Xtina Responds To Racy Pics Leaked Posted: 08 Dec 2010 01:29 PM PST And phew, girl is PISSED! Well, wouldn't you be? This morning, some rather private and scandalous pictures were leaked of Christina Aguilera on the Internet. To be honest, we've seen much worse, but the fact of the matter is, her privacy was invaded and that's just not cool. Her rep has just now released a statement on behalf Xtina, explaining not only the origin of the picture, but also sending out a stern message to the person responsible for leaking it. The statement reads: "The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina's personal stylist's account. The photos were taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera's home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist. We are attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively. Their conduct is reprehensible." Agreed! More Legal Woes For Danielle Staub! Posted: 08 Dec 2010 01:20 PM PST Here we go again! The lawsuit is officially on! Former Real Housewives of New Jersey castmember Danielle Staub's ex-husband, Kevin Maher, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Simon & Schuster, the publishing company responsible for the reality star's tell-all, The Naked Truth, because he believes that they knowingly published false information about him! According to the legal documents, Maher claims that they "failed to use reasonable care to determine the truth or falsity" of several claims Staub made, including that he beat her so badly she had to be hospitalized with a concussion and "assorted contusions." Why anyone would willingly publish anything that woman wrote under the assumption that it was the truth is beyond us, but who knows? It will be very inneresting to see how this case develops! Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People of 2010 special will air on Thursday, but during a preview that aired on The View yesterday, we learned that Barbara seems to be most fascinated about Justin Bieber's love life! Here's what The Biebs had to say when she asked him about photos of him kissing Jasmine Villegas: "I was kissing her. Well, I was just, I don't know, I was just kissing her. That's about it." Here's what he said when Barbara asked if he was surprised that the photos made it onto the Internet: "I don't know. I didn't even know anyone was taking pictures. It just kind of happened and I don't know. It's not really weird. Is it weird? I think every 16-year-old kisses a girl, right, so that's not nothing out of the ordinary." Barbara continued to press on, asking if Justin was dating Villegas, to which he replied "no" and "it's just a kiss." Do U find other aspects of his life fascinating too, Barbara? Not even a day after Elizabeth Edwards six-year-long battle with cancer ended with her passing, estranged husband John's mistress, Rielle Hunter, is allegedly making moves to marry the shamed politician! A source explains: "Rielle has been very patient through all of this. She still believes that John is her soul mate, and she thinks that they're going to get married. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. She's been selfish and horrible this whole time, no matter what else has been said about her. Whether you're a supporter of Team Shia or not, The Wettest County in the World co-stars Tom Hardy, and the screenplay has been written by Nick Cave, which probs means he'll do the score as well…so yeah, it's going to be cool. Hardy and LaBeouf are set to play the lead roles in County, which is based on Matt Bondurant's novel about a family of bootleggers during the Prohibition era.
