We are getting so, SO excited for this movie!

Baz Luhrmann is the PERFECT director to adapt this!

Check out the first official, just-released promotional photos from his upcoming take on the classic F. Scott Fitzgerald novel The Great Gatsby, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role, as well as Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan (above)!

We've always liked her for Daisy, but wow!

Is she PERFECTLY cast or what?

So much poise and vulnerability all at once!

And is it just us, or has Leo's face thinned out?! He hasn't looked this hot since Titanic!

Papa Winehouse Shoots Down Amy Biopic Idea

We're okay with this. It's too soon anyway.

Amy Winehouse's father, the owner of the rights to her music, has shot down rumors that a biopic is in the work of Amy's life. Mitch Winehouse wanted it made clear to the Daily Mail that he will "never allow the songs to be released" in order to make a movie.

There were rumors that Amy's ex-boyfriend, filmmaker Reg Traviss, was hard at work on a biopic, but Mitch was insistent in his interview that it just won't happen. He added:

"It would hardly be a biopic without the music."

True enough.

Like we said, the wounds are still too fresh to be rehashing her life like this. We imagine her family is still in some serious mourning, especially at this time of the year.

For now, let's just remember her the way she was and with the music she left us.

(But really,for being a central character and all, you rarely see him! And do we all notice how we don't hear him singing?! Just pointing that out!)

Just Kidding! Brooke Mueller Checks Herself In To A Rehab Facility

Guess "home rehab" just didn't take!

Shortly after announcing she would be completing her drug rehabilitation at her home, Brooke Mueller's rep has released a statement saying that she has had a change of heart. Now, she has checked herself in to a full-time rehab center.

Her rep reveals:

"After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction. She has already arrived at the facility and, out of respect for her privacy, no further information will be released about her treatment. Brooke's goal is to maintain her sobriety and she believes this is the best option to reach that goal. Brooke will retain custody of the children, who will remain in their home and familiar surroundings and be under the care of their longtime nanny. Charlie and Brooke's parents fully support her decision and everyone recognizes the importance of maintaining the children's normal routine."

This is really what is best. We're glad she sees that now.

In the end, Brooke, this isn't just for you or your career or anything like that. You need to do this for those twin boys who really need some stability in their life. We don't know if they will ever get it to be frank, just because they are celebrity kids to start with, but damn it, you should try for them regardless!

Here's hoping this stint in rehab sticks and you get better soon.

Russell Simmons Takes A Stand For Love And Peace This Holiday Season - By Replacing Lowes' Withdrawn All American Muslim Ad Space!

So if you haven't already heard, Lowes made the very backward decision to pull their advertising from TLC's All-American Muslim after right-wing hate-mongers activists pressured them to do so.

As soon as the news hit, stars like Russell Simmons and Mia Farrow urged everyone to boycott the company.

But we're super proud and impressed to see that Russell has taken the next step in his stand for America and the peaceful AMERICAN Muslims living in this beautiful country.

With the show stood up by Lowes, he bought ALL of the advertising space, tweeting:

The show is now sold out! keep your money @lowes and we will keep ours

Wow! Way to go, Russ!! What a great way to lead by example and show the world was America is really about!

By the way, if you need any home improvement gear, Home Depot is the best!!!

CW Pushes Back Return Of Ringer And 90210

Don't Panic.

The CW has announced that they'll be delaying the return of Ringer and 90210...but not by TOO much.

Both shows were scheduled to come back on Jan. 10, but now they'll return on the following dates:

90210 - Tues., Jan. 17 at 8PM ET

Ringer - Tues., Jan 31 at 9PM ET

Why the delay, U might ask? On Jan. 10, CW is premiering its new show Remodeled, which "follows modeling industry veteran Paul Fisher as he travels around the country helping revamp smaller agencies to join one giant conglomerate called The Network."

The CW has done right by us so far this season, so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt with this one!

Good luck with the new show, CW, and we'll eagerly antici-pate the return of 90210 and Ringer!

Which we gather is just about the most exciting news ever for Sasha and Malia!

This past weekend, Justin Bieber was on hand - while very sick - for the Christmas in Washington concert. Prez Barack Obama showed his appreciation to The Biebs by giving him the best bro hug we have ever seen!

That is showin' some love right there! You can just feeeeel the admiration between the two most powerful men in the world.

Yeah, we said. Attempt to prove us wrong!

Bradley Cooper Will NOT Be Devilish Anytime Soon! Paradise Lost Gets Delayed!

Not cool! Bradley Cooper dropped out of The Crow to make this movie!!!!!

Legendary Pictures has just announced plans to delay production of Paradise Lost, which was set to start shooting early next year.

It's looking like the film WILL still happen, but Legendary wants to first rework the budget, which had apparently surpassed the $120 million mark by 10 or 15%.

We're hearing that they MIGHT be able to get Paradise Lost into production by late spring or early summer, but nothing's definite as of yet.

Hopefully they work everything out soon! We were pumped to see Bradley Cooper as Lucifer!!!!!

What do U think? Will Paradise Lost still happen...or has it truly been LOST???
