The police have released James Holmes' mug shot and it is every bit as terrifying as you thought it would be. His hair, as you can plainly see, is reminiscent of the familiar Batman villain, The Joker ... but it's his expression that truly inflicts fear. We really can barely stand to look. Now that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have pretty much gone public with their relaysh, the shiz is hitting the fan. ICYMI, the two young(ish) stars were spotted locking lips at a wrap party for his Steve Jobs biopic this past weekend, which was obvi a HUGE blow to Demi. Seeing her former flame making out with a beautiful young woman who is almost half her age can mean nothing but sad timez for her. In fact, a friend close to the actress says that Demi is "devastated," adding:

Thankfully, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are mature enough to understand that, regardless of what the heart wants, kids must ALWAYS come first. And so Johnny flew back to the South of France during his shooting hiatus this weekend. He obviously missed his kids, Jack and Lily-Rose. He wanted the family to be together again. A friend close to them agreed. He said:

Mariah will be taking the seat that was once occupied by the likes of Paula Abdul, Kara DioGuardi, Ellen DeGeneres and most recently, Jennifer Lopez!! Mz. Carey is expected to be making anywhere from $12 million to $17 million for the show's twelfth season, with Randy Jackson expected to stay on board!
