Spider-Man Musical Canceled Post-Accident! Posted: 22 Dec 2010 12:45 PM PST For goodness sake! These guys need to seriously re-evaluate the logistics of this show! It's CLEARLY not safe! After a lead stunt double Chris Tearney fell 30 feet last night during Monday night's show of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, yesterday's matinee performance was canceled! However, spokesman Rick Miramontez insists: "The production knows exactly what happened at Monday's performance, and it is being dealt with. This is a maneuver that has been done hundreds, if not a thousand times, without incident, and additional redundancies are being put into place to ensure that will never happen again." We understand that a lot of money has gone into this thing, but honestly - if they can't get it right, they need to just stop! This is FOURTH person in a matter of months to be injured! How many more have to hurt themselves?! What do U think?? What should be done with Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark??

Mileybird's Friends Return To The Scene Of The Crime To Mock Her! Posted: 22 Dec 2010 12:30 PM PST We can't believe Miley Cyrus knows people who would stoop so low. First, they leak the incriminating video of Miley hitting the bong and now, they're mocking her! Sources have uncovered this parody video shot by the same group of friends Miley toked up with weeks ago and shot in the same room where it all went down. They even went so far as to hire a Miley look-a-like for the project. Stand-up folks, huh? Check out the video (above). Thoughts?

Glee's Darren Criss Gives Back To The Kiddies Posted: 22 Dec 2010 12:15 PM PST Such a sweetheart! Over the weekend, Darren Criss from Glee performed two sold out shows at the Roxy. The gig's proceeds were to benefit the Toys For Tots program and through ticket sales and donations from concert goers, over 15 bags of toys were donated! Darren tweeted out his gratitude to his fans, saying: "Thanks to all those who brought toys to the Roxy. We are now giving 15 full bags of toys to Toys For Tots! Rock on." So adorable! What a wonderful thing to do! Kudos to Darren and the Gleeks for giving back in such a big way!

Lindsay's Parents Dig Her Hole Even Deeper Posted: 22 Dec 2010 12:00 PM PST Especially you, Michael! What happened that that pledge to keep quiet?! As we previously reported, Lindsay Lohan is in danger of returning to prison should she be found guilty of refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test during this week's now infamous altercation at the Betty Ford Clinic. Till now, it has just been Lindsay's word against Dawn Holland's, the staffer she threw down with. Lindsay said that she asked for the test, but Dawn refused to give it to her, while Dawn maintains Lindsay was on the phone with her mother, Dina Lohan, who told her not to submit to the test. Cue Michael, who is corroborating Lindsay's the staffer's side of the story! In an effort to once again discredit Dina as a good parent, Michael told sources that she "made the mistake of being overheard telling Lindsay — and the other girls — not to take a drug test." He added: "It's enabling even in rehab. How sad. Are you kidding me? If this was all handled the right way, with honesty, none of this would have happened." You want to talk about handling things the right way? How about not throwing your kid under the bus just so you can get a good jab at your ex-wife?! If it turns out to be true, this tidbit could land your daughter back in jail for SIX MONTHS?! The only saving grace in all of this is that even if Papa Lohan continues with this story, there is no hard evidence yet to prove that Dina told Lindsay to do anything. Aventures In Egypt: Part 1 Posted: 22 Dec 2010 11:50 AM PST Our first day in Egypt was magical!!!! Our adventures took us to the city and surrounding areas of Luxor, where we made some new friends at Luxor Temple (above). It really is mind-blowing to think that this was built tens of hundreds of years ago! Though the Luxor Temple is moderate in size, it is most impressive. The attention to detail is astonishing! Even the backs of statues - facings walls - were etched in hieroglyphics and told a story. We also visited the nearby temple of Karnak, also on the East Bank, which is nearly 200 acres large! The great temple at the heart of Karnak is so big that St. Peter's, Milan and Notre Dame Cathedrals could be lost within its walls! Mom and sis were as awed as we were! Good - Lindsay Lohan is finally making an official statement in regards to what went down this week at the Betty Ford Clinic through her dutiful lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley. Bad - She doesn't say much of anything, other than hint at her innocence. Take a gander at the statement released just moments ago: "At this time, we are declining to comment on the underlying facts surrounding this incident, as we await the completion of the police investigation. It should be noted, however, that it was Ms. Lohan who called 911 to request police assistance at the time this incident occurred." Ah, so then whoever cries help first, gets the last laugh? Is that what we are going with here? We're going to need a bit more than that from you, Lindz, if we're going to get behind you. For now, we remain torn between two very unlikely stories. It's Official! President Obama Repeals 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell!' Posted: 22 Dec 2010 11:00 AM PST This is truly a day to be remembered! At 9:35am this morning, President Barack Obama signed the 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' repeal bill into law in front of about 500 invitees, including many LGBT veterans, like Lt. Dan Choi, who were discharged due to the RIDICULOUS policy! The President reportedly spoke for about 20 minutes prior to the signing, and his sentiments are best summed up by these poignant, true words: "We are not a nation that says don't ask, don't tell. We are a nation that says, out of many, we are one. You are not the first to have to endure this, but you are the last." We cannot even BEGIN to tell you how absolutely ELATED and PROUD we feel on behalf of this country and its leaders! It was a long, seemingly unnecessary fight filled with heartbreak and frustration, but progress is FINALLY on its way! We can only keep moving forward now, and we are confident that we will! LiLo Facing 6 Months In Jail For Betty Ford Brawl! Posted: 22 Dec 2010 10:45 AM PST Well, actually, the courts don't so much care if she sprained the woman's wrist like they say, so much that they are pissed she possibly refused to take a breathalyzer test. That's a big no-no! According to one of the many versions of this story we've heard, when Lindsay Lohan allegedly snuck back into her sober living facility at the Betty Ford Clinic, she apparently refused to take a breathalyzer test and thus an altercation ensued between herself and staffer, Dawn Holland. Word is that Judge Fox has gotten wind of this story and may have Lindsay come back to court after the holidays to discuss what happened. Should she be found guilty of refusing to take the test, she will be sentenced to 6 months in prison for the violation of her probation! A source close to the situation explains: "Judge Fox made it very clear to Lindsay: a dirty test, or a refusal to submit to a test, would be counted and considered as a dirty test." Now, it has been reported that Lindsay eventually got around to taking the test the next morning and she passed it. So now, it is just matter of proving that she didn't hold off on the breathalyzer so that she could, um, clear out the evidence. Girl, you're in BIG trouble. This was the last thing you needed, that's for sure. You and your lawyers better be racking up some hard evidence to prove your innocence or you're going to be starting off the new year in a baaaad way! [Image via WENN.]
