Well, he IS persistent! Despite the fact that a federal judge threw out Joe Jackson's original wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray, Joe's gone out and refiled the case - but this time with the L.A. County Superior Court. Joe alleges that Dr. Murray overmedicated Michael Jackson with Propofol, which later resulted in his death. We do think Murray may have been negligent with the drug, but we also think Joe is just looking for another pay day. Thoughts? [Image via WENN.] |

Just as we thought! Excellent! Britney Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, has lashed out at allegations - and an alleged recording - that the pop star is being abused by her boyfriend Jason Trawick, and is looking into legal action! He claims that the audio is "100 percent not her," and that:

Piers is getting sassy! Sources have said that Piers Morgan is planning on firing most of Larry King's staff when he takes over the show! Apparently Piers wants the show to be his own. Which we guess means firing everyone that worked for Larry to do this! Yikes! It has been rumored that these employees might be let go right before Christmas….not a very Merry Christmas for them. The last project Leslie Nielsen worked on was a small budget animated film, but we may never get a chance to see it. After Leslie finished work on the film, the producers couldn't afford the costs of final animation. According to director Bryan Waterman, Leslie finished his voice work over a year ago, yet there is still a lot to be done before the movie could possibly be released. Currently, the project is taking donations, and anybody who contributes will receive a "special thanks" credit at the end of the film. At the same time, Waterman is searching for investors. He has said that he'll add a dedication to Leslie Nielsen if the film ever gets finished. We hope they're able to get the financing to finish it! This has happened to her before! Paris Hilton was stalled on the side of the road when her GMC Yukon Hybrid rand out of gas AND electricity!! She and new BFF Brooke Mueller were filming their new Oxygen reality show in Los Feliz, CA when her car broke down. Paris took to her Twitter to vent her frustration:

| Frank Darabont FIRES ENTIRE Writing Staff Of The Walking Dead! Posted: 01 Dec 2010 12:00 PM PST
We don't know about this…it sounds like a pretty terrible idea! Sources close the production of the new smash series The Walking Dead have revealed that executive producer Frank Darabont has fired the show's ENTIRE writing staff, and plans to keep it that way for the 13-episode second season - by relying on freelancers! WTF?! Out of the six first season episodes, two were written solely by Darabont, while he co-wrote the other other four - which were written by original writer of the comics Robert Kirkman, Glen Mazzara, and two non-staff writers. Well yeah, but next season is going to be double that! Doesn't he think that he should have people on-staff to help get everything off of the ground?! And even if not, the series has been such a huge hit! Why mess with that when it's still so new?? We just have a bad feeling that this is going to really blow up in his face. Writing a film alone is one thing, but some of the best material on TV has come from a real collaborative effort! Let's hope that Darabont knows what he's doing! Thoughts?? |

Despite our initial disbelief of the Star Magazine report that Britney Spears is an abusive relationship with boyfriend Jason Trawick, new audio has leaked of a conversation allegedly between the pop star and her former husband, Jason Alexander, in which she states that he beat her! Check it out (above)! Frankly, this does NOT sound like her to us, nor does it sound remotely authentic! All of this just sounds off! Which makes it even more shameful that someone would try to ca$h in on a false report! UGH! Who knows, though?? What do U think?? Does that really sound like Brit Brit to U?? |

It turns out that Russell Brand, now married, are very happy together. However, the night before they met, Katy and John looked very cozy!! The night before the VMAs where Russell snagged Mizz Perry for himself, Katy and John met up at Gold Bar in New York after a Jay-Z concert. Katy and John had never met in person, but had been exchanging flirty texts and tweets. The night they met up they seemed so flirty and really into each other. They stayed at the bar late and left together!! Then things took a turn. The next night at the VMAs Russell Brand, who hosted the awards show was instantly taken by Perry, openly admiring her from the stage The rest is history…. What do U think about this??
