Cassie's still trying for a singing career. She just dropped this pretty new promo pic and will premiere her video trailer for her new single "King of Hearts" tonight.
Deets inside... The Bad Boy Family will be making their way to BETs "106 & Park" tonight for a few announcements. One of which will be Cassie debuted the trailer for her new single, "King of Hearts." A snippet of the song was released back in September and the video was choreographed by LaurieAnn Gibson. We hear Diddy may be announcing a few new members of the Fam like French Montana and Iggy Azalea. Show kicks off at 6:30p ET.

Prepare yourselves for cuteness. Kelis put on her fly mommy gear (a dark denim jumper, newsboy cap, and black studded boots) to take her 2-year-old cutie patootie Knight to the Los Angeles zoo yesterday.

Knight seemed to be more interested in his sippy cup and things blowing around the parking lot before entering the L.A. zoo with mom Kelis. The cutie, who looks like the perfect mix between mom and dad Nas, hit up the merry-go-round and exhibits with friends:

She's not going to let a pesky $100 mill lawsuit squash her baby glow...or her mani/pedi date with mom. Beyonce and Miss Tina were spotted hitting up their fave nail salon Sakura in NYC last night.

Months ago, video game company Gate Five filed suit against the "Love On Top" singer because she backed out of a huge deal to make a dance video game last minute. And it cost them some serious cash. Beyonce requested for the suit to be dropped, but the company just received the go-ahead from Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos to pursue the $100 mill suit. Gate Five claims Bey abruptly backed out the deal to make the video game Starpower: Beyonce after she made an "extortionate demand" for more money. Bey got a blue polish to match her shiny blue Louboutins. And if you're still doubting that big round baby bump of hers, she said on her most recent special with Katie Curic: "You know there are certain things that are so far, it doesn't even affect me. Beyonce's day Mathew Knowles--who reportedly she hasn't spoken to since they split from him being her manager--was also spotted arriving to a hotel in NYC. I wonder if they're set to meet up...

And while that does depend on your defiition of "success," no one can deny her name is on everyone's lips one way or another. That includes what her real age is--it's listed anywhere from 27 to 30 (but we're going with 29).

It's hard to dispute that Nicki Minaj is having the best year ever! Her debut album went platinum, she set a record for having the most charted singles on the Hot 100 at one time and she was turned into an actual Barbie doll. And in addition to high profile endorsement deals with Casio and MAC Cosmetics, her pockets profile are steadily expanding. She's still not our cup-o-tea, but we can recognize a celeb who knows how to ride the sometimes fine line between fab and foolish. From her zany outfits to her multiple rap personalities, she's "interesting" to say the least and there's never a dull moment. And that's just how we like our celebrities. After taping the Disney Christmas parade in Orlando, rocking the December cover of ESSENCE, and prepping for the VH1 Divas special, J-Hud donned a gorgeous and flowing yellow strapless gown for her upcoming Vanity Fair magazine spread in L.A. today:

Our suspicions have been confirmed--"Real Housewives of Atlanta" newcomer Marlo Hampton has split with NFLer (and NeNe's rumored former side piece) Charles Grant. She also spoke on his recent arrest... We reported earlier that Charles Grant, who appeared alongside Marlo on this past week's episode of RHOA, was arrested last week on felony charges involving bad checks. Marlo, who is not yet an official co-star, confirmed this evening to TheYBF.com that not only is the arrest news true, but the two have called off their engagement: "I truly regret that this has happened to him," Marlo tells TheYBF.com. "While my relationship with Charles ended earlier this year, I hope he will put these challenging circumstances behind him and move forward." No wonder she and NeNe have been acting like besties for months now. No word yet on Charles' bail status. |

Vivica Fox is opening up for the first time about her called off engagement to Omar "Slimm" White...which was first reported HERE.
Check out what she said about falling in love with a six pack and a smile, staying single, and her new Christmas movie. Plus, TJ Holmes' shocking new deal with BET! Vivica hit up "Access Hollywood" this week and opened up for the first time about her break up with Slimm. As we first reported, the two called it quits months ago, and haven't spoken since. So when host Billy Bush asked her about being ringless, Vivica said they are indeed no longer engaged, and she feels it's ok to call things off at ANY time before the wedding when you just don't feel right. She spoke about the warning signs she saw and how it was difficult finding someone to marry her for HER...not for the celebrity she is. And not for taking them on a shopping spree. WOMP! She then said she fell in love with a six pack and a smile...and look where that got her. Ha! Viv revealed she's enjoying staying single for now and was ready to do the family thing, i.e. kids. And CNN news anchor TJ Holmes just made a major move. He's leaving his post at the mega media company--Turner Broadcasting Company--for a multi-platform deal with BET Networks! TJ is a well-known, well-respected reporter and anchor for the news channel (as well as one of the cutest), so it came as a surprise to most when the announcement was made today. And during a very "candid" conversation, he talked about the secrets to a great marriage and revealed some details on his former drug use. Oh, and the lenty of threesome offers he and his famous wife get. Listen to the interview inside.... Who knew Robin Thicke has such a quick-witted personality? The hilarious R&B crooner stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning for a interesting interview. During the chat, Robin revealed some intimate details of his marriage to Paula Patton and talked about his former drug use. Here are the highlights..... On cocaine abuse..... "I'll say I never met a drug I didn't like." He later added that all of that stopped when Baby Julian came into the picture. Which means this habit was recent. He didn't make that 'Cocaine" song for nothing... What he loves about his marriage..... "High heels and great sex." On how he and Paula make their situation work.... He said that he and Paula have been together since high scool (16 years) and have been able to last because they have been able to change together. On aggressive women throwing it at him He said he still gets a lot of aggressive women throwing it at him, despite knowing he is married. But he added, "...Most of them just want to do threesomes and get up in the middle of it." Why does he sound as if it's already happened...

If you weren't feeling the L.A. Basketball Wives, too bad. Because they've officially been granted a season 2. Deets inside... Oddly enough, I could stomach these "Basketball Wives: LA" chicks for a whole season. But couldn't watch past 1 and a half episodes of the original "Basketball Wives" in Miami. If I'll be watching Season 2 is still in question. But the show will indeed be returning to VH1 for a season 2, this according to The Insider. The site reports:
Jackie Christie is the first wife to officially sign on, and chick must feed off drama because nan one of her castmates were even speaking to her by the end of this first season. This (along with Laura getting back with Gilbert and sis Gloria breaking up with Matt) should make for some interesting tv. I have a feeling Matt and Glo will be back together--conveniently--before the premiere though.
And Jackie's (above with hubby Doug Christie at their first wedding) shopping a show to BET? Lord help us and her "how to stay married" tutorials... The Randomness: 1. Denise Vasi speaks on filling the "Single Ladies" void left by Stacey Dash. Story 2. T.I. & Tiny raked in a whopping 2.8 million total viewers for their "The Family Hustle" VH1 premiere. And received 4.3 million total viewers when combined with its 11PM encore. As for the second episode--3.1 million total viewers. When combined with the 11:30PM encore, the episode brought in over 4.5 million total viewers. Congrats! |

This may explain why "Real Housewives of Atlanta" newcomer Marlo Hampton hasn't been rocking her engagement ring. Her man (and co-star NeNe Leakes' ex she still doesn't claim) Charles Grant was arrested last week for writing bad checks!

Charles Grant, the 33-year-old former N.O. Saints and Chicago Bears player who appeared as newcomer Marlo's man on Sunday night's episode of RHOA, was arrested last week in Colquitt, GA on felony charges of writing bad checks. And seeing that these ARE felony charges, the checks were likely for a serious amount of cash. Interesting that Marlo was caught up in the same ish herself a few times before. Hmmm.... Wonder if Charles regrets saying about NeNe that he "took that piece back to the hotel" because he wanted nothing to do with her. Since she's "very rich" and all she could have helped him out. NeNe posted on her Bravo blog this week about the snippy behavior at Peter's Bar 1 opening and Charles complaining that she didn't speak to him:
Bravo reported that the show got 3.3 million total viewers. And Season 4 is up 27% from last season. BONUS: Word on the street is that NeNe's nemesis Sheree is in hot water. The contractor of "Chateau Sheree" is allegedly a fraud and has been issued a cease & desist letter. No surprise there. Never thought for a minute Sheree "I-got-my-Aston Martin-reposessed" Whitfield was about to build this mansion from the ground up. Meanwhile, NeNe is supposedly filming an upcoming episode of "Glee." Extras: 1. Former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky was ARRESTED in his PA home for 9 NEW sex abuse charges today! This story is of the utmost disgust....and getting worse. STORY 2. Decide if there is a such thing as "over-sharing" inside.......... Keyshia Cole reveal her new blonde wavey tresses--which we're loving--on Twitter recently. And while we do like it, it was her other revelation that has folks with the WTF look on their faces.
She recently hosted a funeral for her deceased dog....which is cool. But why did she feel the need to share the photo of the dead dog...in his casket...with fans? I mean I love my perfect pup (yes, he's perfect, don't question it) as if he's part of my fam too...but damn. Did Keyshia go a bit too far with her sharing? |
