| Chris Kelly Recorded Rapping And Partying Just Hours Before His Death Posted: 06 May 2013 12:42 PM PDT A new video has surfaced showing the late Kris Kross rapper Chris Kelly just hours before his recent death, and it's not pretty. The two and a half minute clip shows the deceased performer hanging out with some of his friends the night before he passed, and he appears to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Chris' mother revealed that her son was in fact using cocaine and heroin that night, and the video seems to support that as you can see beer cans and other substances scattered about his house. At one point, the rapper tries to sing along to a track he had reportedly been working on, and he slurs his way through lyrics that involve morose subjects, like being surrounded by dead bodies. | Justin Bieber & Usher SUED For $10 Million Over Song Stealing Accusation! Posted: 06 May 2013 12:09 PM PDT Justin Bieber's got more problems than just a few fans! And he might have Usher to thank for this new dramz! Both musical magicians are being sued over allegedly stealing the song Somebody to Love from fellow musician De Rico. De Rico and his writing partner, Mareio Overton, claim they were granted the copyright to the song for De Rico's 2008 album My Story II. The lawsuit has stated they then took the song around to major labels and artists, like Usher. It also reports:
Oh snap! So the story claims Usher recorded the song as a demo for his Raymond v. Raymond album before the Biebs got his hands on it which eventually ended with Usher recording a remix of the song in 2010. Now, De Rico and Mareio are seeking at least $10 million in damages for alleged copyright infringement, contributory infringement and vicarious infringement. They also want a permanent injunction preventing Justin, Usher and the other defendants from laying any further claim to the song's copyright. Sounds like this guy doesn't know what he's getting into with the Beliebers! Hopefully they give him a break if he actually DOES own the copyright to the song! [Image via WENN.] |

| Aerosmith Cancels Concert In Indonesia After Bomb Threat! Posted: 06 May 2013 11:40 AM PDT So scary! We're chilled at the number of recent threats! Aerosmith was forced to cancel a concert in Jakarta, Indonesia on Saturday after two violent activists were arrested for supposedly plotting to blow up the country's Myanmar Embassy! While it wasn't clear whether or not the band OR concert venue was in danger, the promoter claimed the last minute drop out was due to safety concerns. Thankfully for all those Crazy fans, Aerosmith has already promised to reschedule the show for later on in their Asia-Pacific tour. Even if we're sure fans Don't Want to Miss a Thing, we're happy Steven Tyler and his band were extra careful. We don't know what the music industry would do without him! [Image via WENN.] |
