Who's Joan Smalls? A YBF chic who is burning up the catwalks of the fashion industry. Find out what major cosmetics contract Joan just landed inside...

Estee Lauder has added Puerto Rican/African American beauty Joan Smalls, 21, to their lineup of global spokesmodels. Aerin Lauder, senior vice president and creative director at Estée Lauder, praised her saying,

"Joan's smile, warmth and positive energy are perfect for the Estée Lauder brand. She is a great addition to our global faces."

Joan has been modeling since 2007 after arriving in New York from Puerto Rico. Since then, the now IMG signed model has been in shows for Tom Ford (his private and exclusive show for his new womenswear this year), Marc Jacobs, Prada, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton. And modeled for clients like Gap, Burberry, DVF, and more. Earlier this year she told W Magazine that she went into modeling to "... achieve a better living for my family and me."

She's also been named the "breakout star" this year by the modeling industry. Love seeing more color pushed to the front of the runways.

We'll be seeing a lot more of this fab chick.

Little Olivia is OFFICIALLY all grown up. YBF chick Raven Symoné turned the big 2-5 on Friday. And she celebrated by hitting up the Hot Chocolate Nutcracker production the other night in a cute and fitted black sheer paneled and ruched patched dress with a vampy lip stain. All kinds of hot.

Ms. Raven hit up the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Production of "The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker" at UCLA. And she brought her birthday fabness along with her. Yes, it's a lot of makeup. But I'm loving the dramatics. And chick is lookin' great these days.

Shaunie Oneal Talks Cheatin' Ballers & Season 2 of "Basketball Wives"

Shaunie Oneal hit up my homies in Big Boy's Neighborhood at Power 106 this morning. And she dished about the second season of 'Basketball Wives'....and cheatin' ass people. Listen to her deets when you read on...

In prepping for the new season of 'Basketball Wives', Shaunie Oneal went on Big Boy's Neighborhood with Big and the Crew to share some details about the upcoming season. She spoke on the hour long show's new cast now including Tami Roman, the ex wife of baller Kenny Anderson. Shaunie, who says she has a bigger role in this season, also expects a season three of the hit VH1 show.

Shaunie also claims that many NBA players come up to her asking her not to approach their wives/ex-wives so that their secrets aren't exposed. Go figure.

She also says that she 'thinks' she knows one NBA player that's faithful to his wife- Grant Hill who's married to YBF CHick Tamia. Well that's...nice.

One NBA player out of hundreds? Call me naive, but I think there's more faithful black men in the NBA. At least a teaspoon more.

Diddy and Dirty Money have released a video for "Someone To Love Me" and we have it for you. And as a bonus, TheYBF.com has an exclusive "Loversation" with Dawn and Kaleena of Dirty Money inside...

In our exclusive interview with Kaleena and Dawn of Dirty Money, we get a sense of where they are as artists and what we can expect from the Dec. 14th release of Last Train To Paris.

Kaleena told us she learned from Diddy that it's not about what negative people say about you or your product...it's about you believing in what you have created.

Dawn cosigned that saying that if you look at Diddy and his career, he is still relevant today because he believes in himself as a brand. And that is what Dawn and Kaleena both bring to the project...faith in their brand and creativity. Check it out:

Chris Brown's new girl in his life is a cutie patootie and he loves blowing kisses to her on the beach. And her bark is probably worse than her bite.

But his new girlfriend may be some competition. Read on for the new beach pics...

Breezy was spotted getting...breezy..on the beach in Cali yesterday with his two new girls. One looks like she barks up a storm. And the other looks like more than just a friend.

Guess who the daddy of this bright eyed little 2-year-old toddler is who just finished racking up some Holiday gifts at Gucci with his celebrity dad.

It's rapper Fabolous! He and his tiny tot Johan put on their matching Timbs and did some Holiday shopping in NYC yesterday. Johan's mom is Fab's chick/stylist Emily B. Fun daddy-and-me time. Cute!

YBF celebs were partying on both coasts last night. In Los Angeles, Jurnee Smollett and her beau Josiah Bell partied with Taraji and more at the Miss Golden Globes Party. And in New York, Keri Hilson, Diddy, Mike Epps, Brandy, and more all roasted BET exec Stephen Hill. See pics inside...

Last night the Miss Golden Globes Party hosted by InStyle and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association went down at Cecconi's Restaurant in L.A.

Taraji P. Henson kicked it with Anika Noni Rose at the event.

And so did Anika and Kimberly Elise.

Taraji P. Henson's hair is a little wild...but I like it.

Rutina Wesley from "True Blood" took a bite out of the party.

And in New York City, City Of Hope's Music and Entertainment Industry Presented "The Roast Of Stephen Hill" at Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Stephen Hill posed on the carpet with Bruno Mars and Trey Songz pre-roasting.

Then he posed with Debra Lee and AJ Calloway.
