LiLo To File Complaint Against Betty Ford Staffer, Wants To Keep Incident Out Of Court! Posted: 21 Dec 2010 01:06 PM PST Looks like Lindsay has decided not to press charges, but she will be filing a formal complaint against the Betty Ford staffer who's incited so much drama in her life. According to sources, Lindz is insisting that the staffer berated and grabbed her before she pushed her in defense. The staffer is looking to get LiLo prosecuted for battery, while Lindsay would like to see the staffer fired, immediately. Meanwhile, both parties are both in agreement on one thing - they want to keep the entire incident on the DL! A source close the situation explains: "Both sides are trying to work out something. But right now the talks do not include the worker involved in the incident. But people at the center who are above the worker are interested in working this out without it landing in court. Lindsay is now apologetic for being late for curfew that night. Lindsay now realizes she needs to be responsible." A little late, bb! A few months of good behavior doesn't mean you automatically get a free ride! It'd be nice if they could keep this one out of the courtroom, but unfortunately we're not overly optimistic. Amidst the dying out controversy that has been surrounding Miley Cyrus for the last several weeks comes a story out of New Orleans that could suggest Miles is getting back to normal. Sources are reporting that Miley was out and about this weekend shopping with the makeup artist on her new movie, So Undercover. The pair were seen making nice with a group of Miley fans and even stopped to take a picture with them. Then, the former Disney star hit up the Sam Lehr jewelry event at Saks, which is where she was overheard telling folks that she just had some ink work done with her new friend! According to a source, both Miley and her makeup artist were sporting small bandages on the top of their hands near their middle fingers. Oooh! We can't wait to see the new tat! What could it be? Lady GaGa once again opened up about her new album, Born This Way, and is calling it her "most innovative" yet! She explains: "The album is a marriage of electronic music with major, epic, dare I even say, metal or rock 'n' roll, pop, anthemic style melodies with really sledge-hammering dance beats. It's finished and all, it's just fine-tuning everything. It's kind of like the post-operative stage of the album. I've already done the full heart surgery. I'm just sewing myself back up again. I think that lyrically this album is more poetic. It's really written by the fans, they really wrote it for me because every night they're funneling so much into me. So I wrote it for them. Oh No! Spider Man Actor Plummets 30ft Into Pit! Posted: 21 Dec 2010 12:00 PM PST This is getting out of hand! How on Earth is this show going to get off the ground if its actors keep getting hurt?! Last night, in front of a packed preview audience, a stunt actor was injured after one of his cables broke and he fell 30ft into the front pit! Thankfully, he reportedly only suffered minor injuries, but as this newscaster who reported on the story in the video (above) points out, this may turn out to be another terrible setback for the show. Michael Lohan's Pissed, Wants LiLo To Press Charges Against Staffer! Posted: 21 Dec 2010 11:45 AM PST Uh-oh! Papa Lohan is involved! Earlier, we reported an alleged incident that went down between Lindsay Lohan and a staffer at the Betty Ford Clinic. All we know is that there was a physical altercation between the two and the police got involved to sort out the mess. Sources were contacted by reached out to Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, who claims it was the staffer who grabbed his daughter first and anything after that was just LiLo trying defend herself! According to Michael, this is what transpired: "Lindsay was 10 minutes late for curfew and this woman was targeting her. She told Lindsay, 'You've got to come in,' and grabbed Lindsay by the arm. Lindsay said, 'Get your hands off me' and this woman didn't even call Betty Ford administrators, she just called the police. Lindsay thinks this woman has had it out for her from the beginning and she's looking for any reason to stop Lindsay from getting out [of Betty Ford]." Hmm. A game of sabotage, is it? It's possible. But, we can't really see the reward of keeping Lindsay from graduating the program. Regardless, the damage has been done and Michael is advising LiLo to press charges on this woman for getting physical with her first. Ashton Kutcher To Testify Over Ex's Murder Posted: 21 Dec 2010 11:15 AM PST So upsetting! Ashton Kutcher will testify in a trial for Michael Gargiulo, a serial killer who's been accused of murdering Ashton's ex-girlfriend Ashley Ellerin, back in 2001. Kutcher reportedly missed a romantic dinner date with Ashley that night, and when he returned to her home, he saw a pool of blood through the window, which he mistook for red wine. He thought she spilled the wine out of anger, so he drove away from the house. He had no idea that she had been stabbed 35 times by neighborhood acquaintance Gargiulo, who's also on trail for the murder of two other women, and the attempted murder of yet another.
