Madonna Talks MDNA! Give Me All Your Luvin' Gets A Release Date!

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 12:20 PM PST

It's almost here!!!

Madonna's lead single, Give Me All Your Luvin', off of her upcoming album MDNA, will officially be hitting the radios and available as a digital download on February 3rd - two days before her performance at the Super Bowl!

And the Queen herself says:

"I've made a huge effort to try and not sound like everybody else on MDNA. I feel like all the records on the radio right now have a homogenized quality to them. I've made a huge effort to try and not sound like everybody else. The music that I've done with William (Orbit) is quite introspective, whereas Martin (Solveig)'s is more ironic and funny and upbeat. There's a really up aspect to it and a really fun aspect to it. I don't like to repeat myself. I'm a curious person who's interested in learning, and I like to take the road less traveled by. That's just my nature, so perhaps that leads me to subject matter or controversial or subversive waters. I don't know. It's not something that's intentional. I'm not calculating being subversive or trying to be ahead of people. I just work on things that interest me."

And we LOVE to see where that journey takes you, gurl!

Because it's always just incredible!

We don't know about you, but we seriously think we may have a Ray of Light-caliber album on its way!

What do U think??

Conrad Murray Files Appeal On His Ruling! Wants To Be Released From Jail In The Meantime!

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 10:40 AM PST

He really still thinks he can slither his way out of this one, doesn't he?

Dr. Conrad Murray, who was sentenced to fours in prison in November for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson, has filed legal documents to appeal his conviction, on the basis of "improper exclusion of defense evidence and witnesses that resulted in violating the defendant's State and constitutional rights to due process, to present a defense and to the effective assistance of counsel," and is even requesting that pending the ruling, he be released from jail!

Oh, but don't worry! He's willing to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet!

How flexible of him!

Yeesh! If he wants to appeal, that's his prerogative, but we think he should stay right where he is!

Liam Neeson Takes On Katherine Heigl And Sam Worthington At The Box Office

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 09:40 AM PST

And sources say he's probably going to beat them each pretty bad too!

Man On A Ledge, One For The Money, and The Grey are having a threeway tango for the number one spot at the Box Office this weekend, but anaylists are predicting that Liam Neeson's wilderness thriller is going to make the most money.

The Sam Worthington flick is estimated to rake in 9.8 million this weekend, Katherine Heigl's romantic comedy might make $5 million, but The Grey is on track to make $12 million.

Pretty weak across the board, but we weren't expecting much from any of these titles. Do U plan on spending any of your hard earned cash on any of these movies this weekend?

This Means War Gets PG-13 Rating After Editing Chelsea Handler's Sexual Jokes

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 08:40 AM PST

Does Chelsea Handler know how to make any kind of joke that isn't a sexual one?

Fine, okay - does she know how to make any jokes that aren't either sexual OR alcohol based ones??

Ha!

So, if we're being honest, we didn't even know that Chelsea was in This Means War, with Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, and Tom Hardy. Was she in the trailers? If she was, we were too busy watching the boys be super handsome! Can't blame us!

Anyway, the higher ups at the studio kept aiming for a PG-13 rating for the flick so they could make more money, but instead, they kept getting bumped up to "R" when they'd hear back from the Classification and Rating Appeals Board (Do people call them CRAB? Because they should!).

The problem? Chelsea Handler's sex jokes.

So they edited them, and behold: PG-13 rating!

Whomp, whomp! We wonder what Joan Rivers thinks about this!

Michael Jackson Biopic Possibly In The Works Due To Brett Ratner

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 08:20 AM PST

Here's something U might not know...

Director Brett Ratner was a good friend to the late King of Pop.

And now, because he wants to show "the real" Michael Jackson, a biopic may be in the works.

He's getting help from Frank Cascio, one of Jackson's oldest friends and manager.

Ratner said:

"[Jackson] was the most inspirational person in my life. When you were with him, you really felt like God was within him."

Both Ratner and Cascio helped Michael to respond to journalist Martin Bashir's in-depth interview that painted Jackson in a less than perfect light by making the rebuttal film Michael Jackson's Private Home Movies.

Hopefully they can collaborate on a biopic and we can get the full story on the REAL Michael Jackson.

ABBA To Release A New Song!

Posted: 28 Jan 2012 08:00 AM PST

Well, not new new! But it's good enough for us!

ABBA is planning to drop a deluxe edition of their final album, 1981's The Visitors in April, and as a special treat, a previously unheard demo called From a Twinkling Star to a Passing Angel, will be included on the tracklist - the first new music from them since 1994!

Pretty exciting! And about as close as we'll get to an official reunion, we fear!

What do U think?? Are U excited to hear this track??
