| Diddy Goes Wild On A Club Goer For Not Drinking Ciroc! Posted: 02 Oct 2011 01:00 PM PDT Drink responsibility - drink Ciroc around Diddy! Last night, all of the best of the best of hip hop music were at the Atlanta Civic Center for the BET Hip Hop Awards. Once the show as finished taping, all the fly dudes and ladies went out to celebrate a successful evening of music with some serious after parties. One such party was hosted by Diddy and his friends at the Compound. Things were going great, until Diddy got too handsy with someone in the crowd. It's hard to really see from this video (above) but allegedly, Puff called out a guy in the crowd for not drinking his own personal brand of alcohol, Ciroc. He swiped the cup out of his hand, spilling it all over the place and when the guy came at him, Diddy hid behind his security detail. Regardless of the chain of events, things got very negative really fast, which is why T.I. stepped in at the last minute to ask Diddy and the club goer to cool it. Like we said, its hard to make out exactly what happened with the video and it is truthfully very loud, so other than a few, um, colorful euphemisms, its hard to make out what they are saying. But have a look/listen and tell us what U think happened? |
| Former New York Governor's Stepdaughter Arrested For Assault With A Frying Pan Posted: 02 Oct 2011 12:40 PM PDT Such a mess. In the early hours of this morning, the police were called to the West Village apartment of Ashley Dennis, the stepdaughter of former New York Governor David Paterson. Police arrived to find Ashley standing over the body of Brian McGuinness, her boyfriend for over a year. According to the police report, Ashely hit Brian over the head with a frying pan in self defense as the two were having an argument and Ashely claims he came after her. She first threw a bottle at him to stop his advance and then clocked him on the head with a frying pan. Brian, who is being charged for assault for choking Ashley, was taken to the hospital and treated with three stitches. Ashley didn't sustain any injuries but she is also being charged with assault. Boo! Violence is never the answer, but we're glad she had the strength to stand up for herself. Course, we wish she could've done it without the frying pan al la Tangled. Upon leaving Sting's 60th birthday concert at the Beacon Theater last night in NYC, Lady GaGa was greeted by a sea of her little monsters, but it was one fan in particular that she took the time to stop and say hello to specifically. GaGa was approached by a police officer who was offering her extra security and we have to assume he said something really nice to her because she quickly gave him a generous hug and a kiss on the cheek before scurrying off to her ride. | Mariah Carey Confirmed For Justin Bieber's Christmas Album? Posted: 02 Oct 2011 11:40 AM PDT Neither of them are confirming it, per say, but a lot of people close to them are! As the holiday season approaches, there are a lot of things to celebrate: time to spend with family, delish goodies to cheat with and of course, Justin Bieber's first Christmas Album. So far, all the details we've heard about the disc have been splendiforus, but this latest tidbit may be the best news yet! The Biebs' album is chock full of awesome collaborations, including a track with Boyz II Men, but one of his dancers has actually tweeted that Justin has finished a track with an artist of a different status. Someone the Boyz have actually collaborated with before. Someone's whose own Christmas album skyrockets to the top of the charts every year like clockwork. And they call her Mariah Carey! Justin's dancer tweeted out:

| All My Children's Ratings Rise In Final Week Posted: 02 Oct 2011 11:20 AM PDT Well, it was to be expected. Who didn't want to tune in to say farewell to the legend that is Erica Kane? Part of the reason All My Children got the boot to begin with was because it failed to bring in the big viewers every week. However, in its final week on the air, it proved just how popular and powerful a show it was. AMC's final episode was watched by 3,475,000 people, with a 2.6 household rating. The show hasn't seen numbers like that in years and even better still, it came in as the #2 show of the entire week. Like we said, the show knew how to go out with a bang! [Image via WENN.] |
| 700 Occupy Wall Street Protestors Arrested On The Brooklyn Bridge Posted: 02 Oct 2011 11:00 AM PDT Week three and things are really starting to pick up! More than 700 protesters a part of the Occupy Wall Street movement were arrested late last night in New York for demonstrating on the Brooklyn Bridge. The police were called to diffuse the situation as the protestors took to the car lanes of the bridge and caused massive traffic delays. According to reports, only protestors that were marching in the street - not the pedestrian walkways - were arrested, but people on the scene say that the police initially gave permission for the protestors to walk in the street. One such protestor explains:
Don't know how that miscommunication could've happened. Seems so illogical to have the police specifically ask them to walk in the street, only to arrest them upon doing so. So strange. Thankfully, there have been no reports of any injury or physical altercations, which is a silver lining to this whole thing, if nothing else. Just everybody stay safe. We shared with you her monologue, but we have to show you some of the rest of her skits. Truly, this woman was fearless and filled with pure happiness during every SECOND of shooting last night. Melissa McCarthy was one hell of a SNL host last night, commanding that attention of the world with her quirky crazy comedy, which included everything from fantastic one liners to enough physical comedy to put Molly Shannon to shame (almost..) | Russell Brand Denied Entry Into Canada! Posted: 02 Oct 2011 10:00 AM PDT First Japan, now Canada! What does the world have against Russell Brand? Last night, Russell was slated to perform for 5,000 fans at the Casino Rama in Ontario. Unfortunately, he never made it to the venue as border officials refused him entry to the country. Unlike what happened in Japan, Russell never even made it into the country, tweeting his dismay and his apologies to fans while he fought to travel into Canada. He wrote:
When it was clear the border officials wouldn't be letting him cross into maple leaf territory, Russel tweeted again, saying:
