Former NBA baller Latrell Sprewell was arrested in Milwaukee, WI yesterday for disorderly conduct. Find out what he did inside and hear why Lil' Flip says his arrest for carrying an assault rifle was bogus.... Latrell Sprewell, who used to score hoops for the Golden State Warriors and the NY Knicks, scored a court date yesterday after he was busted for disorderly conduct. Cops in Milwaukee responded to a residence on the east side of the city around 4:15pm yesterday after receiving two loud noise complaints. The police report does not say why Latrell was arrested or if he even lives at the house, but we know from his past (he once choked and threatened Golden Start Warriors head coach P.J. Carlesimo) that he has a bit of a temper. The Milwaukee County district attorney's office is investigating and we'll keep you posted.

Remember we told you that Lil' Flip had been arrested for drug and gun possession in Louisiana? Despite having us scratching our heads about "why" he needs to drive around with an AR-15 assault rifle, Lil' Flip claims he is within his constitutional rights to have the weapon.
It turns out that he DOES have a valid license to carry the gun in 22 states (including Louisiana) and he says he needs it because he's been shot before. As for the marijuana....he says it was just a few "Black and Mild" cigars and he is "not one of those rappers who would carry drugs on me. I know better." "I know they don't mess around in Louisiana and I wouldn't do anything to make me go to the big house. Especially on Christmas night." Alrighty then....tell it to the judge.

Mariah Carey dazzled fans in Australia yesterday with a mesmerizing performance of some of her biggest hits. See the diva, who actually pulled off a HIT with her look this time, bring in the new year with her family and fans inside....
Wearing a tight white dress with silver tassels, Precious star and R&B diva Mariah Carey gave a sparkling performance at the Gold Coast Exhibition Centre near the city of Brisbane in Australia last night. All to celebrate the new year.
Fresh from her holiday in Aspen, Colorado, Mimi was joined on stage by her husband Nick Cannon and Dem Babies Monroe and Moroccan. As she preps for her upcoming concert in Sydney tomorrow, the American Idol judge did manage to take in a few sights as she was seen (not pictured here) on an exploration of the Great Barrier Reef on Saturday. And she did this from the view of her yacht. Must be nice Mariah! Catch her making her debut on American Idol Wednesday, January 16, and Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 8/7c on Fox.

Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen was spotted out at Miami Beach after a boat ride with his wife Larsa Pippen and their cute daughter Sofia. Check out the family pics inside... Former co-star of "Real Housewives of Miami" Larsa Pippen is still getting snapped by the paps. She and her former NBA star hubby Scottie Pippen made their way out to the beach in their hometown of Miami. And 47-year-old Scottie, who currently serves as senior advisor to Bulls' President & COO Michael Reinsdorf, was on daddy duty carrying daughter Sofia around as they made their way to the valet stand: Larsa gave a little insight into how she raises the couples' kids after the world saw how absolutely spoiled she was herself. Ex-party girl Serena Williams revealed that she's done with "fun times" and focused on making tennis history. Find out why she celebrated NYE very quietly in Australia, but still looked cute, inside....
With her long toned legs and flowing brown curls, legendary tennis champion Serena Williams was spotted rocking a pretty floral print dress during day two of Australia's Wheel of Brisbane tennis tournament in South Bank.
The Olympic gold medalist revealed that she's given up her old party ways to devote total focus on her tennis game. "I’m really boring now. I used to be fun - for a fun time...Now for a fun time do not call me. I think I just got older and I realized I can’t be that fun girl for the rest of my life. I could be the oldest number one. I don’t know how that goes with the funnest." And Serena even spent NYE very quietly as she prepped for her game saying, "I’ve been having insomnia, I don't know what time zone I’m in. I’m nocturnal right now. I was awake for New Year’s Eve. I heard the fire crackers and I would have loved to have seen it but I had a match today so I didn’t do anything fun." Celebs partied hard to ring in the new year. And we've got what everyone was up to. From Diddy and fam in St. Barts to the Heat ballers and their lovers in Miami to reality stars in Atlanta, we've got the pics....
Rihanna is currently traveling around with Chris Brown as he continues his Carpe Diem tour. And she posted a pic of herself under the covers this mornin saying: Good morning! Still haven't slept lol #hello2013 But it was Chris Brown's tweet that made everyone realize they were actually laying in bed together:
He said, "Morning." And they clearly stayed up all night....
Down in Miami, LeBron James and fiancee' Savannah headed out to a party, just one day after Bron's 29th birthday. And they were likely going to meet their friends Gabby Union, Dwyane Wade and Adrienne & Chris Bosh at James Royal Palm:
Gabby and Dwyane looked cute bringing in the new year with kisses.
Over in St. Barts, Diddy celebrated NYE (which was also Justin's birthday) with his sons Justin, Christian and Quincy. His twins D'Lila & Jessie were there too, as well as their mom Kim Porter.
And Ne-Yo performed on the island.
"Basketball Wife" Draya traveled down to Orlando to host the NYE party at Club Off Limits.
Former Miami "Basketball Wife" Royce hit the club too and downed some drinks with Draya.
And y'all already know Draya loved watching the kissing chicks in there. And speaking of chicks kissing:
Teyana Taylor and Karrueche Tran made all kinds of nice while partying it up in Miami at Euforia nightclub. They were each other's midnight kiss. And clearly the good friends liked it.

Brandy turned out a few of her hits last night on Dick Clark's "Rockin New Year's Eve." Watch her performances inside and see her cover Rihanna's "Diamonds."
Newly engaged songstress Brandy was seen arriving at Lavo in Las Vegas where she performed for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. She snapped pics with her fiance' Ryan Press and rapper J.Cole.
B-Rocka had a stellar 2012 where she mounted a successful comeback and released her chart-topping Two Eleven disc.

Bonus: After getting her makeup done a few days ago, Brandy warmed up her vocals cords with her own rendition of Rihanna's "Diamonds." We have to say that we wish this was longer as it shows the R&B powerhouse potential the song could have had. Just saying....

While his wife was tearing down the Wynn Hotel over in Vegas last night, Jay-Z hit the stage at the Brooklyn Barclays Center to perform a New Year's Eve concert with ColdPlay.
Meanwhile, his homie Nas rocked out in Manhattan at Radio City Music Hall with Elle Varner. Pics inside...
Jay-Z put on his tux for a dapper night of music at the home of the Brooklyn Nets, the Barclays Center. And he asked Chris Martin, his wife Gwyneth Paltrow and their kids come on stage at the stroke of midnight to dance around on stage. Bridget Kelly performed and Adrienne Bailon was there of course.
Over in Manhattan at Radio City Music Hall:
Nas made his way to his show with his daughter Destiny. Opener Elle Varner tweeted pics of her and Mr. Jones' sexy self before the show.
