Kevin Hart & Girlfriend Eniko, Jamie Foxx, Gabby Douglas & More Get Fab For The Pump Foundation Gala Posted: 10 Aug 2013 07:39 AM PDT Kevin Hart and girlfriend Eniko Parrish made their way to the Beverly Hilton last night for the 13th Annual Harold And Carole Pump Foundation Gala.  Check out who else was on hand for the evening honoring Jamie Foxx, Shaquille O'Neal, and Joe Torre... In honor for the Foundation that raises millions for cancer prevention, Kevin Hart and Eniko were on hand to participate in the fundraising gala: Cute leather dress for Eniko.  Not what we would think of for a "gala", but cute nonetheless.   Kevin posed with the super tall honoree Shaquille O'Neal in a funny pic.   Actor Jamie Foxx was honored for the night. Bobby Brown and his tanned wife Alicia were there for the gala. Gabrielle Douglas rocked a one shoulder blue floor length gown. Holly Robinson Peete showed off her tight and toned bod in an orange cut-out and high slit dress while posing it up with her hubby Rodney Peete.  These two are always doing good philanthropy work. Dr. J was there for the occasion.   And so was the new "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" host Cedric The Entertainer.  According to the website, the mission of the Harold & Carole Pump Foundation is to raise funds and create awareness for the treatment and cure of cancer. By engaging the community, sports leaders, and those touched by this disease, financial support is given to the development of cancer treatments, programs and services as well as the procurement of advanced medical technology. COUPLEDOM: Big Sean Helps Girlfriend Naya Rivera Make Promo Rounds In L.A., Premiere "Sorry" Posted: 10 Aug 2013 06:22 AM PDT Rapper Big Sean is on hand this weekend helping his girlfriend, "Glee" star Naya Rivera break into the music biz solo.  But of course, he had to lend his assist...and a bottle of Dom...on her big premiere day at Power 106 on Friday.   Peep the pics of the twosome inside and Naya's new "Sorry" track featuring her Big Sean.... Rocking a leather pencil skirt and a sleeveless Superman tee with blue ankle strap pumps, Naya Rivera made her way to Power 106 in L.A. to debut her new song "Sorry".  And since she conveniently tapped her beau Big Sean to be featured on the track, he decided to "surprise" her up at the station. The two were spotted leaving out and getting in a towncar together: But at the station, Sean popped up with a bottle of Dom while the DJs debuted their new song to the world: And when Naya was asked who asked who first to get on this track, she revealed, "I definitely asked him first. I had a few songs I wanted a feature on and this one came up first. Just roll over in bed like 'Baby can you do this?'" We're sure.... TAMEKA SPEAKS: Vows To Try For Custody Again In A Few Weeks, Calls Usher's Hug A Media Ploy Posted: 09 Aug 2013 03:54 PM PDT   Today's emergency custody hearing between Tameka & Usher Raymond ended in Usher's favor.  But Tameka had some words after her request for custody was dismissed.  Check out what she said inside....   Today's hearing was about Tameka asking to temporarily have custody of the kids until a full hearing occurs (August 27th).  At the full hearing, she will ask to modify how much time she gets with the kids and custody decisions will be made. When asked by HLN's Ryan Smith how she felt about the outcome, Tameka said: "I just want to get back to where my son is. I'll be back in court on the 27th. And we'll revisit all of this. It was only a very small amount of evidence that was allowed because this was an emergency and we were trying to get something changed immediately. But for the long term, I'll see on the 27th." And about how Cinco's doing: "He's doing OK. Getting back to normal. Soon I'll be with him." But it's that hug that Usher walked over to her table to give, once the judge ruled that Usher would keep full custody, that folks were wondering about.  When asked what Usher whispered to her, Tameka laughed and said: "That was a media ploy…." POLITRICKS: Will Social Media Put FASHION'S Lack Of Diversity On BLAST? + Is Former DC Mayor Adrian Fenty DATING Steve Jobs' WIDOW Laurene Powell Jobs? Posted: 09 Aug 2013 02:52 PM PDT Fashion Week in New York City might look a little different this year if a new social media campaign to increase diversity has it's way.  Get the deets inside and find out what billionaire widow is allegedly dating one of Washington DC's former mayors.    For a very long time, numerous articles have been written about fashion's lack of diversity.  And while there have been some leaps forward (Dsquared used all black models in their 2013 campaign (atop); PRADA hired its first black campaign model in 19 years(directly below)), industry veterans like supermodel Iman and former casting agent Bethann Hardison ARE NOT please with the progress. In a new article published in the NY Times, many notable voices in the fashion world call attention to the lack of diversity in fashion and how it drastically impacts other areas of social life. So why is diversity so important? Former supermodel Veronica Webb said it best, “....this is where a lot of young women get their idea of beauty from. When you see someone that looks like you...it makes women feel beautiful, and it makes women feel they belong.” Iman, who was quoted extensively in the piece, added, "There is something terribly wrong… We have a president and a first lady who are black. You would think things have changed, and then you realize that they have not. In fact, things have gone backward.” So what are the next steps? The article hints at a social media campaign (that may begin BEFORE NYC's fashion week) that will call out designers who don't hire black models. Bethann said, "No one in power slaps these designers around… All I want to say is, you guys have a lot of explaining to do. If you are going to be bold enough to do it [only cast white models], then please be bold enough to explain it.” While the social media campaign is still be planned, Iman already seems on board with the efforts. “It feels to me like the times need a real hard line drawn like in the 1960s, by saying if you don’t use black models, then we boycott. If you engage the social media, trust me, it will hurt them in their pockets. If you take it out there, they will feel the uproar.”   CALLING ALL FASHIONISTAS:  Get your Twitter/Facebook/Instagram hashtags ready. Both Silicon Valley and Washingtin D.C. are buzzing about about former D.C. mayor Adrian Fenty dating Laurene Powell Jobs, the billionaire widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. According to the Washington Post, the former mayor first headed to the Valley with a gig at Andreessen Horowitz, one of Silicon Valley’s largest venture capital firms. From there, he met Laurene Powell Jobs at a Houston education conference in 2011 where they bonded over a shared passion for school reform. In February 2012, the couple started working together as Adrian joined the board of College Track, a non-profit college prep program for underserved students co-founded by Laurene. The source told the WP that it's important to note that Adrian and Laurene's romance began AFTER Adrian's separation with his DC socialite wife Michelle in January 2013.  And for folks wondering, no one suggests that Laurene play a role in ending the marriage.  So far, neither Adrian nor Laurene have made comments about their alleged romance.     Photos via WP/NY TIMES/Dsquared/PRADA

Tameka Loses Emergency Custody Battle, Usher Maintains FULL Custody Of Sons Posted: 09 Aug 2013 02:20 PM PDT The emergency custody hearing is now over.  And Usher has maintained custody of his and Tameka's two sons Naviyd & Usher V.  See how Usher attempted to comfort her afterwards below... Judge Goger in Fulton County Superior Court just dismissed Tameka Raymond's request to regain custody of the ex-couple's sons during this emergency hearing.  Tameka's lawyer argues that Usher does not effectively communicate his travel plans, leading her to not know who is watching over her kids.  The judge said the lack of communication Usher has with Tameka does not constitute an "emergency," and an "emergency" is required in this hearing. During the hearing, Tameka broke down in tears and was extremely upset about the incident that happened. Through tears she sobbed when speaking about their youngest son Naviyd, who cannot swim, jumping into 8 feet of water to try to save his brother. Here's video: And when all was said and done, Usher went over to Tameka's table to offer up a hug and said "Sorry."  This was suspect since both Usher & Tameka ignored each other totally upon first arriving to court and sitting directly across from each other before the hearing began.  Was this done for the cameras? RAYMOND vs. RAYMOND: Inside The Courtroom Custody Battle, Round 2... [UPDATED] Posted: 09 Aug 2013 01:01 PM PDT Tameka & Usher Raymond are back in court today for their emergency emergency custody hearing over their two young sons. Pics and deets from inside the courtroom inside... *We will be updating this post with developments as they come* Tameka Raymond is fighting to gain custody of her and Usher's two sons, Naviyd & Usher V. Cinco almost drowned in Usher's home swimming pool this week, and Tameka claims the singer is to blame for the near-fatal accident because the five-year-old wasn't being properly supervised. The two are battling it out in the Superior Court of Fulton County this afternoon.  And we've got the pics from inside the courtroom and their courtroom fresh arrivals: Usher has already submitted denials of all accusations made by Tameka in her filing for an emergency custody hearing.  She claimed Usher's only physically present for the kids 85% of each month, he has incapable people supervising the children, and more.  Usher denied all of this and simply said Tameka is not capable of caring for the children. Stay tuned for any developments in the case... UPDATES - Tameka Raymond took the stand and stated that last night, Usher V's heart almost stopped. She claims she sent several texts to Usher and he never responded or showed up. Usher has just taken the stand.  He is explaining why he waited several hours to call Tameka.  He waited until after he & Usher V rode in the ambulance and arrived at the hospital. - Usher explained how he received the call about Usher V's incident, "I received a call from Grace Miguel, my manager [and his girlfriend]."  He then explained that actually, the first call came from his Aunt Rena.  But then the call with more clarification on what happened came from Grace Miguel.   He says he didn't actually speak to Aunt Rena -- which is confusing -- and he doesn't know if Grace was at his home at the time of the accident.  But Grace was there once he arrived minutes later.... - Usher says he's renting the home where the incident took place.  He said he has previously informed the kids on pool safety: Not to jump in a pool unless an adult is around and not to run around the pool. -Tameka's lawyer in final arguments says that this constitutues an "emergency" custody situation because of Usher's lack of communication and lack of supervision of the kids.  The lawyer also mentioned a history of bad parenting, accusing Usher of having a gun laying the house for 3 days, certain supervisors no being able to life 50 pounds (weight of the kids) due to disabilities, -The judge dismissed Tameka's request for custody, but told Usher he needs to communicate more with Tameka about his travel, work plans.  Usher hugged Tameka afterwards.   But they literally ignored each other's presence when they arrived and sat in courtroom alone.   Photos: INF/Splash

CALL 911: Chris Brown REFUSES TREATMENT After EMTs Respond To "SEIZURE" Call + More Pics From Chris' "BLANK" Magazine Shoot Posted: 09 Aug 2013 11:26 AM PDT Early this morning, the LA FIRE DEPT responsed to calls the Chris Brown had apparently suffered a seizure.  However, the singer refused treatment upon their arrival.  Get the deets inside and see more pics from his BLANK Magazine shoot.... According to TMZ, the L.A. City Fire Dept. was called to a Hollywood recording studio at 1:09am Friday morning after getting a 911 call that Chris Brown had a seizure. Once EMTs arrived, sources say the singer refused treatment and refused to go to the hospital.  As far as what's going on with him medically, folks can only speculate.  But sources did say he suffered from seizures as a child.   We do know that his on again girlfriend Karrueche Tran reached out to her Twitter followers and said, We'll keep you posted......     And we have MORE pics from Chris' recent shoot with BLANK magazine..... Kelis Gets A WHITE STREAK While Shopping & Performing At The Grove Posted: 09 Aug 2013 09:51 AM PDT Kelis is always one to give us a fresh new look every other day.  And yesterday, she hit The Grove with a large white skunked streak in her hair to shop it up and perform.   Pics inside... In a cute outfit of wide leg jeans and a flared buttun up, Kelis made her way to The Grove to do a little shopping: The mom of 1 has been showing off her bod lately, and we really can't blame her.   But before her little shopping spree at The Grove, she performed in the middle of the outdoors shopping plaza for the 4th Annual 'Kiehl's Liferide for Amfar': She rocked a fitted orange cutout dress and gold heels for the ocassion.  With bright pink lipstick.  So KeKe...   Photos: Splash
