| Prince George's Debut Caused A Man To Go Crazy For A Good Picture! Posted: 24 Jul 2013 12:50 PM PDT Oh snap! Could it be that some people were a bit too excited for the debut of baby Prince George?? One man was reportedly SO passionate about getting the perfect iPhone pic of the little blue blood's first public appearance that he ended up getting cuffed! The amateur photographer was detained by the po-po in front of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital just before Prince William and Kate Middleton stepped out after he "apparently ran into where the press pen was and was bumping the ladders" of a group of photogs. He must've REALLY wanted to get a good pic for his Instagram! LOLz! Seriously though, thank goodness for the police in this situation! Not only could his tantrum have destroyed the cams meant to document the historical event, but he could've forced the royals to stay in hiding all together! Crisis averted! [Image via WENN.] |
| Rolling Stone Sales Skyrocket In Wake Of Controversial Boston Bomber Cover! Posted: 24 Jul 2013 12:40 PM PDT We guess it's true what they say, there is no such thing as bad press! Rolling Stone pissed off a flock of fans, advertisers, distributors, and even folks who didn't realize the magazine was still in print when it plastered Dzhokhar Tsarnaev -- one of the alleged masterminds behind the Boston Marathon bombings -- on it's August cover! Boston officials -- and even Jack Osbourne -- raised hell over the cover, which certainly seemed to glorify the man charged with bringing a crap-ton of destruction down on the fine metropolis, and drug stores like CVS, 7-Eleven, and Walgreens flatly refused to carry copies of the issue at all!! You'd think that might put a dent in sales, even if just a little bit! And you'd be wrong!! According to one person familiar with the circulation numbers, sales were up by one fifth! That source said:

| The Cast Of The Sandlot Hits 20th Anniversary Reunion Out Of The Park! Posted: 24 Jul 2013 12:18 PM PDT It feels like for-ev-ER since the last time we watched The Sandlot, but because of some recent awesome news, we might be popping that VHS in again very soon! The Sandlot's director and stars have been going on tour in celebration of the film's 20th anniversary, traveling from city to city across the US until September. They recently stopped by Salt Lake City where much of the film was shot, and even got to hit a few balls...in the field where a majority of the movie was filmed! Over 12,000 fans showed up at the field for a special screening and to catch a glimpse of their fave Sandlot kids all grown up! We wonder if Wendy Peppercorn showed up? Ha! | Jennifer Morrison Addresses LGBT Support After Once Upon A Time Comic-Con Announcement! Posted: 24 Jul 2013 12:01 PM PDT This got uglier than anyone expected! At Comic-Con, the geniuses behind Once Upon a Time promised to feature a gay character on either OUaT or the Wonderland spin-off in the upcoming future! They also debunked one very popular rumor: Emma Swan and the Evil Queen are not becoming lovers any time soon! While the LGBT community is mostly thrilled by the inclusion of non-traditional romances into such a wonderful and well-received network TV show, a very vocal minority of Swan/Queen shippers are PISSED OFF! The hot topic was the subject of many Comic-Con conversations and one in particular spun out of control when fans apparently took things way out of context -- and even accused Jennifer Morrison of not supporting the LGBT community!? Say whattt?? That's what it seems to be kiddos, as a deeply hurt J.Mo took Facebook to make her case and said:

New York mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner held a press conference yesterday, addressing the newly-leaked, inappropriate messages that he admittedly sent to women during his Washington sexting scandal years ago. Now that the former member of Congress is running for an elected office, the truth is coming out once more, and Anthony isn't shying away. With his wife, Huma Abedin, by his side, the mayoral candidate came forth with his mea culpa, claiming that the incident was "behind" him. He said:
