Mindy McCready’s Sex Tape Pulled From Shelves After Suicide

We're glad to hear that everyone is treating Mindy McCready's death in a most respectful manner.

The country singer committed suicide this weekend which has led to Vivid Entertainment head Steve Hirsch stopping distribution of her sex tape.

The company first released the tape in 2010, but in the wake of the tragic situation, they have indefinitely frozen distribution of the tape titled Baseball Mistress.

The tape was made with Mindy's boyfriend at the time and involves her discussing her affair with Roger Clemens.

While distribution has been frozen indefinitely, Steve is also working on stopping digital distribution as much as possible by pulling all digital copies from Vivid's website.

There are no plans at this time to resume distribution of the tape.

Zachary Quinto Goes Full Hipster!!

Well -- we guess we meant that Zachary Quinto has gone full "hispta" instead of "hipster." That's because the whole photoshoot that went along with this Q&A for Snap Magazine's latest issue was done with the iPhone Hipstamatic app!

LOLz!

Hey, shoot Zachary with whatever camera you want, we know it's going to end up sizzling!

In the article, we were especially excited to hear his candid answers to some of our own burning questions, like how he balances his career. Here's what he said:

"Making time for everything that I want to do can be tricky. But I have been very specific and articulate about my intention to do so, and I am surrounded by people who support that intention in all the necessary ways. I am so grateful for my business partners and advisors to help keep me moving forward with professional purpose and momentum. It frees me up to do the real work as I see it. The things on which I am meant to focus."

Like playing serial killers! Ha!

We kid, we kid. We know that deep down his love for acting is much more important than, say, playing Sylar -- he has a real love for the theater (and has been on a stage since he was 10). He's even currently playing Tom in The Glass Menagerie, which is showing right now in Cambridge, Mass!!

What, are Lilo's Sugar Daddies not giving her enough FUNDZ?!

In this week's installment of Lindsay Lohan's Mad Money, we find Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos trying to squeeze UBER amounts of cash-moniez out of the people at Mr.Pink's Energy Drinks...

$500,000 to be exact!!

YUP, Lilo has reportedly requested half a MILLION dollars for a future Mr.Pink's Ginseng Energy Drink promotional gig in Dubai!

One insider reveals:

"Lindsay wants $500k for an appearance in Dubai to promote Mr. Pink's Ginseng Energy Drink, which executives at the company are balking at. Mr. Pink is prepared to offer the actress $200k, and would pay for all of LiLo's travel expenses."

That's prettttyyyy generous considering!

And $200,000 would be enough to make a sizable dent in Lilo's mountain of debt...

BUT because of Lindsay's current legal problems, girl might not even be able to do the promo job, as Dubai has STRICT laws against letting CRIMINALS across its borders!

The source continues:

"The trip might not happen at all because of Lindsay's criminal past and current pending criminal charges. Dubai has very strict laws about convicted criminals entering the country, and Lindsay is still on probation for a necklace theft case. Lindsay is very upset about her financial woes and doesn't trust her new lawyer, Mark Heller, to handle the Dubai travel problem."

Siiighhhhhhh.

We sincerely hope Lindz WILL be able to go to Dubai, because goodness knows she desperately needs the cash!!

And unfortunately girl can't seem to get paid jobs in the US...

Unless of course she wants to be an online strip-club chat hostess!

Kim Kardashian Shoots Down Rumors Of Khloe's Possible X Factor Firing!

Khloe Kardashian isn't getting the boot from X Factor just yet!

Well, at least if you ask her big sis, Kim, she's not!

It'd been previously reported that after just one season of hosting the reality show alongside Mario Lopez, Khloe was not asked to come back for season three.

While no official announcement has been made, Kim recently spoke out about the alleged firing rumors and stood up for Khloe!

When asked about Khloe's fate, Kim replied:

"A lot of people say a lot of incorrect things on the daily."

She then went on to say that "probably nothing" really did happen in terms of Khloe's X Factor future!

Still, no final decisions on the show's season three have occurred, though we're hearing that while Simon Cowell liked her, he still thinks she has some things to work on.

Either way, we probably won't be hearing about her return or lack thereof for a while now!

Remember how long it took the show to finally announce her initial hiring?!

Kelly Clarkson Challenges Clive Davis! Reveals Her Own Dirty Deets About 'Crying Story'!

We're SUPER proud of Clive Davis for coming out of the closet about his bisexuality!

But now he's pissed Kelly Clarkson the f*ck off!

So you know we gotta get into tasty lil' dish!

Kelly heard that in his new memoir, The Soundtrack of My Life, the music mogul wrote of Kelly's 'hysterical' tears during one of their meetings.

But the original American Idol says HELL NAW to that piece of bullshiz. To retaliate, she wrote a new blog post on her WhoSay website that details what -- according to her -- REALLY went down in that office.

And FYI, it ain't pretty for Clive!

Read her open letter ...AFTER THE JUMP!!!

"So I just heard Clive Davis is releasing a memoir and spreading false information about me and my music. I refuse to be bullied and I just have to clear up his memory lapses and misinformation for myself and for my fans. It feels like a violation. Growing up is awesome because you learn you don't have to cower to anyone - even Clive Davis.

First, he says I burst into "hysterical sobbing" in his office when he demanded Since You Been Gone be on my album. Not true at all. His stories and songs are mixed up. I did want more guitars added to the original demo and Clive did not. Max, Luke and I still fought for the bigger sound and we prevailed and I couldn't be more proud of the life of that song. I resent him dampening that song in any way.

But, yes, I did cry in his office once. I cried after I played him a song I had written about my life called "Because Of You." I cried because he hated it and told me verbatim that I was a "sh*tty writer who should be grateful for the gifts that he bestows upon me." He continued on about how the song didn't rhyme and how I should just shut up and sing. This was devastating coming from a man who I, as a young girl, considered a musical hero and was so honored to work with.
But I continued to fight for the song and the label relented. And it became a worldwide hit. He didn't include that in the book.

He also goes on to say My December wasn't successful because I co-penned the album and it didn't have "pop hits". Well, first let me say, I've co-penned many of my "pop hits." Secondly, My December went platinum (It sold 20,000 less than All I Ever Wanted which followed My December.) Hardly a huge failure. Never Again, the ONLY single they released in the US from that record was a Top 10 hit. I am very proud of that and I have my fans to thank. But, again, what's most interesting about his story is what he leaves out: He doesn't mention how he stood up in front of his company at a convention and belittled me and my music and completely sabotaged the entire project. It never had a chance to reach it's full potential. My December was an album I needed to make for myself for many reasons and the fact that I was so completely disregarded and disrespected was so disheartening, there really aren't words to explain….

Anyway, I love my job. I love my music. I love my fans. I love my label and all of my professional relationships… now. And I am grateful for Clive for teaching me to know the difference.

Cheers to another amazing year! And, as always, thanks for listening!"

7 Movie Quotes Jennifer Lawrence Should Use In Her Oscar Speech

She's quickly become American's sweetheart in a matter of one awards season…

And let's be honest: most of you at home have your fingers crossed that Jennifer Lawrence will walk away with the Oscar in a few days.

Well, we're right there with you. We want to see her parents cry and Bradley Cooper give her a sweet kiss of congratulations…

But mostly, we want to hear her acceptance speech. Who can forget how J.Law stirred the pot with a terribly innocent quote from First Wives Club about Meryl Streep at the Golden Globes, or when she made a Mean Girls reference when she accepted her People's Choice Awards.

Pixar Planning To Make Our Playtime Dreamz Come True With Toy Story 4?!

Are Pixar and Disney just going to release an infinite number of Toy Story films... and beyond?!

We assumed that the third installment in the insanely popular animation franchise would be the FINAL Toy Story feature film, as the folks over at Pixar wrapped up that emotional package SO sweetly...

But rumor has it Disney & Pixar have decided to create a fourth flick, AND that all our favorite playtime buddiez -- and their famous vocal counterparts -- will return!!

We already knew the intimidating animation duo that shall now be known as Dixar (or Pixey if you prefer) planned on releasing Toy Story shorts for TV, but a whole other FILM?

How will Dixar find the time when they ALREADY have their movie projects planned for the next four years?!

Hmmmm... very intrigued!

Now, this IS only a rumor, so we'll keep our eyes and ears open for any OFFICIAL confirmation, but...
