So Reggie Bush Wants That Old Thing Back, Sparks Up Text Relationship With Kim K.?

After recent rumors swirled Miami Dolphin Reggie Bush wanted to get back with his ex Kim Kardashian as soon as her divorce was announced, both camps (kinda) shot it down.  Now reports say Reggie has been checking in on Kim via text and wants her back.  Do we believe it?  Nope.  But we're simply the messenger...

Life+Style reports in their new issue this week that Reggie has been texting Kim and waiting on the sidelines for her to dump Kris Humphries.  And since Reggie supposedly got his alleged wish, he's supposedly ready to move in on his old flame, who they say is his "first real love":

“Reggie reached out to Kim via text shortly after she announced she was filing for divorce to make sure she was okay,” a Kardashian family friend tells Life & Style. “They’ve stayed in touch ever since, texting and talking. Kim was Reggie’s first love. He knows she’s hurting right now, but when the time is right, he’ll swoop in and take care of her.”

In fact, an insider tells Life & Style that Kim and Reggie have been in contact regularly via text, phone and Skype. And as Kris Humphries refuses to sign divorce papers and slings claims of fraud at Kim, Reggie has been her understanding shoulder to cry on. “He’s concerned about her; he’s making sure she’s holding it together,” shares the friend. “Reggie always knew that it wasn’t going to work [between Kim and Kris], so he’s been waiting and watching.”

As for how true this is?  We doubt it.  But at the most Reggie could simply be checking on her because he's a nice person.  And things could have gone no further than a couple lines of exchanges and folks could be blowing everything out of proportion--as usual when it comes to the K clan.  And since this could be a new twist of possible reality showdom, I'm sure the K's have considered making this reunion happen even if it hasn't already.

Time will tell...

Jessica White HOSTS The Breakfast Club's 1 Year Anniversary Party

Last night, Jessica White and a few of her friends headed over to Mike Kyser's party at Frames Bowling Lounge to celebrate the one-year anniversary of DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God launching The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1. See pics of Tank and Joe Buddens partying inside....

 

Last night DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God celebrated their one-year anniversary at The Breakfast Club at Mike Kyser’s (President of Atlantic Records)  Bottles & Strikes edition at Frames Bowling Lounge.

The party was hosted by supermodel Jessica White who worked the pole.

 

Jessica posed with The Breakfast Club's Angela Yee and stylist Ty Hunter.

R&B star Tank was there and he posed with singer Knight.

DJ Envy posed with radio partner Charlamagne Tha God.

DJ Clue was also there to support and he chilled with Angela.

DJ Clue also caught up with DJ Envy.

Shady's Joe Budden was in the house.

Melyssa Ford also came out to support.

Fun times....congrats to The Breakfast Club on 1 year in!

Marlo Hampton Shows Off Her Posh Home & "Real Housewives of Atlanta" Episode

Sunday night, Marlo Hampton hosted a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" viewing party at her posh ATL home.  She was celebrating her first night of appearing on the show.  And since she was cut from being an official "Housewives" cast member recently, she's playing it up for her guest roles.

I'm still confused on exactly who Marlo is and what she does in life--other than the fact she's gotten arrested umpteen times, mostly for fraudulent style activities.  That fact alone could probably answer most of our questions.  But I digress.

She looked fabulous in a black and white ensemble and Chanel accessories as she showed off her Holiday style at home.  Her friends, fam, and folks like Lawrence and Derek J. were all there too.

NeNe Leakes wasn't present--but it seems they're now "the tall clique of besties" as they're constantly tweeting their pics and whereabouts together.  Maybe Charles Grant--the NFLer they were both seeing--is out of the picture?  I see no ring on Marlo's finger anymore.  Hmmm....

Is that a pet or a coat Lawrence?

Queen Latifah Doesn't Want You To Call Her OPRAH In the January 2012 ESSENCE Magazine

Queen Latifah is looking hot in red on the January 2012 issue of ESSENCE magazine.  The singer/rapper/actress/spokeswoman/Exec. Producer/businesswoman, etc.  is the epitome of "doing the most."  And we love it.

As Latifah preps for her comeback to talk show hosting, she's rocking the upcoming cover and pages of ESSENCE mag.  The Jersey gal is dishing on how she went from Newark girl to a 20-year career 7 albums, 30 films, and umpteen awards and accolades in.  But she says she's not Oprah, so don't compare her.

“…People say I’m going to be the next Oprah. No. Oprah is still Oprah. I’ll be the next me. I feel like there’s always a lane for me as long as I’m true to myself…”

Other than the fact they made her look off in the eyes, fab pic nonetheless.  The issue hits stands December 12th.

Will & Willow Smith At The "Holiday In The Hanger" Charity Event + Willow Stops By "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon"

Will and Willow Smith helped spread some holiday cheer to tons of kiddies at the Holiday in the Hangar event at JFK airport yesterday.  See pics inside and watch Willow's appearance on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon."

 

Yesterday, Willow and her father Will Smith piggybacked into a fun holiday event at JFK airport hosted by the Garden of Dreams Foundation.  

And after descending from a stationary airline hangar, Willow helped host the event which organizes once-in-a-lifetime moments for ill children.

ANd she kicked it with Santa's Delta helpers and Santa himself:

It's great to see Will and Jada involving their kids in charitable works at such a young age.

And later on.....

Will was spotted returning to his hotel at The Mandarin in Columbus Circle.

 

 

Then Willow appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" where he talked about remaking her song "Whip My Hair." She talked about about her work with Nicki Minaj on the "Fireball" video saying she is "...wild, crazy and talented." Then she asked the audience to follow her Grandmother on Twitter! So cute....

Whatever possessed MaMa Frankie to actually go through with a full video for this "Frankie Leg" business is incredible really.  Check out the blonde bombshell's latest inside....

So, after the trailer hit the net back in September, she went ahead with a hi-def full out version of the vid.  The "Frankie Leg" consists of dipping, turning, stepping, and Holla'ing.  Triple sigh.

Her daughter Keyshia Cole tweeted yesterday she's not angry about the video at all.  So get ya hustle on Ms. Frankie.  But if you and Mama Jones try to form a supergroup, I'm done.

Tyrese just dropped one of our fave remixes of his.  He brought in Rick Ross and Faith Evans to flip the track and lay down a few verses for his hit single "Stay."

Damn near anything Ricky Rozay touches turns to gold.  And this new remix is no different.  Tyrese's motown inspired "Stay" track off his #1 album Open Invitation received a makeover from the MMG head honcho. It's got a new beat and new verses from Ricky and songstress Faith Evans--who still sounds amazing by the way.  Ricky also appears on the remix to Ty's "I Gotta Chick" single alongside R. Kelly.

R&B songstress Brandy Norwood is readying for her next LP...no more just singing in the bathroom.  Find out what Brandy has to say about this upcoming phase of her career inside....

We've yet to see R&B chick Melanie Fiona like this.  The YBF chick is rocking an 8-page spread for the upcoming issue of YRB magazine hitting stands next week.  But you can check out some of the pics of the pretty gal rocking her Holiday best now inside....

Usually, Toronto native Melanie gets lost in the Hollywood shuffle.  But lately, the "4 AM" singer has been stepping up her style and look...and these new pics are her best yet.  We already loved her voice...and now we're loving her fabness.

1.  Mary Mary has cancelled their upcoming "Have A Mary Mary Christmas" tour because Erica's due date is nearing!  The ladies said via press today:

As Tina Campbell notes, “Our commitment to our passion of music and our fans is without question, but allowing wisdom, common sense, and our commitment to family to take the lead at this point is necessary. We fully intend to return to our passion and our commitment to music in late spring and look forward to rescheduling the ‘Have A Mary Mary Christmas Tour’ in 2012.”

Erica Campbell admitted, “This was a very hard decision for me. I'm accustomed to pushing myself beyond my doctor recommendations during my pregnancies, but after having seen my sister, Tina, deal with a premature birth as a direct result of an exhaustive pace, I recognize how real this is. Although my passion told me to push on as usual in these past months, my wisdom, as of my last week's doctor's visit, told me to take care of myself and my new baby-to-be. Just know that I have the greatest passion for whom I sing about and a great love and respect for whom I sing to, so I'll be back to what I live for as soon as I take care of mommy business.”

Ludacris & Girlfriend Eudoxie Get FAB For "New Year's Eve" Premiere, Launches Website For the Kids

Rapper Ludacris and his girlfriend Eudoxie were spotted in L.A. yesterday for the premiere of his new film New Year's Eve. See the pics inside and find out about the new educational website he created for kids....

Ludacris and his red-hot girlfriend Eudoxie were in LA for the Warner Bros. Pictures' New Year's Eve premiere (movie hits theaters December 9th) at Hollywood and Highland in Los Angeles, California.  Ludacris co-stars in the ensemble cast film with fab folks like Halle Berry and Sofia Vergara.

Recently, Luda launched a new website dedicated to his 10-year-old daughter Karma Bridges called Karmasworld.com.  The website is an interactive world for kids teaching children from grades 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 academic lessons about math, science and geography, as well as ethical and social responsibilities like manners, honesty and kindness. Awwww!

Of the site, he said in a press release, 

“We wanted the site to be educational, fun and full of music that all kids will enjoy, but we also wanted it to teach kids more than just academics. The site touches on subjects like, the rewards of hard work and importance of learning manners as well as the idea that doing good deeds for others will bring good into your life – which is the meaning of the word Karma.  The music and lyrics, games and stories on the site are all original and were created by me, my daughter and my creative team.” 

Ludacris also posed with co-star Josh Duhamel and his wife Fergie.  Are you seeing it this weekend?  I am!

 

CHANGE UP! Chris Paul & Dwight Howard Headed To The LAKERS?!

So much for those NY Knicks trade rumors for New Orleans Hornet Chris Paul!  Credible sources are saying he--along with his former Team USA teammate Orlando Magic baller Dwight Howard--are in heavy talks to head to Hollywood.  The Lakers' quest for a big 3 team inside....

The L.A. Lakers have reportedly set their eyes on NBA stars Chris Paul and Dwight Howard, and they're willing to trade 3 of their own stars--Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol--to get the deal done.  Whoa!

While both Chris & Dwight have been practicing with their current teams in preparation for the very possible Christmas Day season kick off, ESPN reporter Chris Broussard says the Lakers are readying a blockbuster deal.  And supposedly, Jim Buss & Mitch Kupchak (head honchos over at the Lakers), said he's willing to give up ANY player for Chris & Dwight...except for Kobe Bryant. 

 

 

The L.A. Clippers are also supposedly setting up an offer for the two players, and they are just as willing to trade any player...except their star Blake Griffin.

Chris and Dwight going to the Lakers with Kobe Bryant would create a Big 3 type team--much like the Miami Heat have. 

But the biggest question here is....WTF will Khloe Kardashian do if Lamar is traded from L.A.??  Tragedy!  But we're pretty sure Mama Kris already has a "Khloe & Lamar Take The NBA" trademark application filed.  Damn shame....
