The group is on an all-expenses paid holiday as they prepare for their performance at top music executive Lucian Grange's New Year's Eve party. They were also seen paryting it up and having a good time at a bash Wednesday night where celebs such as Rihanna and Simon Cowell were rumored to be in attendance. Keep it up, boys! You've had a great year and deserve all the success you'll get in 2011!

Brooke Mueller Sucked Face in Aspen… With Dave Navarro! At least the news we're hearing about her trip is less disturbing. Word is that Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be ex-wife is finally starting to move on from him. Sources report that she was spotted two nights ago in Nobu with Jane's Addiction rocker Dave Navarro. The two arrived around 8:15 PM for dinner, but instead decided to rush into dessert. Spies saw the pair head outside so Dave could have a smoke. That's when they began to "full on make out," with Dave's hand making friends with her chest. The paparazzi are out in full force in Cabo San Lucas this week, seeing as the place is jammed with celebrities. Surprisingly though, we've only really been seeing shots of LeAnn Rimes and her fiancee Eddie Cibrain. Huh! How peculiar! At any rate, the pair seem to be enjoying their getaway. Pamela Anderson Named PETA's Person Of The Year Posted: 31 Dec 2010 10:30 AM PST Congratulations are in order for Pamela Anderson! She's just been named PETA's Person of the Year of 2010. The actress was given the title after she helped to draw attention to animal rights issues by speaking to students at Oxford University, posing for pictures with her body painted in butcher markings, filming anti-fur commercials, and calling on Indian leaders to ban the country's "unspeakably cruel" trade in leather. She's also adopted stray dogs from animal shelters and and has spent years working tirelessly to raise awareness on several other animal rights issues. "For years, Anderson has been penning letters and posing in ads for PETA U.K.'s American affiliate in order to raise awareness of cruelty to animals and demonstrate how easy it is to avoid contributing to animal suffering," said a PETA spokeswoman. Sources are reporting that Zac Efron, who recently split from his long-time GF Vanessa Hudgens, is currently ringing in the New Year at Parrot Cay, an island of Turks & Caicos. Will Smith's Willow's Boss, Not Her Daddy! Posted: 31 Dec 2010 10:00 AM PST At least on paper! Here's the deal: Pint-sized pop superstar Willow Smith is signed to Jay-Z's record label, Roc Nation. The label, according to documentation, entered into an agreement to rep Willow with Spooky Girl, Inc., Willow's own company. Well, sort of. Willow may be the girlie behind the name, but the President of the company is actually her father, Will Smith. So, when you check out her contract with Spooky Girl, Willow is listed as Will's "employee," not his child. Makes sense, we guess. Business is business - family is family. However, what's really interesting is that under the section listing Willow's parental units, only Jada Pinkett Smith is listed. Apparently, Will can't be listed as her father as it conflicts with his role as her label boss. But, this also means that Jada has legal rights to protect Willow from Will when it comes to the business. Hmm… This could be foreshadowing some family drama in the making, but we sincerely hope not. We adore Willow and only want to see good things for her. Oh, it's also interesting to mention that Willow's Roc Nation contract has been sealed and filed with the courts, so no wandering eyes can stumble upon exactly how much Willow make$$$!
