Ashton Hasn't Congratulated His Co-Star On His SAG Nomination

Apparently, he is "unreachable," even to those close to him.

Jon Cryer got one of the best phone calls a person can get at 6 in the morning this week. For the first time since the show has been on the air, Jon was nominated for a SAG award for his work on Two and Half Men. When speaking about the accolade, he conceded that he doesn't suspect to win (the odds are firmly in Steve Carell's corner), but regardless, he has a few people in mind to thank should he actually win - like Charlie Sheen.

Jon explains:

"Of course, I am going to thank Charlie. When they gave me a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, I thanked him. I'm still grateful for the guy. We had a great working relationship, and I still wish him nothing but the best."

Stand up guy, right? Totally supportive and accepting of his former co-star. Which is more than can be said of his current partner in crime, Ashton Kutcher, who apparently has yet to reach out to Jon to congratulate him. Jon says that for the moment, Ashton remains "unreachable" for obvious reasons.

Man up, dude! Your bro just got a huge honor! Wouldn't kill you to step out of the wallows of your misery to wish him well.

Oh No! Nicole Scherzinger Held AT GUNPOINT In Mexico!

It's been tough times for Nicole Scherzinger lately!

Earlier this month, Scherzy was getting death threats over Drew Ryniewicz's vote-off from X Factor!

Then, people were PISSED after Nicole's controversial X Factor decision regarding Rachel Crow.

NOW, we're hearing that Nicole was held up AT GUNPOINT while on the set of her new music video for Try with Me in Mexico!

Here's what choreographer Brian Friedman (who was with Nicole at the time) had to say about it:

"We were held at gunpoint. People next to our cars…there were M16s and Berettas!"

"Nicole cursed me with this trip. It was the craziest adventure ever!"

Fortunately, the two were driving in a bulletproof SUV and nobody got hurt...or worse.

Be careful out there, Nicole! Scaaaaary!

Courtney Love Is Being Evicted From Her NYC Townhouse! Ruined Interiors And Set It On Fire!

Oh boy. Here we go...

Courtney Love seems to have taken a break from being Lindsay Lohan's sober coach, because she is busy being evicted from her West Village townhouse, for which she pays $27,000 a month, because owner Donna Lyon claims that the Hole singer not only owes over $50,000 in rent, but also "ruined" the design décor by painting over hand-finished walls, and even set the curtains in the master bedroom on fire, all of which will cost up to $100,000 and up to 12 weeks to restore!

Lyon explains:

"It was decorated by the previous owner, interior designer Steven Gambrel. One of the requirements of the lease is that nothing should be done to the interiors. Courtney has wallpapered and painted a large portion of the property without my consent. I learned about this when I wanted to sell the house and had photographs taken. They sent me the brochure and I said, 'This can't be my property.' I came to New York to see it and I was horrified by what she had done. The walls that had been hand-painted and glazed were ruined, covered in damask wallpaper and ice-blue paint. [After she set fire to a curtain in her bedroom] I got a call from her accountant, who said, 'Miss Love is fine,' which I was glad to hear, but I thought, 'What about the house?' "

Uh-oh!

And just to prove gurlfriend isn't messing around, she has set a December 21st civil court date for which Love is required to appear!

Lyon's lawyer, Norman Flitt, continues:

"[Love] as taken a historical house done by a recognized designer, and has taken upon herself to redecorate it. It Is tantamount to destroying a work of art."

Eek! Someone is in trouble!

We wonder what she'll have to say for herself in front of the judge?!

After considering many candidates including the members of SEAL TEAM 6, Melissa McCarthy, Julian Assange, and Zach Galifianakis, Time Magazine decided that Ryan Gosling was the coolest person of 2011!

Here's what Coolest Person Committee member Henry Winkler had to say about Ryan:

"There is not a genre he is not comfortable in. Cool is being comfortable in your own skin. Everything stems from that."

And here's what James Franco had to say about it:

"Ryan is the true king of cool. You got it right this year."

We wholeheartedly agree AND we also think he would have been a great choice for People's Sexiest Man Alive. Sorry, Bradley!

Michael Buble's Christmas debuted seven weeks ago, and it's been atop of the charts for four weeks now with an anticipation of 500,000 sold by December 18.

This makes Buble's jingle jamz the fourth best selling album of the year, right behind Adele, Lady GaGa, and Lil Wayne.

Wow! Who knew classics sung with a classic voice could do so well! Oh, wait, everyone! LOL!! Buble's old school vocal chords are makin' bank!

Brooke Mueller's Arraignment For Aspen Arrest Postponed

At least she'll have more time to prepare for this now!

Yesterday, the Aspen District Attorney announced that there would be NO DEAL available for Brooke Mueller, who was arrested for "possession of cocaine and assault in the third degree" in Aspen earlier this month.

Now, we're hearing that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife will not have to make her first appearance in court until January 23 at 10:30 a.m.

No word yet on whether or not the Aspen DA might have a change of heart with regards to making a deal with Brooke...but it's still not looking good.

What do U think? Any chance that they'll give Brooke a break this time???

New Deets On What's Next For Madonna At Interscope! New Album Getting Released THIS MARCH!!!

Get ready for A LOT more Madge in UR life!

Back in 2007, Madonna signed a 10-year deal with Live Nation, reportedly worth $100 million! Wowsa!

Now, we've got some new details on her Live Nation/Interscope Records three album deal, which will make up a $40 million portion of her $100 mil deal!

Here are the updates:

- New single Gimme All Your Luvin to be released last week of January
- New album is finished and gets released in March 2012 on Interscope Records
- Madge's '360' deal includes studio albums, touring, merchandising, fan club/website, DVDs, music-related tv/film projects, and 'associated sponsorship agreements'

Here's what Madonna's manager Guy Oseary had to say about the deal:

"We anticipate a very bright future at our new home."

And more from Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman Jimmy Iovine:

"Very rarely does an opportunity like this come around. We would like to thank Madonna, Guy and Live Nation for their belief in us."

We're BEYOND excited to see what Madge brings us in the upcoming years! We know the new album will be A-MAZING!!!!!!!
