Valerie Simpson paid tribute to her late partner, Nick Ashford, with Usher Wednesday night. And it was a beautiful thing!

For those of you keeping up, you remember he passed away from throat cancer in August of this year. So sad!

But Val and Usher did him right at the Grammy Nominations Concert last night!

Lauren and Derek broke up in early November and Derek was quick to rebound.

Reports say that since Nicole broke up with race car driver Lewis Hamilton, Derek "100 percent acts like her boyfriend."

Where The Hell Was Van Halen Last Night At The Grammy Nominations Concert?

You know, people shouldn't make promises they can't keep!

Last night, it was rumored that Van Halen would be making a triumphant return to the stage for the Grammy Nominations concert in LA. The performance would mark the first time the reunited band would be performing on TV and many fans were super excited to see Eddie Van Halen with original lead singer David Lee Roth tear it up once again!

However, the concert went up ... and no Van Halen. So what gives?

Seems some wires got crossed and as the Recording Academy President Neil Portnow reveals, the guys just weren't ready. In his statement, he explains:

"In the world of creativity, everything is fluid. In the process of discussions that we had been having with an expectation that perhaps we would be at a point tonight where the artist involved and we, moving forward, would be ready to announce (a reunion), they weren't quite at that point. So it's live television, we go on to the next act. It's rock and roll and so on. That being said, we were genuine about the intention and we are genuine about the discussion."

Epic fail!

Hopefully, they will be ready come Feburary for the actual Grammy Awards. They have two months to prepare.

Trying and get your shiz together, people! We want some real Halen!!!

Kardashian Divorce Getting Uglier! Guess Who's Wanting To Sue Kris Humphries Now??!!!

This year's Santa Ana winds have nothing on the winds of Kris Humphries' sh*tstorm!!

Amidst all the negative frenzy the divorce has already caused, it looks like his side is about to get even messier!

While he deals with the legal matters of the divorce, he's about to be suffer the wrath of Jonathan Cheban.

Audiences have always watched Jonathan cheer Kim Kardashian in the series, but they've never seen much of his personal life. Even on The Spin Crowd, he kept it mostly business.

But Kris, as aloof as he seems to be, decided to call Jon's privacy out by questioning his sexuality ON CAMERA! And since the show is aired internationally, Jonathan fears reputation damage. So he's looking to sue! BIG TIME!

Jonathan's friend reports:

Kris uses some seriously ugly and homophobic language. Jonathan was offended. He is not gay and Kris' comments were derogatory, a slur against his character, and given it's being broadcast on a program that airs internationally, it has the potential to cause serious damage to Jonathan's reputation.

There is a huge fight in the episode, between Jonathan and Kris. Kris repeats the slur, over and over again, so much so that Jonathan stops talking to Kris at one point during the series. The bottom line is Jonathan is not gay. This just goes to show how ignorant and immature Kris was during his marriage to Kim.

Oooh, Kris! What have you gotten yourself into now??? We wonder if the naked yoga instructor is going to sue you too!!!

Bummer! Roger Ebert's Show Going On Hiatus

We were really hoping they'd be able to work this out.

Last month, we were sad to learn that Roger Ebert's newest show Ebert Presents At The Movies was most likely on it's way out due to lack of funding.

As we mentioned before, Roger and his wife had been footing the bill for the show themselves, but they've realized that they can no longer afford to do so.

Now, we've learned that Roger's show will go on hiatus at the end of the month, in an effort to "allow the public television stations that carry the show to plan their programs for the beginning of the new year."

This is certainly not a good sign, but at least all isn't lost...yet.

What do U think? Will U miss Roger Ebert's show while it's on hiatus???

Bradley Cooper on a romantic Parisian getaway?!

Coops was seen in Paris with French actress Melanie Laurent. The couple spent the day together after meeting for lunch.

They also attended the theater at the Champs Elysees.

A fluent master of French, Coops brought Laurent back to his hotel where the two had a romantic private dinner.

Sources say that the two are just "friends."

Sounds awfully close to a date.

But in time, The Sexiest Man Alive may not be in the running for the Sexiest Bachelor competition.
