"RHOA" Star Marlo Hampton & Mychael Knight At The Summer Soiree + Eva Marcille Named New Host Of "Hair Battle Spectacular"

Although the new season has yet to debut, "RHOA" star Marlo Hampton continues to make a splash on the Atlanta social scene.  She was recently spotted along with Kenny Burns and fashion designer Mychael Knight at the St Regis.

Alicia Keys was spotted in Miami yesterday where she recently performed at a charity event for Alonzo Mourning.

Alicia recently revealed her feelings about being married to PEOPLE saying, "It's so fly.  There's something great about feeling at peace and ease with your partner and knowing you understand each other. I really enjoy that friendship."

She also said, "There are so many similarities between us, it's just mind-blowing. "It's really cool to have met my equal."

 
And she talked about her wedding saying, "When I walked down [the aisle] and saw him, I could barely hold myself together.  It was so beautiful – just about he and I and our love. The wedding was one of the best days of my life."

BABY FAB: Lauryn Hill And Rohan Marley Welcome Baby Boy!

Lauryn Hill and longtime partner Rohan Marley welcomed their 6th child, a baby boy, into the world on Saturday night. Deets inside....

 

Lauryn Hill and Rohan Marley gave birth to their sixth child on Saturday night.

And although things are fine now, a source told Blackcelebkids.com that,

“Mother and baby are fine,” but added that they, “had a little scare because the baby came out the womb with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. All is well now and everyone is happy.”

And I guess Rohan is putting his foot in his mouth about denying paternity earlier.

When asked if he was leaving Lauryn for Isabeli Fontana (a model), he said, 

 “Ms. Hill is the mother of my children, whom I have a tremendous amount of love and respect for. I would never do that.”

BUSTED: Waka Flocka Arrested And Released For Marijuana Possession In NYC

Waka Flocka spent a night in jail in NYC over weekend after being arrested for marijuana possession.  Get the deets inside....

 

Queens, NY native, Waka Flocka, was arrested in the parking lot of the Coliseum Mall in Queens on Saturday.

The "No Hands" rapper ended up spending Saturday night in jail but was released the next day...no criminal charges were filed. SMH.

He later tweeted,

“I’m finna jump on my flight 2 Kc ....... sorry 2 da whole m town 4 not coming I had spend a nite n jail with no charge #onlybecauseirap. Can’t no 1 stop with GOD got planned 4me [know that].”

Those of you who appreciate his "flow" can catch him performing in Kansas City, MO at the Midland Theatre tonight and pick up his new Ferrari Boyz album, a collaboration LP with Gucci Mane, on August 9th in stores.

The album also features Tity Boi, Rocko, Frenchie, Slim Dunkin and Wooh Da Kid.

Jay-Z & Kanye West Are Now Called "The Throne," Kick Off WATCH THE THRONE Tour In September!

It's OFFICIAL!  Folks have been wondering for months now if Jay-Z & Kanye would take their collabo act on the road.  And now they are. 

 

You can now address them collectively as "The Throne."  And they're kicking off their joint tour in Detroit this fall.  Deets inside...

Big Bro and Lil Bro have combined their superstar powers.  And the duo now wants to be called "The Throne".  They also dropped the little nugget this morning that they're going on tour this fall to promote their Watch The Throne album.

The album drops August 8th exclusively on iTunes.  And the same day, ticket sales for the tour kick off.

But beginning Thursday, July 28th, fans that visit www.LiveNation.com/WatchTheThrone, will have access to presale tickets, which includes a digital copy of the album. Citi® card members will have access to presale tickets beginning Friday, July 29th at 10AM local time through Citi's Private Pass® Program.

There's 24 dates so far.  The tour will debut in Detroit September 22, rolls to Kanye's home of Chicago for 2 nights October 6 & 7, hits Jersey for 2 nights September 28 & 29, L.A. for 2 nights October 19th & 20th, and stops in Baltimore, Vegas, and more.  No NY date has been set yet. 

The collabo is over a year in the making.  The duo recorded in London and Bath in the UK, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, Paris, and New York City.  It features production from The RZA, The Neptunes and Kanye’s longtime collaborator Mike Dean. The short list of featured vocals includes Frank Ocean, Beyoncé, Curtis Mayfield and Mr. Hudson.

PERFORMANCE PICS: Mya & Nicki Minaj Take Over Jamaica

Mya and Nicki Minaj were over in Jamaica this weekend performing for Reggae Sumfest Dancehall Night 2011.  Mya performed  Friday night as well as last night.  And Nicki headed straight to Jamaica after her Miami performance the other night.

Mya rocked a cute dress on stage.  She performed a duet with Wayne Wonder called "If I Ever Love Again."

And she tweeted pic of them at rehearsals yesterday. 

And then Nicki tapped into her catty side for her leopard driven performance.  Trinidadian Nicki told the crowd it was her first time performing in Jamaica. Then she revealed, "I was told not to curse but that is really hard I am trying."  But she stayed true to her words when songs had cursing in them.  Oh wells.

She rocked the stage with "Super Bass," "Your Love," "Moment 4 Life," and more.  She tweeted after leaving stage:

OMG!!! I swear I just had the TIME of my LIFE @ ReggaeSumFest in JAMAICA!!!!! Jamaica I fell in love tonite! WOWWW!!!!

Interesting.  R.Kelly was also slated to perform but he pulled out last minute for emergency throat surgery.

Nicki also gushed about meeting Beenie Man backstage, saying. "Just met the KING of Dance Hall. Beenie!!!! I LOVE this man. Always have. WoW."

She is the personification of a triple threat.  The sickenly gorgeous chick sings, dances and acts.  But far beyond that, Jennifer Lopez is an extremely successful business woman racking in millions in perfume, clothing sales, "Idol" hosting gig, and endorsements.  Oh, and she's a mom to TWINS!

Born with humble beginnings in the Bronx, Jenny got On The 6 train and set off on a journey that would take her from
"In Living Color" to Selena and into the arms of some of the world's most famous men (Sean Combs, Ben Affleck, Marc Anthony). 

It's been a fascinating ride for the Latina powerhouse.  And despite her most recent split, she shows no signs of slowing down.
