Posted: 16 Jan 2012 01:10 PM PST

How fun!

While most of Hollywood was gearing up for The Golden Globes, Nina Dobrev got all gussied up for a different celebration -- her 23rd birthday party!

Gathered at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, her castmates from The Vampire Diaries learned alongside the b-day girl how to make a delicious meal, including Seared Salmon and Tuna Salad with Avocado and a Warm Chocolate Lava Cake!

Yummy!

Getting their hands dirty in the kitchen with Nina were Steven McQueen, Candice Accola, Zach Roerig, Joseph Morgan and of course, her boyfriend Ian Somerhalder!

UGH! Wish we could have seen him in the kitchen ... as the naked chef! Liiiick!

George Pokes Fun AT Ryan's No Show At The Globes

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 12:40 PM PST

He's gotta eat right?

George Clooney had a little fun with Ryan Gosling's no show appearance at the Golden Globes last night on the red carpet.

The actor attributed the gorgeous Gosling's absence to Ryan's weak attempts to get along his measly earnings!

George further explained:

[He] is in Thailand, or something. And you know what you do in Thailand.

He's working, I think, in Thailand. He wrote me a nice letter, an email, this morning. You know, he's gotta work, he's gotta earn a living, he's a struggling actor.

Rumor has it that Ryan is putting that bawdy to use for a mixed martial arts flick in Bangkok!

We're practically drooling over the possiblities of his new movie!

Trailer Released For Charlie Sheen/Hilary Duff Animated Flick???

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 12:20 PM PST

This has an IMDB page, so we suppose that means it's real?

Check out the trailer (above) for Foodfight!, an animated flick starring Charlie Sheen and Hilary Duff that went into development back in 2002 and never saw the light of day...until now!

We're not sure if the online release of this trailer is an indicator that the movie is actually going to come out, but frankly we hope it's not!

The animation looks like something out of a video game, which is shocking since IMDB claims this movie had a budget of $65,000,000!

...Then again, Foodfight!'s IMDB trivia page says the following:

"In December, 2002, while the film was still in development, the hard drives holding the animation were stolen. The filmmakers had to start over."

This is really bizarre, and frankly we're having trouble believing this is legit, even though it has an official page on the Internet Movie Database.

What do U think? Is this Duff/Sheen animated flick real? And if so, do U wanna see it???

Glorious! That Internet Censorship Bill Got B*tch Slapped Back Into The Black Hole It Belongs In!

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 11:50 AM PST

Ugh! SOPA was such a bitch! She deserved to get killed!!

We're so happy Representative Eric Cantor decided to stop all action on the bill that would inevitably kill the internet as we know it.

We're no fan of piracy, but this was just too extreme. They would have potentially been able to shut down sites like YouTube or Tumblr whenever copyright material was used without permission -- despite the amount of heavy press and play the owner would subsequently receive.

If SOPA had passed, little girls like Sophia Grace might not have any more fun rapping Nicki Minaj songs!! Or that awesome Christmas light show to LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem?? Nuh-uh!

So buh-bye SOPA!! We won't miss you...

As for your bitch twin PIPA, we highly doubt she'll pass the White House. She's the ugly one!!

Meryl Can't Believe She Cursed On TV! Neither Can We!

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 11:20 AM PST

Someone may have been boozing too hard!

Meryl Streep was a bit flabbergasted when she won Best Actress at the Golden Globes when forgot her spectacles off stage.

That's when the sh*t hit the airwaves!

Meryl commented on her little slip up:

I can't believe I said 'sh-t on TV. I had such a good speech and I couldn't see it. Even if you held it in the front row, I couldn't read it because I left my glasses at the table.

If anyone can get away with saying that word on live TV, it's Meryl Streep! LOL!

Listen Up, Actors! SAG And AFTRA Have Reached A Merger Proposal!

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 11:10 AM PST

Whoa! This is seriously BIG news for the acting community!

Today, committees from both the American Federation of Television Artists (AFTRA) and Screen Actors Guild (SAG) reached an agreement proposal for a merger!

Next, the proposal will go to both unions' boards of directors, and then members will vote on whether or not they approve!

Here's what SAG president Ken Howard and AFTRA prez Roberta Reardon had to say about it in a statement:

"What we have accomplished over the last year is tremendously gratifying. We are confident our members will agree that we have created something we can all be proud of – actors, singers, broadcasters, dancers, voiceover artists, background actors, stuntpersons and all entertainment and media professionals that will be represented by this new union."

Very exciting! We'll be sure to keep an ear out for more definitive information on this soon!

What do U think about this, actors? Should SAG and AFTRA merge???

Kim Kardashian Planned Her Own Proposal Too!?!

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 10:50 AM PST

What a shocker!! LOL!!

Kris Humphries' friends say he let them in on the stage proposal America watched on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Apparently, Kim Kardashian planned the whole thing herself!! Kris was trying to come up with a sweet, romantic way to propose, but Kim rejected all of his ideas.

Yep, you're reading correctly. She KNEW about the proposal according to these sources! And it had to be done her way or no way!

The friend says:

First of all, Kris proposed in the middle of the day, and he had to do that because it would create better lighting to capture the moment. Kim looked so surprised but she knew it was happening.

She was in full hair and make-up, as she always is on the show. Kris wanted it to be very intimate and romantic, but all of his ideas were shot down by production officials and Kim.

Kim told him the paparazzi would ruin the special moment if it were to take place in a public setting, like the beach, which he had also considered. How romantic could it be with three camera crews?

Yeah! We mean, what's the surprise of your life compared to a picture perfect staged moment?? CLEARLY it's more important to have everyone else think you're having the time of your life than to actually have it, LOLz!!

Wellll.... it's easy to buy into this, especially with the car confessional scene exposed, but we have a hard time believing Kim would actually prepare a proposal so lacking in creativity!

Where were the rainbows? And the fairies? And the waterfall of chocolate!?!

Golden Globes Ratings Continue To Glow With Ricky Gervais!

Posted: 16 Jan 2012 10:40 AM PST

This year's Golden Globes festivities remained on par with past stints hosted by Ricky Gervais.

The show's run onf NBC ended with a 11.7 rating, only a tenth below last year's 11.8.

The Globes got their initial Ricky spark with a 11.9 during his first appearance in 2010. This combined with a 14% spike from 2009 could determine why the comedian is asked to come back every year!

NBC dominated the night and remained on top from 8pm-11pm.
