Beyonce is the face of L’Oreal’s latest new Colour Riche ad campaign.  The lipstick is available in “74 rich creamy shades, from bold to nearly nude."  In the campaign Beyoncé states, “It’s not a lipstick, it’s my Colour Riche N 315."

Ciara was spotted in NYC promoting her new album Basic Instinct which drops on December 21.

Gibson Guitar Studio was one of her stops.

She was also spotted leaving CBS Broadcast Center after appearing on BET's “106 & Park.”

Halle Berry & Idris Elba Grab Golden Globe Nominations!

As one of the official precursors to the Academy Awards, the Golden Globe nominations were just announced on NBC.  And Halle and Idris should be getting their gown and tux ready as we speak.  Read on for the deets....

Halle Berry was just announced as the 2010 Golden Globe nominee for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama for her role in Frankie & Alice.

And the sexy Idris Elba is nominated for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television for his role in Luther.

The Social Network predictably grabbed up several nods as well.  The Globes takes place January 16th and will air live on NBC at 8p EST from Beverly Hills.  And you can check out the complete list of nominations here.

SPOILER PICS: Jay-Z & More Tape "The Oprah Show" Down Under!

It's like Jay-Z is "the chosen one" when it comes to rappers Oprah actually likes.  And we're not mad at that.  Mr. Carter made a stop at the Sydney Opera House yesterday to tape 1 of 2 episodes of "The Oprah Show" the other Lady O is filming down under.

 

We've got the pics and other guests who stopped by when you read on...

 

Jay has been rolling around Aussie land touring with U2, so it was only right he linked up with O while they were both in the area.  I know the studio audience she surprised with this trip a few weeks ago loved it all.

I'm sure he thanked her for being the main reason he and his Decoded book landed on the NYT Best Sellers list.

 

O also had Aussie actor Hugh Jackman on.  And when he hurt his eye on set after crashing into some stage scaffolding when ziplining on to the set, she was nice enough to help him out.

And she also had on other Aussie natives like actress Nicole Kidman, Nicole's husband country singer Keith Urban, Olivia Newton John, and actor Russell Crowe.

Ciara Slams 50 Cent Dating Rumors, Calls Him Her "Best Friend"

Ciara made an appearance on "Wendy Williams" today to promote her album Basic Instinct that drops tomorrow.  And, of course, she slammed the 50 Cent dating rumors.  But she did call him her BFF.

Cici also showed off her back bending hula hoop dropping skills for the audience.  All while talking about her past relationship with Bow Wow and how she's now taking things slow, and her new "rumored" relationship with 50 Cent, who she calls her bestie.

Ciara on rumors surrounding her dating life, and how it has her bent over backwards:

WW: With all this sexy, I must ask you about your love life, Bow Wow and you have been over for years, and then there were the rumors about you and 50 Cent.
C: Rumors, yes.
WW: And I can tell you that the other part of the rumors were that you [and 50 Cent] broke up because you weren’t domesticated enough.
C: Oh, wow. Well, there’s been a lot of interesting with that – and it’s definitely funny when you hear all the things that people create.
WW: I heard he gave you a fast sports car?
C: There’s a lot of things that they created with that rumor.
WW: Did you at least ever go out to dinner?
C: Well, that’s like my best friend – he’s been my best friend for years, so it’s definitely positive energy there. And that’s pretty much the situation.

WW: So no more romance going on but you’re just friends now?

C: No, no no, I didn’t say that so don’t put the story on me, but I am single. I haven’t really had the chance to date over the years, from my relationship with [Bow Wow], so I really just want to take my time – because that’s what it is about …

TV FAB: Jay-Z To Join Oprah In Australia + Oprah Annointing Ellen Next Talk Show Queen?!

Oprah Winfrey is still down under in Australia with her studio audience and Jay-Z will soon join her.  Also in Oprah news, rumor has it that she will pick Ellen as her successor.  Deets inside...

 

Earlier today it was confirmed that hip hop star Jay-Z will stop by for some fun and maybe a few songs during "Oprah’s Ultimate Australian Adventure."  Oprah will film a total of four of her talk shows in the country with the trip ending on Tuesday with an early morning press conference followed by the taping of two shows in the forecourt of the Sydney Opera House.

Viewers and fans will see the shows in January.  Must be nice.

 

In other Oprah news,

The National Enquirer reports that Ellen will be chosen by Oprah as her successor.  Now...this is ONLY a rumor but because Oprah put Ellen on her magazine and she seems to be such a fan...it might be true.

The latest issue of the National Enquirer said this:

Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres have become Hollywood’s newest BFFs!

Oprah will be wrapping up production of her long-running show after 25 years and launching her OWN network in Los Angeles in January. And she’s now ready to “pass the talk-show queen torch” to Ellen, said a source.

The Enquirer has learned the women recently shared an intimate dinner — Ellen bringing along wife Portia de Rossi and Oprah with her closest friend, Gayle King.

“They’ve always been fond of each other, but Oprah sees Ellen as her successor. She’s wanted to personally give Ellen advice on turning herself into a worldwide media brand,” explained the source.

After spending a great deal of time communicating via phone and e-mail, Ellen invited Oprah and Gayle to join her and Portia at their Los Angeles home for a gourmet vegan dinner.

“At the intimate gathering, Oprah gave Ellen advice on how to carry on with her upbeat, heartfelt approach to TV talk,” explained the source.

Meanwhile, Gayle and Portia chatted in another room, according to the source.

The four have become fast friends. Ellen, 52, became the second woman — after Michelle Obama — to ever appear on the cover of “O” magazine with Oprah in December 2009. And Portia, 37, recently appeared on Oprah’s show to discuss her autobiography, Unbearable Lightness, which chronicles her battle with anorexia and coming to terms with her sexuality.

But the get-together nearly never happened — after Oprah, 56, kept her hosts waiting for more than an hour, explaining that she’d been stuck in traffic.

According to the source, Ellen joked: “You’re an L.A. girl now — get used to it!”

Lil' Wayne's Name Connected To $250 Million Heroin Bust+Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi And Nicki Minaj Get Majorly GOOGLED

Lil' Wayne's name is connected to a huge $250 million drug bust...but it's not his fault.  Find out how drug dealers in New Jersey are keeping Weezy's name hot in the streets plus get deets on the most "googled" rappers in the game inside...

 

Lil Wayne is so popular in the streets that now drugs are being named after him.  During a $250 million heroin bust in Newark, NJ, police officers found bricks of the drug hidden in a side panel of an SUV under the name "Lil Wayne."

A police dog was called in to search the SUV and the dog helped find a special compartment.  A police official said,

"The driver had no driver's license. We at that point decided to call for a narcotics dog, conducted a sniff test and sure enough right away, on the exterior of the vehicle, he had a positive reaction. This might pose a danger to the distributor himself, depending on the level he's on. Whether he's a mid level or lower level or he's actually the main guy, somebody's losing money right now."

SMH.  I would hate to be the guy who lost 500 bricks of heroin belonging to the big boss.  

 

In other music news...

Rappers Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj and Kid Cudi were on everyone's mind this year as Google has placed them among the most searched people in the year 2010.  According to Google, Wiz landed at #3 in the "People" category behind Justin Bieber and Ke$ha and #3 on the music search page. Nicki Minaj was listed at #4 on the "People" list and #5 on the Music list.

She also placed high on Google's most popular image search.  I wonder if a surge in searches for ass pads during Halloween had anything to do with it.  No matter what you feel for any of these artists, numbers don't lie.  Congrats to them all.

ANOTHER ONE! Ja Rule Getting 2 YEARS In Jail For Gun Charge! [And Twitter Slaps 50 Cent!]

I feel like rappers are playing a game of musical chairs in prison.  Now that Weezy's out and T.I.P. is back in, Ja Rule is going in as well.  The deets of his breaking plea deal and twitter fight with 50 Cent that just went down when you read on....

After getting arrested on a gun bust back in July of 2007, Ja went to court this morning in Manhattan and entered into a plea deal.  He traded 2 years in the slammer for pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony in the second degree.  Sigh.

He's expected to officially be sentenced February 2012.  And may not have to serve the entire full 2 years.  And after 50 Cent just tweeted about  anybody who...we'll just say 'takes anal advantage of' Ja...in jail, Ja Twitter slapped him right back:

 

Did Ja say "slap you in the mouth AGAIN"?  Goodness.

A little back story on his arrest:

The case originated just over three years ago, when Ja Rule joined Lil Wayne at Manhattan's Beacon Theatre to perform with the Cash Money superstar, who was headlining his first New York City bill.

After the concert, both rappers, in separate instances, were pulled over in their vehicles by the New York Police Department. Both were subsequently charged with illegal possession of a firearm; Lil Wayne was also brought up on drug charges.

In Ja Rule's case, the rapper was one of three men in his car to be charged; all three were arraigned on the same charges. Police said they found a loaded semiautomatic weapon in the rear door of his car. If the Queens native had gone to trial and been found guilty, he could have faced up to seven years behind bars. Now, having reached a plea agreement, he'll likely serve 16 months in prison, followed by a year and a half of post-prison supervision.
