The Cuban Conga queen ran into Queen Bey at Sea Salt & Pepper on the Miami River where they were both having lunch after the Miami Dolphins game this weekend. And they pretty much made us totes jelly!

The ladiez not only looked beyond gorge, but they also overshadowed superstar Jay Z with their fierce Miami hotness!

Prince William Heads Back To School! Will Attend Cambridge University For 10 Weeks!! Get Deets HERE!!

Back to school, back to school, to prove to the Queen he's not a fool!

LOLz!!

It's been revealed that Prince William is heading back to school! The Duke is set to attend Cambridge University, aka his namesake town, to study Agricultural Management for the spring semester!!

How innneresting!

Prince George's father will attend the program for 10 weeks, where he is even expected to live at the university for at least part of the time!

The spokesperson for the palace revealed more details, saying:

"The executive education programme of seminars, lectures and meetings will draw on the strengths of academics across the university. It will start in early January and run until mid-March. The course has been designed to help provide the Duke with an understanding of contemporary issues affecting agricultural business and rural communities in the United Kingdom."

Oh no! What will Kate Middleton do without her prince?!?!

We're sure she'll get on just fine with all her maids & nannys helping out!

Man Finds Million-Dollar Lottery Ticket In Hurricane Sandy Debris!

Maybe this is a case of one man's trash is another man's treasure?

Well, not exactly. But one landscaper's discovery IS making him a whole lot richer this week!

Marvin Rosales-Martinez was cleaning up after Superstorm Sandy hit his Long Island hometown hard in 2012.

That's when he came across a damp scratch-off lottery ticket hidden in a pile of leaves!

Turns out, the ticket was a $1 MILLION winner!

He promptly turned it in to lottery officials who told Marvin he would have to wait a full year before collecting his prize! Spokesperson Lee Park explained how the state handles cases of "finders keepers," saying:

"In instances such as these it's standard practice for the lottery to require a one-year waiting period before awarding the prize in case anyone else comes forward."

Marvin's luck didn't run out though and after 365 days, he's now fla-hushed with caaaaaaash!

He opted to take the lump-sum payout of $515,612 after taxes!

We're so happy to hear a story like this come out of an area that was so devastated!

Now if you'll excuse us, we have to start looking in piles of leaves for lotto tickets!

Pot Heads, Paparazzi, & Transgenders Affected By 4 New Laws Going Into Effect On January 1st!

While there's no upcoming legislation to be enacted that will outlaw Kanye West from getting within 500 yards of any camera at anytime, there are a slew of cool new laws that will go into effect starting 2014, that will affect paparazzi, pot heads, and transgender alike!

Here are the 4 groundbreaking new rules:

1. Pot stores will start opening in Colorado, Maine, and Washington on January 1st! This marks the first time the recreational pot industry will actually be legal!

Meanwhile, we're pretty sure Willy Nelson and Snoop might announce a joint (ha!) musical tour of Colorado, Maine, and Washington.

2. Illinois will legalize marijuana in a pilot project! Hopefully this pilot project doesn't involve actual pilots because we're not sure if you can order Domino's from Air Traffic Control!

3. In California, transgender students will gain more rights, like being able to choose which restroom they use, and whether or not they play for a boys or girls' team in sports! Go Cali!

4. In a Californian law supported by Jennifer Garner and Halle Berry, paparazzi who take photos or video of a child without their consent or in a harassing manner could find themselves behind bars for a year and paying a fine of $10,000.

Wow, California is 2 for 2 for being AH-Mazing in 2014, and the ball hasn't even dropped yet!

Looks like new year is going to be one of many firsts!

Miley Cyrus Is Keeping Casual With Kellan Lutz Because She Suspects He's Famewhoring Off Her?!

Well, when you're as famous as Miley Cyrus, you'd be smart to wonder this about everyone!

And considering everyone in the whole world Kellan Lutz is nowhere near Mileybird's star power, he could certainly benefit from a little bit of her shine!

That's just what Miley is apparently worried about because she's supposedly suspicious about Kellan using her to increase his own celebrity since he does have his new Hercules film coming out!

An insider has revealed why Miley is keeping her rumored romance with Kellan casual instead of trying to get her second engagement ring from her new luvah! The insider said:

"The timing of these hookups are suspect to Miley. She thinks that he might be using her for the media aspect of things. He has a movie coming out next week and a lot of late night shows and other places will cover [their relationship], and will want to book him on their shows. So she is very suspect of his true intentions, that is the main reason she isn't diving into a relationship with him."

Well, he certainly did get some attention for keeping his head close to her crotch this weekend in Las Vegas!

But, maybe his crotch-clinging raised some suspicions in Mileybird, which could explain her twerkfest on another gent at the club!

Oh Mileybird, it must be hard when everyone wants a sip of your superstar juices!

Beyoncé Responds To Controversial Challenger Audio Used In XO! Read Her Statement HERE!

We think Queen Bey can do no wrong...well, at least intentionally!

After receiving some backlash for including an audio transmission from the Challenger explosion in her song XO, Beyoncé issued a statement explaining its inclusion:

"My heart goes out to the families of those lost in the Challenger disaster. The song XO was recorded with the sincerest intention to help heal those who have lost loved ones and to remind us that unexpected things happen, so love and appreciate every minute that you have with those who mean the most to you. The songwriters included the audio in tribute to the unselfish work of the Challenger crew with hope that they will never be forgotten."

We think that this is a pretty flawless explanation. Sure, she's self professed to be No Angel, but this seemed like the appropriate response, no?

All in all, we know you didn't mean any harm!

Meanwhile, June Scobee Rodgers, widow of Challenger Space Shuttle Commander Dick Scobee and one of the founders of the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, was "disappointed" with the Bey:

"We were disappointed to learn that an audio clip from the day we lost our heroic Challenger crew was used in the song XO. The moment included in this song is an emotionally difficult one for the Challenger families, colleagues and friends. We have always chosen to focus not on how our loved ones were lost, but rather on how they lived and how their legacy lives on today."

That was indeed such a tragic day. We hope Yonce will think about June's words, and learn from this response!
