Nearly a half million downloads in ONE WEEK?

That's like one copy for every man, woman, and child who lives in the great state of Wyoming! We smell a victory!!!

Katy's fab fresh Prism single might be off to a perfect start, but her biggest competitor this week isn't faring nearly as well.

RHONJ's Joe & Teresa Giudice WANTED To Accept A Plea Deal, But THIS Got In The Way!

Well, this is an interesting development!!

After Joe & Teresa Giudice plead not guilty in court yesterday, the world naturally assumed it was because the Real Housewives were -- in fact -- not guilty and they wanted the whole world to know, right?

Here's another possibility: They didn't have much of a choice!

According to some reports, the reality celebz originally planned to cop a plea!

Sources close to the situation say their lawyers submitted a plea deal to prosecutors which would've had Juicy Joe serving a buttload of jail time for the tax evasion and Teresa would merely get probation, but the U.S. Attorneys office was NOT HAVING IT!

The source said:

"Teresa and Joe's defense team submitted a plea deal on Wednesday but the US Attorney denied it... Teresa wanted a plea deal that keeps her out of jail so she offered to do anything else BUT jail time and have Joe serve all of the time in jail. The prosecutor dismissed the deal outright."

Apparently the prosecutors were taking any plea deals off the table that didn't have Teresa serving cold hard time in the clink!!

So, not wanting to see Teresa land behind bars, the Giudices entered their plea of not guilty!!

Apparently the prosecutor isn't worried about winning the case, though.

The source continued:

"[The prosecutors] believe that the evidence will show that Teresa can't play dumb. She was in cahoots with Joe and was just as much a part of orchestrating the scam as he was. They are pushing for time for BOTH of them. They're going to paint a completely different picture of Teresa and believe that they can show that she was just as involved as Joe in creating the fraud."

Yikes!!!

That 70s Show Star Lisa Robin Kelly Dead At 43

Lisa Robin Kelly, best known for playing Topher Grace's older sister Laurie on That 70s Show, has died.

The troubled star struggled with drinking and drug addiction for years.

She was in rehab late Wednesday night when she reportedly went into cardiac arrest in her sleep. She could not be revived.

Lisa's agent broke the news, saying:

"She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle."

We're so sorry to see an actress with such potential fall before her time. So sad.

Miguel Arrested For DUI!

Oh no! Miguel has been arrested for Driving Under the Influence!

According to law enforcement sources, the Adorn singer was stopped by California Highway Patrol a little after 2 AM Thursday morning for speeding and an illegal window tint on his brand new BMW X6.

When the officers smelled liquor, they gave reportedly gave Miguel field sobriety tests. Not only did he fail- he blew a .10 on the Breathalyzer!

Miguel was arrested, processed, and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.

How Many Drinks? One too many apparently! Not cool, Miguel!

Laura Prepon Is Leaving Orange Is The New Black!

What?!? NO!!!

Somebody lock Laura Prepon in the SHU! We don't want her going anywhere!

Sad but true, the Orange Is The New Black star has reportedly done her time and is getting out of the prison based Netflix series!

Her character Alex Vause will only be appearing in a limited role when Season 2 starts up again next year, only to wrap up her storyline!

Laura has gotten rave reviews for her work on the show but she did NOT sign a contract to return for the upcoming season. The show's producers are however leaving the option open to have her back behind bars in the future!

Well good! She may be to blame for why Piper is doing time, but we much rather see her get some lovin' from Alex than with Crazy Eyes!

Plus, if Taystee has taught us anything, even if you do get out, it won't be long before you're back at Litchfield, Laura!

The Hangover III star was spotted walking to set in Vancouver, where her cleavage - btw, the U.S.A.'s chief northern export - turned a lot of heads!

But Heather didn't notice- the pro was hard at work studying her script! Besides, she's used to it!

Heather, who is still looking amazing at a shocking 43 (!!!) is currently working on a new version of Flowers In The Attic.
