Clooney and his former gal pal, Elisabetta Canalis, are just two of over 200 names on the list.

Stemming from allegations of Berlusconi paying an underage prostitute for sex in 2010, the prostitute claims that George and Elisabetta were seen with Berlusconi at a party.

Clooney coincidentally lives next door to Berlusconi.

George states that he has only met the former Italian prime minister onve and it was not at a party.

Clooney stated:

It seems odd since I've only met Berlusconi once and that was in an attempt to get aid into Darfur

It is not certain if George will be called to testify or not.
