Another piece to the already messed up puzzle. Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford staffer who got into an altercation with Lindsay Lohan this week, isn't as innocent as she is making herself out to be, at least according to someone who knows her well - her ex-husband, Timothy Holland. Tim has come forward to give sources a little insight on the kind of woman Dawn is and suggest that Lindsay could be, in fact, getting framed by this woman he refers to as a "gold digger." Tim accuses Dawn of having been a "monster" while they were married, "tearing the house up" and beating on him during her many tirades. He attributes her outbursts not only on her "violent" personality, but also her constant drug use! Yes, he reveals that when he first met Dawn, she was "two years in recovery from drug addiction, specifically crack cocaine." Tim finally had enough of her abuse last year and had to get a restraining order to protect himself from her. Whoa! You expect us to believe that none of this information came up during her employee background check? When asked if he believed Dawn assaulted Lindsay the way LiLo has described, he admits he wouldn't be surprised and considers her perfectly "capable" of that kind of violence. He adds:
Violent and after money & fame?! Not the best cocktail of personality traits to put so close to LiLo! Even if this guy is simply out to cash in on the story himself like his ex-wife, we're starting to get the sense that Lindsay is telling the truth. These people obviously are lacking in the morality department and we just so want to believe that LiLo has changed for the better during her time in rehab. We're rooting for you, honey. Ricky Martin's 2-year-old twins, Matteo and Valentino, COULD have another brother or sister on the way, if Martin decides to adopt. He spoke about the possibility of adopting after his performance on the CBS special A Home for the Holidays, a program that raises awareness about adoption. Here's what he had to say:

Before her new fiancee, Frederic Thiebaud, put a ring on it, Shania Twain took in all the sparkle and wonder of New York City. Sources report that Shania took her annual trip to the Big Apple this past weekend, with her beau and some family, to enjoy all the city has to offer for the season. Witnesses saw the group do "tons of Christmas shopping" and enjoy eating at some of the best restaurants in Manhattan, like Nobu and Serafina. How nice! Bet this trip was a hell of a lot better than the year her ex-husband ran off with another woman! Remember that travesty?! That's all behind her now! She's set to have one happy Christmas this year! It's Waterworld meets Wall Street as Stephen Baldwin has just filed a lawsuit against Kevin Costner. None of us have forgotten the terrible oil spill off the gulf this year that massacred the ecosystem and cost so many people so much. Apparently, one of those people hurt by the spill was Stephen, but he's not blaming BP - he's blaming Kevin for allegedly duping him. The story goes, according to the lawsuit, that Stephen bought a 10% share in Kevin's invention that separates oil from water. Apparently, around when the spill first occured, Kevin made it seem that he had already sold his shares in the company and advised Stephen to do the same. Turns out, as we all know, Kevin didn't sell any of his shares and brought the company and the invention to the forefront of the efforts to clean up the spill. Stephen says that he fells "duped," claiming he was told there were no plans to sell the contraption to BP and that he was forced out as a partner so more money should be shared amongst Kevin and his other partners. The deal with BP ended up bringing in more than $52 million. That's a hefty sum to be left out of! Get a good lawyer Stephen and you might just have a case. Friends close to Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are either big on the wishful thinking or know something we don't because according to them, the pair may be getting back together. Despite the rumors that Zac has already moved on with one of his The Lucky Ones costars, pals of Zacnessa truly believe we haven't seen the end of the lovebirds just yet. One such friend told sources:
Interestingly enough, although Zac is the one with the new lady, it was supposedly Vanessa who suggested the break to date other people. However, pals insist this is just a brief hiatus for the pair as Vanessa allegedly plans on "locking in for a life with Zac." Damn it, she's seen our letter to Santa! That was #1 on the list! Last week, we learned that Mel Gibson would be getting A LITTLE BIT more visitation time with Lucia. Now, it looks like Mel is going to get some Xmas time with Lucia, which we're sure he's ecstatic about, given the major role that religion plays in the man's life. According to their plan, Oksana will spend Christmas Eve with Lucia, and Mel will get her the next day. Guess we'll see if these two can make this happen without any drama. | Joseph Gordon-Levitt Opens Up About His Brother Posted: 23 Dec 2010 10:45 AM PST Wow. Powerful stuff. Six weeks ago, Joseph Gordon-Levitt was dealt a terrible blow when his brother, Dan, shockingly passed away. In the most difficult time in his life, we imagined he would take a breather from work and spend some time with his family, But last night, Joseph showed how strong he really is by attending a HitRECord.org event at UCLA. Though the night was about his website, Joseph took a minute to talk about his bro and how he would have wanted Joe to continue helping the program.
