Now that she's wrapped her never-ending LOUD tour, Rihanna's back home in Barbados for the Holidays. Pics of your fave ish talking island girl chillin' out inside... Rihanna is back on her home island of Barbados after her final tour stop in London on December 22nd. She jetted straight home after the 6 month tour to get in some R&R before her the next phase of her rock star life kicks off. The 23-year-old "Talk That Talk" singer was spotted playing around with friends and fam while donning a green beach dress over her bikini.

Next up for the pop diva? The last three dates of the LOUD Tour at the O2 in London were filmed for a concert DVD coming out in 2012. And even though MTV just named Rih Rih one of the hardest working pop stars of 2011, everything isn't all gravy in her world. She's been accused--again--of jacking an artist for one of her videos. Photographer Solve Sundsbo says she used his lighting techniques from his Numero 93 in a scene for her new Melina Matsoukas-directed video "You Da One" where she's wearing a nude bodysuit and has black and white polka dots and other effects superimposed on her body. Jay-Z spent some guy-time courtside at the Nets game last night in New Jersey. But his cheers didn't help his team beat the Atlanta Hawks. Pics inside...
Making the rumors of wife Beyonce being on birth watch and going into labor "any minute now" seem even less credible, Jay-Z hit up the NJ Nets game last night at the Prudential Center in Newark. Mr. Carter rocked his brand new Air Yeezy 2's from his Thronemate and had some fun with friends. Jay is set to perform a concert at the new Barclays Center once his team becomes the Brooklyn Nets and moves into its new home next season.
Diddy was spotted courtside at last night's Miami Heat game in the American Airlines Arena with son Christian. His homies Ricky Rozay and DJ Khaled were there too.

See the highlights below: On energy: “Energy is something you can control. In everything you do, you’re going to face people more talented than you. I set myself apart by bringing more energy than they do.” On dunking: “I constantly heard that all I do is dunk…And I can understand it. There aren’t SportsCenter clips of me shooting 15-footers.” On his most proud game last season against the Pacers: “Most of my baskets came from midrange jumpers…I was the finesse player people said I couldn’t be. | Posted: 28 Dec 2011 05:01 AM PST "Love & Hip Hop" newcomer Erica Mena is pissy at VH1. After Monday night's fight episode involving Kimbella Vanderhee, Erica says VH1 has now ruined her "career" for actually airing the clip. She also called in to Power 105 to explain the fight and revealed she never actually called the cops. The foolishness after the cut....
Now....Erica was pissy at Kimbella for cheapening the video vixen community--ironic choice of words right?--by doing photoshoots and videos for free. And for only doing "modeling" that consists of showing off her near naked assets. Funny since a Google search of Erica Mena images turns up the exact same type of images. But I digress. Erica told TMZ that she tried to get the champagne glass throwing, hair pulling, face slashing fight scene pulled because it doesn't put her "image" in a good light.
Interesting. So she didn't think THIS VIDEO below from earlier this year had any effect on her "career" when she's running down a street fighting and screaming "You ain't sh*t ni**a!" at her baby daddy Raul from Terror Squad?
Or...the fact she was fired by Kourtney Kardashian on an episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami" because she was unprofessional and missing work to get her son and other ish? That didn't "affect her career"? Oh...ok. Check out video of the fight HERE in case you missed it. Erica also called in to Cherry Martinez's show on Power 105 to explain that she hooked up with Yandy to get help with her music career. And she said she's not a violent person, but she was mad people were drawing a comparison between her and Kim. And about her calling the cops--she said she was alone in an unfamiliar place so she needed someone to help her retrieve her items like her phone, which were taken by the VH1 staff. She said she didn't really call the cops, but an ambulance showed up because they both had lacerations. Check out the audio:

Solange is showing off some uber cute and artsy pics from a wedding she recently attended...and called it the most beautiful wedding weekend ever. Pics of her, her boyfriend Alan, and her multilingual son Juelz, inside.... Solange Knowles loves going against the grain with her fashion looks. And we love every bit of it. She posted pics on her blog today from friends' wedding a few months ago. She didn't state exactly where it was at, but the pics scream nature and she also talked about spending a month in Paris this summer (where she said Juelz's French speaking skills saved them numerous times) and also visited Morocco and Miami afterwards. | Blood Clot REVEALED As The Cause Of Heavy D's Death Posted: 27 Dec 2011 10:01 AM PST  A blood clot has been revealed as the cause of death of Hip Hop icon Heavy D. Deets inside....
The death of Heavy D has been attributed to a "...pulmonary embolism caused by deep leg vein thrombosis." This according to TMZ. And unfortunately, the long flight back to L.A. from a Michael Jackson memorial concert in Wales may have been what set it off. A pulmonary embolism, a blockage of one or more arteries in the lungs, is most often caused by blood clots that travel to one one place from other body parts....in Heavy D's case it was from his legs. And deep leg vein thrombosis is often associated with long plane flights (the clot forms due to prolonged immobility.) Officials from the L.A. County Coroner's Office also reveal that Heavy suffered from heart disease and it could have been a contributing factor in his death.

Russell Simmons took his girlfriend to St. Barths for the Holiday to meet up with his daughters and ex-wife Kimora. Pics inside... Just when we thought ol Russell was on the hunt for a new model-chick-o-the-moment, he was spotted on the beaches of St. Barths this Holiday holding hands and getting cozy with his girlfriend of several months, 35-year-old Australian actress Melissa George. 55-year-old Russ goes to St. Barths usually with his daughters Aoki & Ming Lee. And this year their mom and his ex-wife Kimora was there too with her hubby Djimon and their son Kenzo. One big happy family.
Russ must be a really nice guy to his chicks. Melissa told the Autralian newspaper the Herald recently about their relationship saying: "It's just, you know, fun... so much fun. I can't stop smiling. For what it's worth, whatever is going on, and it's been a while now, it's absolutely lovely." Pics via Pacific Coast News |
