Remember last weekend when Miley Cyrus couldn't make it to Boston for her Jingle Ball performance? Well, she's done it again! The singer has CANCELLED her NYE appearance at the Fontainebleau pool in Miami! She was supposed to co-host and perform with Pharrell and Afrojack, but not anymore. It turns out Mileybird got a better offer and is leaving her Miami fans in the dust. She tweeted:
That's exciting for Miz Cyrus, but she's ditching the fans who had to pay at least $300 just to go to the Fontainebleau event! However, since there's been a backlash from fans who want their money back, the Fontainebleau will broadcast the telecast at their own party. | Chris Brown Is Allowed To Attend A Charity Event But That’s IT! Read His STRICT Rules HERE! Posted: 21 Dec 2013 12:28 PM PST At least we know this is a serious rehab facility that he's at! Chris Brown has managed to stay out of jail because of the progress he's making in rehab, and he's ready to take the next step. The Malibu facility that he's being treated for anger management at has allowed the 24-year-old singer to leave for three hours on Sunday, from 1pm-4pm, for a celebrity toy drive on Melrose Avenue. They feel that it will be good for Chris's treatment, but that's all that he's allowed to do. Breezy will only have enough time to get to the event, then back to Malibu -- not pit stops allowed! AND he'll be drug tested when he returns. If he violates any of these rules, then Chris will be kicked to the curb! Thoughts??? [Image via WENN.] |

The singer stopped in at a Walmart in Tewksbury, MA at 7p.m.on Friday -- prime shopping time! -- to purchase her new album Beyoncé in CD form. This definitely brought more attention to the fact that Target WON'T be carrying the CD in their stores. While there, Bey kissed some babies, chatted with fans, bought a doll for Blue Ivy, and before leaving, Queen Bey announced that the 750 customers inside were getting a $50 gift card, which was a total of $37,500! | Amazon Sides With Target! Won’t Sell Beyoncé’s New Album Online Posted: 21 Dec 2013 09:32 AM PST But what about all of those Amazon Prime users?! How will they get their CD in two days with free shipping?!? You may recall that after Beyoncé's iTunes exclusive on her new album, Target chose not to carry her CD in their stores. Well, Amazon.com has joined them! The company will be selling the electronic MP3 version of Beyoncé , but not the actual CD. Also, you're going to have to search for it in Amazon's system because they're not advertising it. Seems like a silly way to make money, no? However, independent users on Amazon are selling the CD, so you CAN still get it there. This seems to be a bigger issue than just Queen Bey's album though; it has to do with Sony Music Entertainment. Apparently, they usually let pre-sales happen even when another company has an exclusive, which has been great for marketing, but even that couldn't be done this time. And it means that Amazon may not be so eager to sell any other Sony records in the future! This isn't the first time Sony has done an exclusive with a company like Apple, and reportedly they make up for it to other businesses with incentives… but not in this case. It makes sense that companies would be irritated about the exclusive, but this has to be hurting their sales in the end, which is no bueno for anyone! |

The guys of One Direction were this close to landing themselves in a sticky situation with the British rock band, Def Leppard! While some say that 1D's Midnight Memories' melodic tune is similar to that of Def Leppard's classic Pour Some Sugar On Me, the band's guitarists are saying they're not taking legal action! Hooray! Phil Collen did agree that the songs were similar in structure, but his co-guitarist Vivian Campbell says:
