SPOTTED: Chris Brown At Richmond Airport With Girlfriend Karrueche Tran + Chris Splits With His Publicist

Chris Brown was all smiles at the airport recently but things aren't going so well in his camp.  Sources say he has split with his publicist, Tammy Brook.  Get the deets on the split inside and see candids of Chris with girlfriend Karrueche Tran.  

 

 

Chris Brown and girlfriend Karrueche Tran were spotted laughing and having a good time while catching an early flight out of Richmond, Virginia today.  But sources report all is not well in his professional life.

Tammy Brook, Chris Brown's publicist, has parted ways with him as a client following his GMA outburst this week.  Tammy has not released a comment on the split but I'm sure she was none too pleased when her client smashed that window.

The price of the Farmington, CT estate owned by rapper 50 Cent was recently slashed down from a high of $18.5 million to just under $10 million.  The home comes with its own historical background once belonging to heavyweight Mike Tyson and now in the hands of 50 Cent.  The 52-mansion comes with 19 bedrooms and 25 full baths. 

 

Besides the amenities like the large lion covered fountain in the driveway, there a nightclub, recording studio and of course the infamous wine cellar. 

50 describes the estate as "The Playboy Mansion of the East."

 

 

And if you can cough up the $10 million asking price, be prepared to pay $98,000 in property taxes annually.  It cost big bucks to be YBF in Connecticut. 

HOUSEWIFE DINNER NIGHT: Nene Leakes & Taylor Armstrong Kick It In Beverly Hills

It was a "Housewife" dinner night.  And it looks like "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes may be making a switch over appearance as the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and Taylor Armstrong are currently taping.  And the two popped up at BOA Steakhouse last night holding hands.

The girls seemed to be sharing some good "Housewife" times last night at dinner.  And loving all the paparazzi attention of course.

Can't wait till the "Beverly Hills" chicks come back to Bravo....

 

SPOTTED: Birthday Girl Aretha Franklin Celebrating With Clive Davis

They've been good friends for over 3 decades.  So it's only right the former head honcho at Sony and now mentor to the legends, Clive Davis, took Aretha Franklin out to dinner for her 69th birthday last night.

Aretha turns 69 today, and she and Mr. Davis and her crew were spotted at dinner last night at Le Bernardin.  Clive Davis brought Aretha to Arista records back in 1980.  And now, he says he will be working with her on a new project this year. 

Clive said back in February after Aretha's mysterious surgery:

"I just got off the phone with her, and she's sounding very good.  We had a wonderful conversation, and we’re looking forward to working together. She's planning to come here when the weather gets a little warmer in New York."

PHILLY LOVE: Jill Scott And Eve's New "Shame" Single

With a new album, Light Of The Sun, on the way, Jilly from Philly took it back to her roots and teamed with fellow Philly native Eve for the new single "Shame."   See a clip of the video and Jill talking about why the video shoot was so important inside....

 

CNN recently caught up with Jill Scott on the set for her new single "Shame" with fellow Philly native Eve.  The single represents a return to Jill's hip hop roots while the video itself represents something a bit more personal.

Shot at the Cecil B. Moore Recreation Center on the city's north side, this is the place where Jill spent her summers as a child and where she began to write poetry.  What's special about the shoot is that Jill decided to do the video there after learning the center was on the city's list to be demolished.  So Jill and her Blues Babe Foundation swooped in to save the day.  Jill paid for a new roof, gym floor and basketball court.

"When I found out it was closing, it just hurt my feelings because kids like me needed a place to go. We just started to really take care of this facility because we don't want it to shut down."

She continued,

"Every community needs a rec center.  I put a lot of my love and my heart here." 

When Elaine Lark, a local grandmother, learned of Jill's generosity she said,

"It's nice to see that Jill Scott thought enough about North Philly to come back and have everything here [at the rec center].  "It's a boost for the community. A lot of times entertainers don't come back, but I love that she did."

But for Jill, rebuilding the rec center was second nature saying,

"You still have to come back.  Where you come you take care of that place. Everybody is supposed to  be a part of their own community."

Report Claims Rihanna's "LOUD" Tour Is NOT A Bust, Rih Readies For Academy of Country Music Awards!

In response to reports that Rihanna's LOUD tour has poor ticket sales, one industry insider has posted some facts (given to him by Live Nation) that dispute reports of low ticket sales.  Find out what the powers that be are saying about Rihanna and her tour inside.  Plus--chick is readying for a country-collabo at this year's Academy of Country Music Awards next month...

 

Acclaimed music analyst and blogger Bob Lefsetz recently posted infomation he obtained from Live Nation chairman Irving Azoff about Rihanna's worldwide tickets sales.  After Bob published his findings, Roc Nation co-signed on the report saying Rihanna's tour is not the disaster The New York Post reported it to be earlier this week.

So here are the facts according to Bob/Irving/Roc Nation:

1. There are 56 sold out Rihanna dates in Europe.  

2. 64% of tickets for Rihanna’s domestic shows have already been sold. And they’re selling at the rate of 700 a day.

3. Rihanna’s Boston show is four months out. Projections say that 90% of the seats will be sold by showtime.  Also, the Post story said Rihanna needed to sale 15,000 tickets to break even, but Bob reports only 13,500 seats are available for sale.  And so far, Rihanna had sold 5,800 tickets for Boston, not the reported 3,700 tickets.   

 

And news just broke this afternoon that Rihanna's going country!  At least for one night.  Rih is set to perform a collabo of her new song, ‘California King Bed,’ with Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles.  It'll be the pop singer's first appearance at the ACMs, and it'll be an interesting one at that I'm sure.

The ACMs are set to air live from Las Vegas on April 3rd at 8 PM ET on CBS.

So does this prove that Rih Rih's still WINNING?

Well isn't this special.  Why wait for a Sweet 16 party when your daddy can throw a $60,000 bash for your Sweet 13?  Birdman's daughter, Bria, celebrated her first teen birthday in South Beach recently.  And her pops had the party put together in under a week.

The YMCMB crew headed down to South Beach March 12th weekend for Bryan "Baby/Birdman" Williams' daughter Bria's 13th birthday.  Apparently, Mr. Birdman had the entire South Beach area shut down for a night while his daughter and her friends partied the night away at the new club Pink Miami.

Baby put his millions to use and had Celebrity Chef Ashley of The Elegant Experience throw this shindig together in under a week.  What else do we expect from Baby for his hip-hop princess?

The deets on inside the party: DJ Khaled DJ'd for the 150+ guests.  Celebs like Lil Wayne, Slim (Cash Money Records), Busta Rhymes, Toya Carter, Lil Wayne and Toya’s daughter Reginae Carter, "Real Housewives of Miami" star Alexia Echevarria, and many more all hit up the party.  And the entire club was transformed into "Bria's Club" for the night with her own printed money and Bria’s Bubbly special cased and designed strawberry spritzer and apple cider with her face on the bottle.  Why are we not surprised?

The guests got the VIP treatment as well: An airbrush tattoo artist, a custom made to order blinged out t-shirt for each guest, Kardashian's Dash store, a custom photo pod, and hip hop dancers.

Oh--and a 4 ½ ft cake from Divine Delicacies was delivered by 3 men, while silver plated custom cookie necklaces with Bria’s custom logo were served to each guest.

And if all this over-the-topness wasn't enough, Bria was decked out in sparkles and custom Louboutin shoes.  This kid's Sweet 16 is going to be ridic. More pics:

Atlantic City Promoter Sues Wendy Williams For Being Shady & "Ungrateful"

An Atlantic City resort promoter is suing talk show diva and "DWTS" contestant Wendy Williams for not "properly" hosting a party she agreed to attend.  Get the deets on the $25,000 lawsuit inside...

 

TMZ reports that Harrahs Resort and Casino has filed a $25,000 lawsuit against talk show host Wendy Williams, claiming she didn't fulfill her duties at a party she hosted.

The suit claims that Mrs. Wendy agreed to appear at the resort's pool but when she arrived, she and her husband retreated to a fancy cabana with her manager-husband "Big Kevin" (stocked with 4 bottles of champagne and 2 bottles of white wine - per her request) and did not mingle with the resort's guests.

Wendy said she wasn't feeling the party at all and wanted leave.

Harrahs claims that fans were greatly disappointed by her behavior as she was expected to hit the mic to talk to guests.  But she didn't.  Also, Wendy was booked for two hours, but she and her hubby stayed for only an hour.

Ooooh Wendy.  How YOU doin' girl?

 

 

 

Jay-Z Scores Collaboration With Sade + Readies The Release Of "Watch The Throne" With Kanye West

Jay-Z is about to take the game over once again thanks to two high-profile collaborations.  Not only is he ready to release the Kanye West duet album Watch The Throne everybody's been waiting on, but he can lay claim to being one of the first artists ever to hop on a track with Sade.  Deets inside...

 

Although she said previously that turned her back on collaborations, Sade has tapped Jay-Z for an upcoming Ultimate Collection set for a track called "Moon & The Sky."  The project is currently scheduled for a May 3rd release and will make Jay the first hip-hop artist to work with the "Smooth Operator" singer.  This ought to be interesting.

 

And his album with Kanye, Watch The Throne, is almost done, according to an interview producer Young Guru did with Vibe.com. 

“Right now, I’m really trying to get Jay and Kanye to hurry up and finish this Watch The Throne album because the world needs to hear it.  It just needs little tweaks and things like that. But the core of the album is finished.”

And rapper Talib Kweli, who also knows a little bit about the album, recently said,

"I think the most unexpected part is kind of out the way with 'H.A.M.' That was probably the last kind of track I was expecting to hear from Jay and Kanye, but they definitely have some tricks up their sleeves. And they have some types of songs that you would think they might have. They really did a good job at covering all aspects, from the songs I've heard."

Sounds like we can expect a lot from this album.  But there is still no official release date....
