Cuz if you're a fan, this news is sure to energize your immune system!

Regarding Stacey Betts' $9M lawsuit -- in which she holds Justin Bieber responsible for permanent ear damage she incurred at a 2010 concert -- the case is CLOSED!

Gurl realized she couldn't really move forward with the case without a lawyer.

So even though she was still under the belief that Biebs should heal her wounded ear with monetary medicine, she seemed to prioritize time over cash as she filed to dismiss the suit.

Justin is probably somewhere thrusting the air right now, LOL!

Glee Star Mark Salling SUED For SEXUAL BATTERY!

Could Mark Salling really be a real-life punk??

Glee's veteran bad boy has been slapped with a vicious lawsuit claiming he forced a girl to have sex with him WITHOUT a condom!

In the lawsuit filed by Roxanne Gorzela's attorney, the victim claims the two began dating back in September of 2010.

And in March 2011, they got together for a hook-up session when he allegedly gave no care to her demands of condom protection and then proceeded to "insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom."

According to her, she continued protesting during intercourse which did lead to him pulling out... but he didn't wrap up and decided to re-engage despite her pleas.

Later that month, she says she went to his house with her mind set on confrontation. Planning to tell him all about her emotional distress and health concerns, she claims she found him fooling around with another woman.

Quickly she demanded proof that he was free of STDs, but he allegedly responded by grabbing her in an angry reaction and pushing her to the ground.

She claims a police report was filed the very same day. And there is a photo of what appears to be her legs covered in bruises.

Mark's publicist has responded by scoffing at the suit, saying:

"There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."

Eeeek!

Please let this be false. We'd hate to learn our beloved Puck could really be this cruel.

But if it's true, then we SINCERELY hope justice is served. We don't care how hot or talented you are, this sh*t needs to stop!

With a gaggle of friends by their side, our curiosity wonders if this Costa Rica vacation is actually an elopement for Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth!

Hey! We're always down for a celebrity wedding!

But nahhh. This is probably just another exotic getaway for the high-grossing couple (Miley is pictured in the middle, Liam is second from the left).

Before they enjoyed some mermaid time in the river (above), Miliam was seen cuddling on the beach in affectionate love (and in more clothing)!

Rumor has it the two began their trip last Friday, along with brother Chris Hemsworth and his wife, as a way to celebrate Liam's 23rd bday (Jan 13). Oh haiiii birthday boy!!

Michael J. Fox Confronts Taylor Swift After Rude Comment!

OMG they're like total bestiez now!

Ha!

Okay so not quite... but they have made up.

After making a rude comment regarding Taylor Swift's career-building tactics (writing songs about every dude she dates), Michael J. Fox regretted his ammo-filled words and signed a peace treaty with the angel-haired poptart.

Now... Mikey's phone call of goodwill came after Taylor's fan-army went to war on Twitter.

So Swifty, like the beautiful dove she is, issued a big ole' halt-order on the mini-blurbin' site, tweeting:

And just like that, all was well in the Twitterverse again!

...or at least it will be until the next One Directioner war. Some of them are still reeling from the Haylor split.

But the moral of the story is this -- when Tina Fey jokingly warns Taylor to stay away from your son, keep it in laughsville!

Leonardo DiCaprio: How The Django Unchained Star Unwinds On His Time Off!

Work hard, play harder -- that seems to be Leonardo DiCaprio's motto!

Between crazy shoot schedules to getting all dapper for award season red carpets, one would imagine that Leo must barely ever get ANY time off!

While the Django Unchained star clearly works his seksi ass off during his days on set, he also likes to just let loose after the director yells "cut!"

Of his downtime fun timez, Leo stated:

"My vice is to hang out with my friends, talk about absolutely nothing of importance and act like a complete idiot. It's like therapy to just be a complete idiot with my friends."

We can't say we even blame him! Though, it seems like Leo hasn't quite had that luxury lately!

Between his Django Unchained duties, to The Great Gatsby and The Wolf of Wall Street, DiCaprio confessed that he hasn't even been home for a year and a half!!

As for another way the actor loves to use up his rare, yet valuable free time?

DiCaprio likes to go diving underwater to "disconnect from earth" and float off into a "dream world" of sorts!

Sounds like the PERFECT way to escape and tune out the hustle and bustle of Hollywood to us!

Bravo's Andy Cohen Confesses To GQ Which Celeb Could Turn Him Straight!

Bravo TV head honcho, Andy Cohen, recently opened up to GQ magazine about everything from his one major girl crush... to his straight male fan base!

While the Housewives producer is gay and proud, there's still one lucky lady who could turn him straight in an instant!

So just who is the special girl??? And no, not Teresa Giudice!

Andy admitted:

"Jenny McCarthy was the one I thought could turn me straight. I thought that if I could just get my shot with her, it could happen."

Not a bad choice, Cohen! We're sure other guys would go straight for her, too! Ha!

As for that ever-growing fan base of his?

Well, Bravo viewers might be surprised to hear that he actually has a LOT of straight guys for fans!

Cohen explained:

"I volunteered at Cantor Fitzgerald, did this 9/11 charity day. And I walked onto the trading floor, which is like being in the locker room of a football team or something—there's a lot of testosterone. And every one of those guys knew who I was and had watched my show."

Andy went on to add that he figured out just why straight men are so drawn to him AND his Real Housewives and Watch What Happens Live series -- they tune in for the tittays!

Andy proclaimed:

"I show a bunch of boobs and asses and good-looking women. I get your wives and girlfriends playing drinking games. I get 'em wound up, I get 'em drunk."

Chris Brown Will ALWAYS Keep Tabs On Rihanna Because She's "Sexy As F*ck"?!

Cause that's not creepy or stalkerish in the least...

Even though Chris Brown and Rihanna are seemingly in an off-again stage of their tempestuous romance, the couple were spotted leaving the same recording studio Thursday which obviously means they are at least on speaking singing terms...

But no matter what their relationship status may be, Breezy Boy will always know what's going on in Riri's life, cause dude apparently monitors Rihanna's every move!

One source claiming to be close to the lovers reveals:

"Chris thinks Rihanna is sexy as f**k and anytime she's on the cover of something you know that [he] got his eyes on her. He keeps close tabs on her especially when they ain't talkin — like now. But they cool."

But it's not like the Queen of No F*ckery doesn't regularly update the world to what's going on in her life via Instagram -- especially if she's feeling extra seXXXy that day -- and many believe Riri posts saucy pics deliberately to give Mr. Breezy bonerz!

The source shares:
