lindsay has a post rehab plan

Looks like Lindsay is legitimately determined to do it right this time.

LiLo's developed a plan for herself to ensure she stays on the right path after she leaves rehab next week.

Here are the highlights of her plan:

-She'll stay an extra day at Betty Ford, until Jan 4

-On the 4th, she'll drive back to L.A., but she won't return to her place in West Hollywood

-She'll work with a sponsor to help her deal with "culture shock of reentry"

-She's already scheduled several months of AA meetings

Certainly sounds like she's making the right moves this time! We hope it works out!

Kate Beckinsale was spotted out with her husband Len Wiseman and daughter Lily yesterday, shopping and stopping off for some goodies at Starbucks in Beverly Hills.

Wow! Lily grew up fast, huh?

Cher was rockin' her wet suit for some serious paddleboarding, while Kathy showed off her rockin' bikini body.

Oksana's Dentist Granted Immunity In Exchange For Cooperation With Authorities!

Pretty even trade, we'd say!

Dr. Ross Sheldon, the dentist who treated Oksana Grigorieva after Mel Gibson's alleged attack on her, has been granted immunity for not reporting the injuries immediately to law enforcement. In return, he has agreed to fully cooperate in the assault investigation currently against the actor!

A source close to the situation explains:

"Dr. Ross was given immunity so he would cooperate with the investigation of Mel Gibson. Dr. Ross was initially reluctant to cooperate because he feared he would also be the subject of a separate criminal investigation for not reporting Oksana's injuries. Dr. Ross is required by law to report injuries. The reason he didn't talk to cops right after Oksana told him, was because Oksana made him promise he wouldn't tell anyone. He fully cooperated with the investigation. He realizes he made a mistake by not reporting the incident. Still, Dr. Shelden would make a very strong witness for the prosecution if Mel Gibson is charged with any crime in connection with the incident. The Los Angeles District Attorney has three years on the statue of limitations from when the alleged incident occurred to file charges against Mel. However, a decision will be made in January 2011, on what charges if any, will be filed against Gibson."

It must have been a very difficult situation, but he should have known better as a doctor than not to report it.

We just hope the truth will finally come out!

Chris Hemsworth Gets Married

It's going to be a great New Year for Chris Hemsworth!

Not only is his mega-flick Thor coming out, but now he's somebody's hubby! Chris' rep has just confirmed that he married his longtime girlfriend, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky over the holiday. The rep wouldn't give any more details than that, but regardless, we're happy for them!

More Spider-Man Dramz! Actress Leaving After Suffering Concussion

Will the drama ever end?

Looks like Julie Taymor's play Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark is about to experience even MORE problems, now that actress Natalie Mendoza is leaving the production.

Mendoza played Arcachne, a villain invented by Taymor, but after suffering a concussion on Nov 28 when "a rope holding a piece of equipment swung into her," she's decided to call it quits.

An official exit statement from the actress is reportedly in the works, and may be released as soon as later on today.

Her role will be taken over by her understudy, America Olivo.

Eddie Cibrian's Ex "Couldn't Care Less" About His Engagement

It's not like the engagement was a big surprise!

Brandi Glanville made a name for herself as the ultimate ex soon after the world learned her husband, Eddie Cibrian, was cheating on her with LeAnn Rimes. Most expected her to lose her lid over the recent, official announcement that the pair were getting married, but according to those close to her, she "couldn't care less." One source explains:

"Brandi knew this was coming for a while, but after everything she's been through since finding out, she couldn't care less. LeAnn has gotten exactly what she wanted from the get go…Brandi] never wanted Eddie back, so it didn't matter if they got engaged, broke up or whatever. But now he's LeAnn's problem."

That he is! But maybe they'll live happy ever after.
