Earlier today, 50 Cent (née Curtis James Jackson, III) took some time out of his bizzy creepin’ around with comedienne Chelsea Handler schedule to announce to his legion of Twitter followers that he is making himself available to shovel people’s show for the low, low price of $100 … tho, it’ll cost you a bit more if you want him to pose for a photo.

I’m going out to shovel snow and see if I can make me a few extra dollars today. I’m charging more if they want to take pictures / I want a hundred dollars per house. I bet anybody ill make a grand moving snow today. Lol / I want a hundred dollars if your stuck. Ill get you out. Lol / I got 4 people on one street to agree to my fee after they saw the first job I did. Now I’m looking for employees. / I’m paying 30 dollars and hour I only want 3 workers that 90 dollars and hour but I think we can do all 4 in a hour in a half. Lol

Hustle and flow, y’all. 50 Cent knows how to make some money … in whatever circumstance he finds himself in. To be honest, charging $100 to get someone to shovel your snow isn’t totally outrageous … let alone getting a rap superstar to do the work for you. The happily pregs Penélope Cruz was spotted out and about here in SoCal last week doing a bit of last minute shopping. Penélope took her burgeoning Baby Bump to the Ed Hardy store on Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood, CA … erm, I guess there is no accounting for taste.


Despite Penélope‘s OBVS bad taste in shopping habits, I still heart her entirely and cannot WAIT for her to bring forth the fruit of her loins. I love how pleasantly plump she is getting. Pregnancy looks very good on her. I can’t wait ’til she pops!! Wee!!!

Glee star Jane Lynch and her wife of 6 months Lara Embry were spotted out and about here in SoCal yesterday. Jane and Lara used the break in the weather to take their pet pooch out for some fresh air.


This Xmas was the first that the couple shared as a married couple so I’m certain they had a fine time together. It’s always so great to see Jane looking so happy and well … I bet that Lara makes her very happy. Don’t they make the cutest couple?

Alyson Hannigan & Alexis Denisof Take Satyana For Her First Tricycle Ride

At the start of this month, we saw photos of actress/mommy Alyson Hannigan picking up a few Xmas presents for her daughter Satyana. As you may recall, we saw photos of Aly carting home a cute wooden tricycle. Today we get to see photos of Aly and hubby Alexis Denisof taking Saty out for a spin on her new Xmas gift.

Alyson Hannigan and her husband Alexis Denisof took little daughter Satyana out on Boxing Day so she could ride her new bike for the first time. Wearing a little coat and hat, the 20-month-old looked adorable all bundled up against the chilly Los Angeles weather. Wearing Ugg boots, blue jeans and a big grey jumper, 36-year-old Alyson looked her usual low-key casual style. Meanwhile dad Alexis watched proudly on as Satyana rode her little bike, taking pictures to commemorate the event. At one point, the excited toddler even managed to ride off the pavement and right into the grass, to the amusement of her delighted parents.

Earlier this month Alyson shared on her official Twitter profile that Satyana contracted a case of the Chicken Pox after an outing with friends …

What did taking Satyana to mini golf for the first time give us? A cute photo, a great day with friends & CHICKEN POX!!!!!!

… thankfully, the sweet little doll recovered in time to enjoy Xmas … and her new bike! She’s just the cutest little doll … I hope she enjoys her cute little bike for years to come :)

Kelsey Grammer Wants A Quickie Divorce So He Can Marry His New Fiancée

Former Cheers and Fraiser star Kelsey Grammer, who is currently still married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer despite the fact that he has been carrying on an extra-marital affair [which included a failed pregnancy] for the past year, has petitioned the judge overseeing his divorce to put the proceedings on the fast track. Kelsey wants to be legally divorced from Camille as quickly as possible so that he can marry his new fiancee Kayte Walsh as soon as humanly possible.

Kelsey Grammer has asked a judge to put a rush order on his divorce from Camille Grammer, so he can marry his girlfriend … TMZ has learned. Kelsey is asking the divorce judge to grant the divorce decree asap, and leave all of the money issues for later. In legalese, it’s called “bifurcation.” Under California law, a divorce can become final 6 months after a petition is filed. Camille filed on July 1, 2010 … so if the judge grants Kelsey’s request for bifurcation, he can marry Kayte Walsh Saturday, January 1. Kelsey and Kayte have been engaged for several months.

Ugh. How many times can Camille Grammer get publicly slapped in the face and not lose her mind. Granted, if you watch her on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills you might believe that she is merely getting her karmic retribution for the shitty way she’s acted toward others but still … the very public way that Kelsey is trying to dump her ass (and as quickly as possible) is pretty brutal.

Camille, for her part, still maintains that she she loves Kelsey … despite the fact that he no longer loves her and wants to be married to another, younger woman:

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has revealed that she is still in love with her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer. ‘We’ve been together for 14 years, I thought we had a really good run of it. The loneliness – Kelsey and I, this was our favourite holiday to spend together,’ she said. ‘Kelsey enjoyed decorating the tree and that's something we all did as a family, and so last night I was decorating the tree with the kids alone and it brought a tear to my eye, or several.’

As sad as all of this may be for Camille at least she can rest assured in the fact that she will be well-taken care of financially as the mother of Kelsey‘s two youngest children. It remains to be seen if she will still be able to live in the luxurious manner that she has become accustomed to but … well … them’s the breaks. I bet it wont’ be long until Kelsey is married again … and Camille will be single and alone.

Movie Review: ‘Easy A’

Last night David and I FINALLY got to see the Emma Stone film Easy A, which came out in September, on On Demand. I had been really looking forward to seeing the film in theaters when it was released but, somehow, I never got around to seeing it … then it was gone from theaters and I had to wait for its release on DVD/On Demand. But last night I finally got to see why everyone seems to love the film so much.


Easy A is the iGeneration’s version of The Scarlett Letter. I loved pretty much everything about the film … the writing was great, the acting was superb and the message was pitch perfect. We live in an age where information spreads immediately … but not nearly as quickly as gossip does. I shudder to think what it must be like for kids these days to have to deal with the power of Facebook, cell phones and faceless commentary on the Internets. I was really impressed with Emma Stone‘s character in this film but I couldn’t help but think how difficult it must be for real kids in these real situations … kids who may not have the same force of will that this fictional character has. It’s clear to me why Emma‘s performance in Easy A generated so much buzz … and likely won her the lead female role in the new Spider-Man reboot. This film may be a teen flick but it’s more than that … it’s truly a perfect commentary on high school life these days … and the enduring power of gossip. I’m very glad to know that Emma Stone received a Golden Globe nomination for her work in this film … should she win, it’ll be well deserved.

Before we settled down for the movie, David and I had dinner at Night + Market on Sunset Blvd. If you are looking for authentic Thai street food, then Night + Market is the place for you:


I personally cannot attest to the authenticity but David can and he was very impressed with the food. I just loved every single thing we ordered because it all tasted so incredibly delicious! Thai is one of my favorite foods … and this place just shot to the top of my LA eatery list. We had a great meal … and already are planning ahead to our next visit.

Love is in bloom for actress Rachel Weisz (newishly separated from her husband Darren Aronofsky) and actor Daniel Craig this holiday season. Over the Xmas weekend, the pair were spotted HOLDING HANDS in a sure sign that the couple are happily dating!

There was nothing secret about Rachel Weisz stepping out with James Bond actor Daniel Craig over the holiday. After her recent split from her fiancé Darren Aronofsky, Weisz and Craig spent Christmas together. Photos first published in Britain’s News of the World show the couple walking hand-in-hand in the snowy countryside of Dorset in southwestern England and entering a small, Edwardian-style pub together. In a story headlined “For Your Weisz Only,” 007′s Craig, 42, and Weisz, 39 – who are set to appear in Dream House together in March – are reported to have shared a cottage hideaway. They “looked like a romantic couple in a film,” the paper quotes an onlooker as saying. “They were laughing and chatting and hanging on to each other’s words and stopping to take photos of each other.” A pub customer tells the paper, “They were clinging ot each other like honeymooners. The chemistry was obvious.”

So … yeah … the hand-holding is a deffo sign that something is going on between these two but it doesn’t necessarily mean for certain that the couple are knockin’ boots. But, I’d be money on it. This hook-up is kinda surprising considering that Rachel and Darren announced their split only last month. It should also be noted that whatever is going on between Rachel and Daniel, it may not last very long. Relationships that start up between actors making a film together don’t usually last very long. That being said, I kinda like the idea of Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig as a couple. They look good together, no?

Natalie Portman & Benjamin Millepied Are Gettin’ Hitched!

Double congratulations are in order for actress Natalie Portman and her Black Swan co-star lover man Benjamin Millepied because today we learn that the couple are not only engaged to be married … but they are also pregs with their first child!

Natalie Portman and choreographer Benjamin Millepied are engaged and expecting their first child, her reps confirm to PEOPLE exclusively. The couple met during the production of Black Swan. Portman’s performance in the film has earned her nominations for a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award … This will be the first child for the actress who is due in 2011.

Whoa!! What great news!! To be honest, I had forgotten that Natalie and Benjamin were coupled up until I saw them together on screen in Black Swan earlier this month. The couple have, for the most part, kept their relationship out of the public eye but now that they have announced their engagement AND baby news, well, their stature in the public eye will rise significantly. It’s unknown how far along in her pregnancy Natalie is but I’m certain she will be showing off a baby bump when she makes the red carpet rounds during the upcoming awards season. Not only will Natalie be present at the Golden Globe Awards but it’s pretty certain she will also be at the Academy Awards as well. Much love and congrats to the happy couple!!

Rihanna Hits The Beach In Barbados

While folks on the West Coast were gettin’ drenched in cold rain over the holiday weekend and folks on the East Coast were getting buried under the even colder snow, popstar

Rihanna spent the day after Christmas relaxing on Sandy Lane beach in her home country of Barbados. The singer hit the surf in a very eye-catching and unique panther-design swimsuit. And even though the suit was a one-piece, it still managed to emphasise the 22-year-old’s enviable curves. The swimsuit is made by designer label We Are Famous and costs £195.00. Rihanna is spending Christmas with her family in Barbados before jetting back to the U.S in time for New Year’s Eve. After doing her Christmas shopping in Los Angeles earlier this week, the Umbrella star jetted to Barbados’s Grantley Adams Airport via Miami on Wednesday. At Miami, she bumped into her mother Monica and her aunt so they boarded the flight back to Barbados together. Writing on her Twitter, she enthused: ‘I’m in Miami Airport…Guess who just popped up and surprised me @ my Gate??? ‘My mooooommmyyyyy….and my AUNTY. We all going home together.. Barbados I love you.’ After spending Christmas in the Caribbean, Rihanna will fly to Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve, where she will see in 2011 performing at the Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace. And she is clearly excited about it, posting about it on her Twitter on Wednesday. She says: ‘Damn Its not even Christmas yet and I’m thinking abt NYE!Who’s comin out to party with me @ PURE? Sigh. I bet it’s nice being able to spend the cold holidays in warm and very tropical parts of the world. Rihanna is lucky that her home is in Barbados because she always has a great excuse to go back whenever she likes. It sounds like Ri Ri is really excited to spend New Year’s Eve at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas, NV. NYE is insane in LV … David and I rang in the New Year a few years ago in LV (the year that Britney Spears was the guest at Pure Nightclub) and it was deffo an experience. We are just days away from 2011 … do YOU know where YOU will be ringing in the New Year?

Hugh Jackman Gets Hit In The Balls With A Cricket Ball

Ugh! Calamity struck again for poor Hugh Jackman over the weekend as the Aussie got beaned in the crotch by a cricket ball that was hurled at him by Australian sports star Shane Warne. As you may recall, Hugh almost lost his eye in a failed stunt on The Oprah Winfrey Show a couple of weeks ago and then this weekend, disaster struck again … right in the balls.

It was less than two weeks ago that Hugh Jackman required stitches for his now infamous zip-lining episode on the Oprah show. And now the seemingly accident-prone Australian actor has been injured once again. This time Hugh received one from Australia’s finest ever leg-spin bowler, Shane Warne. The incident took place during a segment on a local TV station’s broadcast of the The Ashes Test cricket series. The sportsman and the actor were battling it out in a spot of cricket. As Hugh went in to bat, spinner Shane made what is called a wrong’un – when the ball spins the opposite way to a leg-spinner. The wayward ball proceeded to hit the Aussie actor’s groin. Seemingly in pain and doubled over, Hugh pulled himself together and carried on playing after a bit of friendly banter from his opponent. ‘I didn’t pick it,’ Jackman said to Shane. ‘Don’t rub ‘em, count ‘em,’ Warne responded. The injury could may well have been much worse if it wasn’t for Hugh’s protective cricket cup, a requirement for all players of the sport. The latest incidence comes after he had already warned Warne about his injured eye. ‘Watch the eye, mate,’ he told him earlier.

Naturally, there is video footage of Hugh gettin’ balled in the nuts (complete with slow motion instant replay) … behold:


OUCH! Poor Hugh … I know from personal experience, gettin’ socked in the gonads is not fun AT ALL. Here’s hopin’ homie’s twig and berries managed to avoid permanent damage … it’d be a shame if Hugh lost functionality down there. Let’s also hope that Hugh won’t get injured anywhere else on his person … the poor guy is running out of places to get hurt.

Newlyweds Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Surface In Public Together

Longtime lovebirds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have gotten hitched here in SoCal a couple of weeks ago but the newlyweds had not been seen together in public … until now. As you may recall, Nicole was spotted out and about doing a bit of Xmas shopping here in LA last week but hubby Joel was nowhere to be seen. All of that changed this weekend when Mr. & Mrs. Nic/Joel were spotted together hittin’ up the gym.


As you can see, Nicole was none too pleased to be photographed after having worked out in just a vigorous way at the gymnasium but I, personally, am very happy to see Nicole and Joel out and about together. Without question, they are among the bizziest celebs in Hollywood so it’s no big surprise that they’ve not been seen together in public since their wedding. I guess it took until after the Xmas holiday for the couple to find some downtime to work on their fitness together.

Lyrics To A New Britney Spears Song Reportedly Leak To The Internets

Last month we learned from the people working with Britney Spears on her new album, due out in March, that she recorded a “monster” song for her new disc. It is widely believed that the “monster” song in question is the song Hold It Against Me, which has been confirmed as a song that will appear on Britney‘s new album. Today, we get to see the complete set of lyrics that are RUMORED to be the official lyrics for the song … which may or may NOT be the real deal.

Producer Dr. Luke has been tweeting single words from the Hold It Against Me lyrics on his official Twitter profile but here are the reported full lyrics to the track:

I mean … take this with a grain of salt. These lyrics could very easily be the real thing or they could just be the imaginings of a very ardent fan. In the past, Dr. Luke has refuted claims of genuine lyrics when they have been released before so … we’ll just have to wait and see.

In other Britney news, producer Sean Garrett gave a new interview about her new album in which he promises that Brit Brit‘s album will feature a “new sound”:

Sean Garrett, the multi-platinum singer/songwriter/producer is working with Britney Spears on her next album, and he tells TooFab that her album is going to offer fans a whole new sound. “We’re working on some stuff already for her, and I definitely plan on being on her album,” Garrett, who recently inked a solo deal with Columbia Records, tells TooFab. “I think it’s going to take things to the next level, as far as breaking out a new sound.”

I feel like producers always like to talk about “new sounds” and “taking things to the next level” when they discuss new music from established artists … so, again, we’ll have to wait and see. I’m just really excited that we are so close to hearing new music from our dear Britney. What do y’all think of these rumored lyrics? Do they sound genuine to you? Alanis Morissette Gives Birth To A Baby Boy

Woot!! Congratulations are in order for NEW PARENTS Alanis Morissette and Mario Souleye Treadway because People magazine is reporting today that the happy couple welcomed the birth of their firstborn son on last Saturday — on Xmas Day! The couple opted out of the chance to name their Xmas baby Jesus and decided to go with the more Alanis-like Ever Imre.

Alanis Morissette got a very special Christmas package: a new baby boy, PEOPLE has confirmed. “Alanis Morissette and Mario ‘Souleye’ Treadway welcomed a baby boy, Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway, on Dec. 25th,” says a rep for the new mom. “All are healthy and happy.”

What exciting and very happy news!! Altho I’m a smidge sad that Alanis‘s Bump Watch is over, I am ECSTATIC that she is a new mom and I cannot WAIT to see what the little darling man looks like. You may recall that we learned back in October that Alanis was carrying a boy (news that was officially confirmed a short while later) so all that was left was to learn the little guys name. Ever Imre is just a great name … I’m SO happy for the couple! Let’s send all our love and congrats to the Morissette-Treadway family and hearty welcome to the world to little Ever Imre :D
