Of course people tuned in! Saturday Night Live posted outstanding ratings over the weekend with Bobby as host. They pulled in the highest overnights since the show's season premiere, with 5.0/12 in metered-market households. We suppose it didn't hurt that Ben Stiller showed up for two sketchs and that Diddy even went in on one. This was our fave - the return of Blizzard Man! Check out the HIGHlarity above!

The semi-final round of X Factor pulled in a record-breaking 15.2 million viewers this past Saturday, beating out last year's episode by 1.4 million! Holy shiz! That's incredible! Rumor has it the Tom is up for a role in the movie adaptation of Rock of Ages, but last night at the Trevor LIVE fundraiser for the Trevor Project, director Adam Shankman confirmed it! He told sources that things are looking "really good" on snagging Tom for a part and explained that if he does sign on, Tom will most definitely sing. Oprah Kicks It Back Old Skool For New Book Club Selections Posted: 06 Dec 2010 12:10 PM PST Ladies, we don't think you'll have any trouble getting your hands on Oprah Winfrey's latest picks for the book club, but we'll be rather shocked if you haven't at least read one of them already. According to sources, Oprah's choices for her next book club reads are two Charles Dickens classics, A Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations. Because the stories are being stamped with Oprah's approval, a new single bound book is being released containing both stories for $20. Course, if you strapped for cash or want to save a tree, you can download the electronic version. In fact, Amazon has Great Expectations for free for the Kindle! New Clue Arises In Ronni Chasen Murder Case Posted: 06 Dec 2010 12:00 PM PST Looks like some new information has come to light that COULD help out with the strange, sad case surrounding the death of Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen. According to an email sent to The Daily Beast, a gunman threatened another woman only a few days before Ronni Chasen's murder, in the same neighborhood and under similar circumstances. Here's what the email had to say: "Hi ladies, something that I wanted to warn you about in our hood…Over the weekend, a neighbor told me that last week she was driving down Benedict Cyn and an African American guy with a shirt tied on his head—gang garb—was driving crazy behind her, cutting off drivers, then pulled up next to her at the Tower [Road] stop light and, with window rolled down, smiled at her while he pointed a gun at her. She ignored him and drove on. When they reached the Will Rogers Park, just after Sunset, he did a u-turn at high speed into oncoming traffic. Not only that, but then ten days after Chasen's murder, another man was nearly killed during a murder attempt, which was nearly identical to the circumstances surrounding the Ronni Chasen's death. My neighbor wanted me to know this because her friend had told her that there has been a string of shootings and car jackings happening within the last 2 months in the vicinity between Coldwater and Benedict." This is scary! We really hope investigators are able to figure this one out sooner than later. Do U have any thoughts? Do U think any of this new information will prove useful?

Paul McCartney's ex-wife, Heather Mills, has apparently decided to claim that she is the driving force behind the recent inclusion of The Beatles' and their music on iTunes, but conveniently is not interested in going to court over the matter! She lies explains: "iTunes? I organized it all with Steve Jobs. But there's no way I'm going back to court for more money. It was all settled at the time and that's it." Riiiiight. The Dark Knight Rises Is Going British! Posted: 06 Dec 2010 11:30 AM PST Nice! Production of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled to begin in May of 2011, and according to sources, the crew is heading back to the UK for a least a portion of the shoot! Filming will once again take place in the Cardington Hangars, outside of Bedford. Batman Begins filmed in the UK for a variety of locations - including Wayne Manor and the Batcave - so hopefully this means that they'll be back for round three! We certainly hope so!
