We're only one month away from the most-anticipated interview of the year!

Oprah and Lindsay Lohan's, of course!

But as we close in on the August 18th sit-down, OWN and Harpo Studios presidents Erik Logan and Sheri Salata took some time at the Television Critics Association press tour to reveal some of the deets for the upcoming, eight episode docu-series.

While it was announced that Amy Rice will direct, Erik said that the documentary is "very exciting because I don't think it's gonna be anything that anybody expects."

The show is set to air next year, while Linds and the Big O will discuss the direction of it once the actress has left her rehab facility.

Despite refusing to comment on Lindsay's rumored $2 million paycheck, Erik said:

"We have a great partner with Lindsay's manager and her team. They've been very collaborative and I think they're all aligned with potentially what we want to accomplish so we're excited about getting to work about it."

Ooo, let's hope so!!

We'll just keep our fingers crossed till then.

Amanda Bynes' Parents Must Prove 4 Points At Next Conservatorship Hearing! Find Out What HERE!

This fight to help Amanda Bynes isn't over yet.

While her lawyer is supposedly fighting to get her released from her extended psychiatric hold, her parents are continuing the fight for conservatorship. They might have lost round one, but all hope is not lost because they will be back in court on August 9th to argue for long-term conservatorship.

The list of what they must do to win might be long, but we hope Amanda's parents can get this done. Here is ALL they will have to do to gain conservatorship:

First, Amanda's parents will have to prove she can no longer properly care for herself. Not only does this include food, clothing and shelter, but also that she is putting her own health in danger. Her recent fire incident will likely be the main argument brought up here.

Not only that, but we told you about how her parents are supposedly arguing that she's suffering from serious paranoia. While she's apparently been covering smoke alarms with towels and taping windows shut, her family is worried that this is a sign of her possible schizophrenia taking over, which could prove she can't provide for her own health.

Second, they will have to argue she shouldn't be allowed to make financial decisions because she isn't at all capable of doing so responsibly. We all know she's supposedly been getting quite a bit of unnecessary plastic surgery, and they could use that to prove her careless spending.

Furthermore, we told you how Amanda had apparently blown through over $1.2 million of her $4 million in the bank. And what's worse is her family thinks much of this might be on drugs.

Third, her parents will then have to show that moving Amanda in with them will be beneficial for her. They will have to show they have a stable home that will provide her with all the necessities. Considering how many apartments and hotels she's been booted from we think they surely have to have a better sitch going on. Since no one knows about her living in any one place, the worries of her being homeless might sadly be accurate and that needs to be stopped!

And finally, Amanda's parents have to prove that giving them conservatorship is the only solution left. Since Amanda is trying to get out of her psychiatric hold despite her potentially serious mental health issues, her parents might use that as an argument. If she won't stay in treatment, her parents will have to argue that staying with them is the best alternative because she is possibly a danger to herself. If she won't agree to long-term medical care then her parents' care could be the best solution.

Sure, this all sounds pretty convincing to us, but courts look at alllll the details. We just hope Amanda gets the care and treatment she needs right now.

No matter what happens, we hope Amanda is safe and reaches out to those who are really there for her.

AnnaSophia Robb and Lindsey Gort were snapped showing New Yorkers their seXXXy strut while filming scenes in Soho for the upcoming season of The Carrie Diaries!

The duo plays younger versions of Sex And The City's Carrie Bradshaw and Samantha Jones, roles made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrrall!

We already know Kimmy Cat sent her well wishes to Lindz on the role reprise, but we're still wondering if SJP has changed her attitude towards the spin-off show!

Perhaps the killer clothes can convert Sarah Jessica's sourtude (sour attitude)! We are too excited to see these mini sexers back on the small screen for season 2!

One Direction Is 'Humbled' By Fans & Totally Untouched By Fame! All About The Little Things!

Ahhhhh. As if we needed more reasons to obsess...

The boys of One Direction are more than just the most adorbzies band ever. They just might be the most down to earth!

Stemming from humble beginnings, each of the Directioners were products of working-class homes, holding blue collar jobs in the UK before making it BIG. So there's no wonder why the fab five can still appreciate the simple things in life.

While our Brit boys got together with Teen Vogue for their newest interview to talk about life on the road and they're questionable dancing skillz, they also showed readers that fame hasn't changed them!

Taking into consideration their loyal fandom, Zayn said they are nothing but grateful:

"We're humbled that so many fans have bothered."

That said, he added that he likes to occasionally step away from craziness of it all:

"I like to chill somewhere quiet. I get pleasure from the little things in life."

Working on his tan, Niall also admitted that despite the success of the band, he doesn't keep from going about his life like a totes normal person. He joked:

"This is the most sunburned I've ever been in my life! I'm not going to be a prisoner in my room—and the fans weren't intrusive... I don't see how you could get used to people screaming in your face, and anyone who says different is lying."

Talk about a shock to the system -- a constant reminder of your success!

Even Liam, when talking of his type of girl, said he prefers the more "quiet" ladies:

"I like cute, quiet girls. My deal breaker is if they're a bit too in-your-face—then I just can't deal with that.

Awww! LOVES IT!

These guyz just know how to tug at our heartstrings!

We can be "quiet!" Want to spend some time with us?! Heh.

Every generation needs their Romeo & Juliet.

Some might say it's hard to match the AH-Mazing portrayal by Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes, but a new group of youngsters are here to take a stab.

Hailee Steinfeld could not look more Juliet-esque if she tried, and with her partnered up with Douglas Booth for this flick we are itching to go!

The poster for the film was just released (above), and we're already impressed by the emotion coming out of these kids! It might be young love, but they're giving us serious heartbreak.

And with Ed Westwick joining them as Tybalt, we think this Romeo & Juliet might give all the others a run for their money.

Because Nicki Minaj just got popped the question on national TV by DJ Khaled!

No, seriously. This actually went down!

We're pretty sure these two aren't even DATING, so this proposal is coming out of NO WHERE!

But that didn't stop Khaled from going on MTV this week to profess his love for Minajesty and asking for her butt hand in marriage!

And to show just how serious he is, DJ Khaled whipped out a 10 karat diamond engagement ring worth $500K!

Va va voom!!!

Khaled talked to Nicki through the camera saying:

"Nicki Minaj, I'm at MTV, I'm going to be honest with you; I love you. I like you, I want you, I want you to be mine."

All Khaled does is win, but will he win the girl???

Nicki has yet to say yes but she did retweet DJ Khaled's proposal video yesterday. Maybe she's going to make him get down on one knee in front of her before she slips that ring on her finger!

Late James Gandolfini's Softer Side Seen In New Movie Poster

It may be a romantic comedy, but we're going to have to fight back tears while watching.

Enough Said finds the late, great James Gandolfini playing a kinder, gentler role as a divorced dad looking for love with Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Upon his death, director Nicole Holofcener had nothing but good things to say about James' performance. She said:

"He didn't believe he could play a romantic lead, even though everyone on the set thought he was sexy and hilarious. He was charming and self-effacing and incredibly talented. Not only did he pull off playing a leading man, his performance is subtle and moving and very, very lovely."

The film will be released on September 20th, just over three months after the actor's untimely death.

Believe it or not, Enough Said was not even James' final film; the hard-working actor also filmed a crime drama called Animal Rescue with Tom Hardy shortly before his passing.

We can't wait to see them both.

This Viral Vine Of Woman Losing Her Shizz At An Apple Store Is Di-Vine!

Yo Eric Stonestreet, we know your Vines are funny. We're gonna let you finish, but Porscha Coleman had one of the best Vines of all time.

Porscha is usually known for her work in front of the camera, but on June 22, she got behind one on her iPhone and recorded one of the greatest Vines of all time.

The 6-second masterpiece featured a certain entitled, anonymous lady losing her shizz with an Apple Store employee after she demanded parts without making an appointment, apparently!

She screams, slams her fist to the stroller she's pushing (her baby must be the soundest sleeper!), and everyone in the store is watching.

And now, because the vine went viral, everyone else is watching her rage against the machine (wiith the little half-bitten apple on the front). Guess everyone gets their 6 seconds of fame!
