Danity Kane Goes Glam For ANNEX MAN Magazine + Toni Braxton & Babyface Get Hot For UPTOWN Posted: 11 Dec 2013 09:35 AM PST Danity Kane is still on their comeback journey.  And they're back with a glammed up BANG.  Check out their cover & spread for ANNEX MAN magazine, plus Toni Braxton & Babyface covering the new issue of UPTOWN magazine....   Well hello ladies.  Say what you will about Danity Kane, but they were a girl group we could actually get into.  And while they're returning without the help and influence of their original creator Diddy, they seem to be doing just fine by themselves. Loving this pic of Shannon & Dawn.  In the Winter issue of Annex MAN Danity Kane opens up about why they split, if Diddy has reached out, former member D. Woods, new music, and a potential reality show. Shannon on being back together:  "It feels like we never left... We really haven't changed. That shows how much we really are sisters. We have our ups and downs, disagreements but we still fight hard for one another." Dawn on why they separated:  ".... I think we didn't know our true power and we allowed others to define us and tell us who we were..." Shannon on if they've heard from Diddy:  ".... I'm sure at one point we will. I would hope he would be proud and give us his blessings…" Aubrey on returning sans D. Woods: "Everyone in DK was asked to return and be a part of the next phase of DK…" So essentially...Aubrey's saying it was D.Woods' choice not to rejoin the group. While Mrs. Carter rolled through both Dallas and Houston this week, she showed fans just how Texan she is: She rocked a UT football jersey and bikini bottoms to show off that killer bod.    And paired it with a an adorable big cat hat and paws.   She even got baby Blue in on the Texas wear with a cowboy hat and her skinny jeans. After pics of Keyshia Cole and Mr. Ruggs getting seemingly cozy at a party last month, folks have been wondering what's up with her and hubby Boobie Gibson. So when Mr. Ruggs posted the below messages about missing and loving a special someone....certain sites took it and ran with it: When commenters under one of Ruggs' pics assumed it was about Keyshia, Keyshia herself chimed in: Certain sites took Keyshia's response as a confirmation she's not trying to hide her alleged relationship.  but she possibly was saying she's not hiding anything because there's nothing going on to hide.  Ruggs told folks to stop the bullsh*t. He called out certain sites in the comments section under his own pic, demanding them to remove the post.  And the post did get removed.   In other nosey Instagram news, remember Fantasia's married ex Antwaun Cook?  Well he's 100% back with his wife, Paula, after they attempted to go to court to end their marriage. And we heard previously both Paula and Antwaun were posting about their reconciliation.  But a post from 'Twaun a few days ago is stirring up drama on the web:   So he wrote this message to his "wife" (did he call her a b?) and told other fickle chicks to "runaway".  At least we think that's what he's saying.  Was this shade toward Fantasia and the other chicks he dated while he was married? We guess he had no words for his own fickle penis as it was gallivanting around Fantasia's woman parts while he was still a very married man. We'll keep out comments to ourselves about chicks standing by no good men by any means necessary.  Apparently we're supposed to overlook the fact he knocked up Fantasia twice and had a child with her....all while he was married. No Dirty Laundry here!  Kelly Rowland seems to be ecstatic with her new status as a bride-to-be.  While hitting up Hov's concert last night in L.A., the "Kisses Down Low" singer  was spotted waking into the Staples Center holding hands with reported fiance/manager Tim.  It looked like the two were attempting to shield her gorgeous engagement ring from the cameras.  But we see it anyway: We spy her trainer and workout DVD partner, Jeanette Jenkins, in the background too.  So it seemed like a night of fun with her boo and her friends. At Capitale today in New York City, Janelle Monae posed it up with Billboard's Woman of the Year, Pink, as both CoverGirl spokeswomen hit the red carpet together.  Janelle is also a recipient of an award, the mag's Rising Star award, and she spoke to Billboard about what it means for her movement: My journey is continuing. We’re not stopping or sitting back and reflecting or saying, “Hey, I’ve made it, I’ve arrived.” I’ve acknowledged it, and am acknowledging now, how encouraging it is to be recognized. This year, releasing "The Electric Lady" — which is deeply rooted in community and the female protagonist story of our community—has been such a great joy to be able to tell stories about these women—these unconventional, universal stories that don’t get talked about or discussed all the time. I made sure that "The Electric Lady" had strong themes, so many walks of life. And now going out and performing the songs and looking at young girls in the audience being inspired by the album, to tour and know that these stories are really encouraging young girls—to know that they see themselves in the album, as a part of this movement—it’s a sign of success. I feel as though we’re continuing to try to be successful and being just that. Sweet! SPOTTED: Fab Chick Kerry Washington Hides Her Bump On "Scandal" Set Posted: 10 Dec 2013 01:07 PM PST The cast of "Scandal" is still rolling tape for season 3 of the hit ABC show.  And Kerry Washington was spotted on set yesterday flaunting her pregnancy glow.   Peep he pics inside... Fab chick Kerry Washington hit the "Scandal" set yesterday with her baby bump hidden under one of those "Olivia" style white coats.  She and co-star Bellamy Young ("First Lady Mellie Grant") walked around the cool set to film their last seasons before the big break. After the winter finale goes down this Thursday, December 12, the season will have 10 more episodes in 2014, instead of the planned 14.  Season 3 is reportedly being cut short due to Kerry's pregnancy.  The married mom-to-be will also be celebrating her 37th birthday on January 31st, so she's got lots to look forward to after the Holidays. On another note, can we discuss how Kerry's ridiculously cute pup Josie (Josephine) has her own twitter account....and posts pics with the cast from the set?  It's unclear if it's official (even though Kerry IS following it)....but it's absolutely adorbs! CHILD SUPPORT SHOW DOWN! Mathew Knowles & Alexsandra Wright Set To Face Off In Court This Friday Posted: 10 Dec 2013 12:34 PM PST Mathew Knowles will have to face the music this Friday after being called a deadbeat...again...by his baby's mother Alexsandra Wright.  Deets inside... The mother of Mathew's 3 (almost 4)-year-old son Nixon, Alexsandra Wright, recently exposed him for skipping out on two child support payments totaling $24,000.  Now, we've learned that Friday the 13th will be D-Day for Papa Knowles.  The estranged exes will face Judge Hank Goldberg at Los Angeles Superior Court.  While it's unclear if Mathew himself needs to be present at this "Conference Settlement" or only his rep, we're told Alexsandra herself will be there front and center.  And she's bringing her new fiance along...celebrity trainer Harvey Walden. On tonight's episode of "Aresnio", actor Boris Kodjoe explains why he can make German sound so romantic, when usually he language sounds a bit harsh.  And he looked damn good while doing so.  Check out southern-style Boris below: And Boris busting a freestyle in German (he must have gotten the rapper bug after his "Real Husbands of Hollywood" cypher).  Ha! An Executive Producer of the production, Marvet Britto, posed it up with the stars as she celebrated her second show she helped produced.  The first was the fab Broadway production Trip To Bountiful with Cicely Tyson and Vanessa Williams.   Justin Guarini also starred in the production asn was there to party.    Condola's mom Phylicia Rashad came out to support her fab daughter. And remember Phylicia's "Cosby Show" co-star who played "Elvin"?  Geoffrey Owens also starred in Romeo & Juliet. Celebs (Including Dame Dash) Roll To Jay Z's Show At Staples Center, Hov Hits Afterparty With Tyga Posted: 10 Dec 2013 10:12 AM PST Jay Z brought out the Hollywood celebs as he brought his MCHG tour to the Staples Center last night.  Pics of who showed up to support Hov and Mr. Carter heading to an afterparty inside... While his wife Beyonce tore down the stage in Dallas last night, Jay took over the Staples Center with his Magna Carta Holy Grail tour.  Jay's longtime friend turned enemy turned seemingly friend again Dame Dash was spotted backstage.  He brought his daughter Ava along so she could see her godfather Shawn Carter rock the stage. Good to see Dame & Jay spending good times together again.   Nicki Minaj came out to support in a brightly colored graffiti print bodycon dress.  Of course, she needed escorts for her walk in.  Carrying all that cake around becomes difficult sometimes. L.A. Dodger Matt Kemp wobbled his way into the arena.  He was looking pretty happy despite his season ending ankle injury.  Marlon Wayans was spotted arriving.   And Jay turned his "Young Forever" finale into a tribute to Mandela:   After the show, Jay hit up Lure Nightclub to celebrate:   And Tyga made his way there too sans girlfriend Blac Chyna.
