In TMZ news, a so-called reliable source claimed Waka Flocka’s house was raided and then Atlanta Police Department had Gucci Mane in custody. In a recent interview at a Connecticut radio station, Waka Flocka set the record straight on what happen; Turns out the house was raided but Gucci Mane wasn’t arrested. The one thing about this interview makes us say “This Dude Is An Idiot” is that Waka claims he’s not gang affiliated but when you look at his videos or go to one of his shows, all he does is rep Blood Nation… This dude doesn’t wear all that red for nothing!!! This is TMZ’s Story… Somebody’s Lying: TMZ has learned … a gaggle of cops raided rapper Waka Flocka Flame's Georgia home this AM over alleged prostitution — and Waka's mom tells us, fellow rapper Gucci Mane is in cuffs. Law enforcement sources in Henry County tell TMZ, cops are investigating possible prostitution. Waka's mom tells us, cops are also looking for evidence of gangs and drugs, though we have not been able to confirm this with law enforcement. Our law enforcement sources say cops found marijuana and weapons. According to neighbors, there are still four cop cars parked outside. We're told Waka is not there — and his mom tells us, if he doesn't show up soon … cops will issue an arrest warrant.

Posted: 18 Dec 2010 11:22 AM PST A Georgia woman named Susan Caldwell suffers terribly from a disease called Huntington’s disease, and in 2008 she attempted to kill herself to end her unbearable pain. Unfortunately, the only support she had was from an organization called the Final Exit Network that assist those who are contemplating their last days. Then, the organization went on hiatus in Georgia when four group members were charged with assisted suicide. Awash with anxiety, the 43-year-old Caldwell filed a lawsuit last week asking a federal judge to let the group assign her an “exit guide” who could hold her hand and guide her through her final hours if the pain of living becomes unbearable. “It is not the illness I fear, it is the suffering it causes,” she said. “Final Exit Network provided relief and compassion to people like me.” She claims in the lawsuit that Georgia’s assisted suicide law is vague and unconstitutional. She contends it violates her free speech rights because it blocks her from seeking the advice of right-to-die groups. If that doesn’t make you feel for her then peep some of her background Caldwell has Huntington’s disease, a genetic disorder that usually leads to dementia, difficulty speaking and involuntary movements. The disease, which afflicts an estimated 30,000 people in the U.S., is passed from parent to child, and there’s no cure. Most people die about 15 to 20 years after developing symptoms. Caldwell’s grandfather and uncle had it, and her mother grew so fearful in 1985 that her children would develop it that she shot and killed Caldwell’s 19-year-old brother and then tried to shoot Susan, who was then 18, but missed. Caldwell’s mother was sentenced to life in prison, and was diagnosed with the disease while serving time. She was released after a 1994 retrial found her not guilty by reason of insanity, in part because of her daughter’s testimony. Shady Azz Kwame Kilpatrick Is Still Up To No Good…Indicted This Week On More Corruption Charges Posted: 18 Dec 2010 09:38 AM PST Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was indicted this week on even more corruption charges. These charges also implicated his father, Bernard Kilpatrick. Federal prosecutors argue that Kwame and his father engaged in a “pattern of extortion, bribery and fraud,” leading to the 38-count indictment. U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade is at the forefront of the investigation. “This indictment alleges an audacious and far-reaching abuse of the public trust by a group of high-level city officials and their close associates,” McQuade said during a press conference.
