Kanye West ALMOST Totes Off The Hook In Wild Paparazzo Brawl At LAX!

So close yet so far!

Kanye West is probably ready to put his down 'n' durty fight little misunderstanding with a paparazzo at LAX behind him, but it seems the case is not yet closed.

It is being reported that Yeezy will NOT be charged with a felony for the scuffle where he was accused of attacking a paparazzo snapping his pic.

But poor, poor Yeezy, that is not the end of this debacle! His case will reportedly now go to the city attorney where it will be determined if he will face misdemeanor charges.

We had heard that Kanye would likely avoid charges, and we believe that might still be true even in the misdemeanor sitch because the paparazzo was not injured. No weapon was involved and Yeezy doesn't have a felony record, although it is unknown whether or not the camera was damaged.

Charges or not, hopefully baby North West will help Yeezy find some inner peace so we're not reporting on his paparazzo brawls in the future!

Jennifer Lopez's Boy Toy Casper Smart Might Get A Spanking For Confirming Her American Idol Deal!

Ooh, we bet he would like that!

Spankings aside, we all totes knew Jennifer Lopez was coming back to American Idol...

...but it is ALWAYS nice to have some confirmation!

And leave it to a boy toy to let the news slip from his lips!

It seems that Casper Smart couldn't keep the cat in the Hermès bag while out promoting his new show, A Step Away.

While chatting with reporters, he was, of course, asked about J.Lo making her grand return to pump life back into the struggling show, and apparently J.Lo doesn't keep him up to date because boy spilled the goods and said:

"Yes."

That's right! Not maybe, not you'll have to see, not anything but YES!

We sure J.Lo will understand since there have been plenty of rumors about her return. Her boy toy probably simply got confused.

And anywho, we can still totes speculate about who will join J.Lo and Keith Urban on the judging panel!

Any thoughts, Casper??

Holy HAWT music!

No one saw this shizz coming, but we are oh-so glad it did!

Justin Bieber has apparently remixed Michael Jackson's Slave to the Rhythm to include his own vocals!

Slave to the Rhythm was reportedly recorded by MJ just before his tragic death in 2009, but the release of the song in 2013 is something MJ certainly wasn't planning.

The Biebs' voice is mixed into the song and creates one freaking AH-Mazing collaboration! C'mon, two of the biggest and once youngest names in music ever on the same track?! Whether you like the song or not, this is a MAJOR moment!

This song is the kind of stuff music dreams are made of!

We're not sure what the intention of this song was, but considering all of the Biebs' MJ tweets lately, it seems this is him and it was intended for the public one day.

Amanda Bynes Set Up For Lengthy Stay At UCLA Due To Serious Condition?!

Looks like her Twitter will remain silent for now.

We're so relieved Amanda Bynes is finally getting the help she so desperately needs, and that help is about to be supersized.

While Amanda has apparently been moved to UCLA Medical Center for further care, it seems that care will be going on for quite some time!

It's being reported that Amanda will be at UCLA for at least the next two months due to the seriousness of what we've heard is a schizophrenic issue.

An insider revealed deets about why Amanda will receive extended care:

"It's expected that Amanda will remain at UCLA for the next two months because she has a very complex mental health issues that need to be dealt with. It will also take a significant chunk of time to get Amanda therapeutic on several prescriptions for her condition — and to make sure it's working properly."

And from what we hear, UCLA will be the right place for Amanda's necessary care as the insider added:

"Amanda needed specialized medical attention that she wasn't getting at the hospital in Ventura County. Her parents were extremely grateful to the doctors that treated Amanda at the county hospital and the medical team signed off on the transfer to UCLA."

We're just happy things are progressing for Amanda.

We hope she hangs in there and continues to stick with the plan put in place for her.

Kim Kardashian Gets An Excuse Wrapped In An Apology From Katie Couric!

We've been waiting soooo long for another great celebrity feud.

And we've gotta admit, we weren't expecting it to be spurred on by Kim Kardashian.

But the new momma was like a fierce lioness when she called out Katie Couric for dissing her family AND sending her a baby gift.

And now it seems Katie is trying to fix her fractured friendship with a sort of apology. She said:

"I've met Kim before and I think she's a really sweet person. I was responding to a reporter's question, and explaining how I'm intrigued by the public's fascination with her family. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings. The gift is genuine, and I'm happy for Kim and Kanye [West]."

We're not so sure Kimye will accept that apology no matter how chic and fabulous the baby gift might have been.

But at least we can mark Katie's talk show off the list of possible places for North West to make her debut!

Chris Pine Looks FINE On Jack Ryan Set In NYC!

Chris Pine studied his lines -- and we studied HIM -- on the set of Jack Ryan in New York this week.

Chris plays the title role in the film about the Naval officer/CIA agent/badass, and while he looks FAB in Jack's tee, we can only hope there's AT LEAST a scene or two where Jack loses his shirt battling for our freedom or whatever it is he does.

'Cause while we're glad he's lost that beard, we wouldn't mind another look at those muscles! LOLz!!!

Robert Pattinson & Jennifer Lawrence Are The Objects Of Stephenie Meyer's Abject Pity!

Do U have big dreams? R U looking to make your mark in the world?

Don't tell that to Twilight author Stephenie Meyer, because she wouldn't wish success on ANYONE!

In a recent interview, the 39-year-old admitted that she feels super bad for Robert Pattinson because of everything the super sex-ay star of her franchise has had to endure.

She revealed:

"[I feel sorry for R-Patz] all the time! I don't think anybody thought it was going to be like that. It's gone crazy. Hopefully it quiets down for them too."

We aren't sure if the "crazy" she refers to was the accolade he received for his perfect performances as a sparkly vampy or the overwhelming amount of media scrutiny that befell him after Kristen Stewart cheated on camera, but she is certainly right!!

Being dashing and talented and super rich and famous certainly has its drawbacks!!!

In related news: winning the lottery can be a drag because then you'll need to find a bank vault big enough to store all that cash, LOLz!!

Ms. Meyer's heart is big enough to ache for another, though, too!

She apparently spends a decent portion of her free time reading up on Jennifer Lawrence... and subsequently pitying the heck out of her.

Stephenie continued:

"I just saw an article today about Jennifer Lawrence and how she's kind of having to deal with how crazy it is and it's starting to really bother her, as down-to-earth and as sweet as she is... Nobody's meant to live under that kind of scrutiny – it's just too much. So I feel really bad for her, how the success has kind of ruined the lives of the people in it."

Aww! We're sure the white hot spotlight can be tough for J-Law at times, but we'd hardly imagine her success has straight up ruined her life!!!

Still, it's sweet that the author cares so deeply!

Bruno Mars And Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Added As VMA Performers!!!

ZOMG!

This is shaping up to be the award show to end all award shows!

Both Bruno Mars AND Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have just been added onto an already mile long list of performers for the upcoming 2013 Video Music Awards!

As if we weren't pumped enough already to hear that these guys will be in Brooklyn for the show, wait until you hear what they'll be singing!

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will perform their hit Same Love while Bruno is going to debut the next single off of his album Unorthodox Jukebox!

AH-Mazing!!!

They'll be sharing the stage with Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Lady GaGa, Robin Thicke and Kanye West!

And of course there are those rumors that Daft Punk and the Queen Bey herself, Beyoncé will show up for surprise performances!

Srsly, if they add any more acts to this year's VMAs, that stage is going to collapse from all the talent on it!

CANNOT WAIT!!!

The 2013 VMAs will be given out live on MTV on August 25th!
