Good Charlotte has teamed up with Funny or Die and Family Double Dare — yes, the famous Nickelodeon game show — for their new music video Last Night. The vid is all kinds of amazing epicness … you have to check it out below.


Good Charlotte premiered the video for "Last Night," their latest single, at www.funnyordie.com, the award-winning website that has become one of the top destination for comedy on the web. The high-energy clip pays homage to the band's favorite game show, "Family Double Dare," which aired on Nickelodeon in the early 1990's. Collaborating with Funny or Die, Good Charlotte went to great lengths to recreate every last detail of the game show – down to the on-set advertisements, "pie cam" and stagehands. To get an authentic look, the action was lensed with 1990's television cameras that were borrowed from a Korean TV station. But the ultimate coup was convincing Marc Summers to reprise his role as the host of "Family Double Dare." The Red Team – "Cowabunga! And the Twins" which consists of Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, Joel Madden, Paul Thomas and Dean Butterworth – face off against The Blue Team – "The Cheese Cutters" in such physical challenges as "Breakfast in Bed" and "Ready, Set, Go" while guitarist Billy Martin jams in the performance scenes. Will they win a chance to traverse the obstacle course and find the flag in "Da Nose"? "This video takes place in the 90's and we were all 90's kids, so we know it pretty well. This was one of our favorite shows growing up. I always wanted to go on Family Double Dare, and now my dreams get to come true" says Benji Madden. Joel Madden adds "I think that we're all so excited to actually just meet Marc Summers cause as a kid he was an afternoon fixture". “Having never done anything quite like this, I was a bit nervous and out of my element," says Summers. "The guys from Good Charlotte went out of their way to make me feel comfortable immediately. It was fun for me to see them become about eleven years old as they played on the set of their dreams!” "Last Night" is the second single from Cardiology, Good Charlotte's fifth studio album and first for Capitol Records.

Are Eva Longoria & Eduardo Cruz Moving In Together?

When last we saw photos of hot new couple Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz, the pair were makin’ out over lunch at the Chateau Marmont here in SoCal last week … but today we are hearing a rumor from Life & Style magazine that the pair are moving in together! I mean … wow … these two sure move fast, don’t they?

Who said breaking up was hard to do? Life & Style's Scene Queens have learned that just four months after splitting from hubby Tony Parker, Eva Longoria is already planning to shack up with boyfriend Eduardo Cruz. During a make out session at the Chateau Marmont on March 7, we overheard Eva saying, "Baby, it will be so great to spend every day with you. I can’t wait for you to move in!" Since Eva's divorce was finalized on Jan. 28, the actress and Penelope Cruz’s little brother have been heating up everywhere from a yacht in Miami to a Hollywood cabaret club. “She can’t stop gushing about her man," an insider tells Scene Queens. “Eva says she has found her true love.”

Eduardo is a hot man so I can’t say I blame Eva for gettin’ all up on that … but moving in together at this point seems a bit … premature. It remains to be seen if this rumor is even true but, yeah, I could see these two staying together for the long haul. They make a hot couple … let’s see if that heat can stand the test of time rather than fizzle out Tony Parker style. What do y’all think … if this report is true, do you think it’s the right time for Eva and Eddie to live together?

Emma Watson Continues To Film Her Ad Campaign For Lancôme

Yesterday we saw photos of Emma Watson on the Paris, France set of her new ad campaign as the newly announced celebrity spokesmodel for Lancôme and today we get to see newer photos from day 2 of the shoot. This time around, Emma is rockin’ a bit of a tomboy look for the shoot … a look that she can rock very well.


As I said yesterday, Emma is the perfect actress to represent any company as a spokesmodel. While I prefer the photos we saw yesterday, these photos are very cute as well. I am really looking forward to seeing the final product when this ad campaign is released. She is such a cutie, ain’t she?

David Beckham Rocks The Headband On The Soccer Field

David Beckham and the LA Galaxy battled the Seattle Sounders soccer team last night in Seattle and had to resort to wearing a new accessory on the soccer field. As you may be well aware, Becks is growing his hair out … and as a result, he has to keep his longer hair out of his face when he plays soccer … and that’s where the headband comes in.

David Beckham is renowned for changing his hair styles more than his wife but the footballer has decided to go back to an old favourite –his headband look from eight years ago. The LA Galaxy star and his team were playing against the Seattle Sounders in Oregon when he displayed the retro hair accessory. It proved to be his lucky charm though, as Los Angeles Galaxy won 1-0 at the Quest Field Stadium despite heavy rain. David, 35, famously made the headband fashionable as a male hair accessory back in 2003 when he was playing for Manchester United. And even Victoria was promoting his retro look, by writing 'Do u like the headband???' on her Twitter page. Posh was watching the match with her sons and tweeted: 'Watching Galaxy game with my gorgeous boys!! Love being home! X' Beckham obviously needed something to keep his long blonde locks out of his face and his metrosexual look has always been a hit among his fans. So now he's revived the elastic band, just after declaring him and wife Victoria, 36, are expecting a baby girl.

Aww … well, to be honest, I don’t mind the headband so much. It’s not the best look but it’s functional and it doesn’t detract from Becks‘s good looks so … no harm no foul. Pink reader Nin, who lives in Seattle, was lucky enough to run into David Beckham on the streets of Seattle early in the day yesterday and she managed to snap a pic with the soccer stud:

I just ran into David Beckham in downtown Seattle this morning. The Galaxy are in town to play the season opener for the Sounders tonight. Beck’s was with 2 other players and my co-worker noticed them across the street. I waited for him to get closer before I asked to make sure it was him. It was :) He was very nice and a true gentlemen. I told him I am a season ticket holder for the Sounders, but that due to my work load I had to miss tonights game and wished him luck with the game tonight. I thought you might get a kick out of this pic. He is by far one of the few celeb’s I’ve met who was gracious and sweet. I have been a fan of his for some time, but I’m still a Sounders fan for life! lol.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this!! I am SO incredibly jealous of Nin, no question, but I’m glad she got to snap this amazing photo with Becks. So yeah, I don’t mind the headband but I love Becks‘s love and kindness for his fans so … woot!

What Is Suri Holmes-Cruise Doing With Sexually-Explicit Candy?

I honestly don’t even know what to say about this but … 4-year old Suri Holmes-Cruise, in the arms of her mother Katie Holmes, was photographed with a box of candy that is, IMHO, pretty inappropriate for a child to have. If you can believe it, Suri was holding a box of gummi candies that are penis shaped. To be honest, I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. Check out the crazy photos below.

Katie Holmes won’t be winning any prizes for her questionable parenting techniques. Not only was she out with daughter Suri, four, until well after midnight, but her precocious toddler was later snapped clutching a box of very inappropriate sweeties. Suri was seen closely examining a box of ‘Penis Gummies’ sweets as she and mother Katie, 32, paused to talk to friends before leaving ‘dessert only’ restaurant Serendipity 3. The box features cartoon like drawings of male genitalia, and unsurprisingly Suri seemed somewhat captivated by the brightly coloured packaging which contained penis-shaped jelly sweets. Katie seemed as oblivious to adult candy as she was to the late hour. The phallic shaped sweets were quite clearly an inappropriate choice for the four-year-old. A spokesperson for the restaurant told MailOnline: ‘The Penis Gummies sweets were purchased by the group from the gift shop at the front of the restaurant.’ It is not clear if they were a gift or a takeaway treat for little Suri.

What. The. Eff???? I mean … wow … really? Granted, a 4-year old prolly wouldn’t understand the inappropriateness of this kind of candy and, in fact, the human body isn’t something to be ashamed of but … penis candy, really? I’m really at a loss for words. Help me out, y’all. What do YOU think about this?

Christina Aguilera Thanks God For ‘Everything That Has Happened’ To Her

Christina Aguilera sat down to talk with Extra! TV about all of the troubles she’s endured in the past few months and she revealed that she is thankful to God for everything that has happened to her … which is a good thing because, apparently, she has a lot to be thankful for. A failed album, a tanking career, an embarrassing flub at the Super Bowl and then her first arrest for public intoxication … for all these things, she gives thanks to God … apparently.

Christina also experienced her share of judgment based on her rough start in 2011 with her Super Bowl flub, Grammy stumble, and arrest earlier this month, but the singer says she remains grateful. “All of my experiences in the past year, and everything that’s happened to me, I thank God for it.” She added, “You have to take the good with the bad and you have to take the bad with the good. If you’re in this business, if you’re in the spotlight, you have to be able to take criticism and you have to take the punches along the way.”

This interview came about because Xtina is doing promo for her new show The Voice. Xtina is one of the judges on the NBC-produced American Idol-like singing competition show and she is making herself available to the media to promote the show … therefore, the invariable subject of her recent troubles is bound to come up. It seems like a very calculated move to say that she is thankful for all the troubles in her life … it makes it sound like she is learning from her mistakes. Let’s hope that that is true. If you’re gonna spin a taking career coupled with getting arrested, you might as well say you’re thankful for it all. My guess is that Xtina has learned her lesson and that she will stay out of trubs. As for her new show The Voice, well, we’ll have to see if the show will turn out to be a big hit or if it will be another major career failure that she can thank God for.

Movie Review: ‘Battle: Los Angeles’

Last night David and I made our way out to the ArcLight Theater in Hollywood, CA to see this week’s #1 movie Battle: Los Angeles. As you may recall, back in January we got to see the trailer for the film and based on what I saw, I knew I wanted to see the film when it opened in theaters. The movie came out on Friday but David and I were still in Berlin, Germany … so last night was our first chance to see it and … overall, we both liked it.


To be clear, Battle: Los Angeles is not a cinematic masterpiece. It’s not even the best alien invasion film I’ve ever seen … but it is a fun film with a lot of great action scenes, a pretty decent storyline and impressive CGI. My one complaint about the film is the length … it goes on for about a half hour too long. But the action gets started pretty quickly and doesn’t let up much. The weakest parts are when the film tries to tug at your heartstrings and, let’s be honest, no one is going to see a movie like this for the emotional impact. We want to see aliens, aliens blowing up stuff and humans blowing up aliens. Thankfully, we do get to see a lot of that in this film. It’s not a movie that I would call a “must see”, but we enjoyed it and if the trailer makes you think it’s something you’d like to see, go see it. It’s fun.

Tonight, I’m meeting up with Darion and Josh for a reunion dinner over sushi and then Josh and I are going to see Liz Phair at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA. Happy Hump Day, y’all!!

‘Rolling Stone’ Magazine Gives ‘Femme Fatale’ By Britney Spears 4 Stars

Britney Spears‘s new album Femme Fatale is scheduled for release in a little over a week from now but Rolling Stone magazine has already gotten their mitts on the disc and have published their review of the album. Without question, RS is in love with the album, giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Additionally, snippets from the bonus tracks that will be included on the deluxe version of Femme Fatale have made their way to the Internets. Britney Spears is pop music’s stealth avant-gardist. For years, critics have dismissed her as a cipher with a wisp of a voice. But from the minute she burst on the scene — heralded by the keyboard power chords of “. . . Baby One More Time” — her music has steered bubblegum into weirder, woollier territory. “Toxic” was a mélange of Bollywood and spy-movie guitar; “Piece of Me” was an essay on 21st-century tabloid infamy crooned over 22nd-century club rhythms. Then there’s this year’s “Hold It Against Me,” which dissolves into a furious dubstep breakdown — easily the most assaultive beat on the Hot 100 right now. Femme Fatale may be Britney’s best album; certainly it’s her strangest. Conceptually it’s straightforward: a party record packed with sex and sadness. Max Martin and Dr. Luke, the world’s two biggest hitmakers, are responsible for seven of 12 songs: big melodies and bigger Eurodisco thumps. But other producers go nuts, tossing the kitchen sink at Britney. The Bloodshy-helmed “How I Roll” is sputtering, oddly beautiful techno. In “Big Fat Bass,” Will.i.am turns Britney into a cyborg obsessed with low-end. (“The bass is getting bigger!” she exults.) On nearly every track, Britney’s voice is twisted, shredded, processed, roboticized. Maybe this is because she doesn’t have much of a voice; it’s certainly because she, more than almost any other pop diva, is simply game. Femme fatale? Not so much. But say this for Britney: She’s an adventuress.

Love it!! I cannot wait for the world to hear Femme Fatale, it’s gonna be a smash hit record … I just know it :D

Kelly Clarkson Reveals Her New Album Has Been Delayed Until September

Last week we got some new album information from Kelly Clarkson herself that made it sound like she was very close to announcing the imminent release of her new album. Today we learn, again from Kelly herself, that yes her album is coming out this year … but not as soon as we may have thought. According to a new post from Kelly on her official Facebook profile, the release of her album has been pushed back to September.

I recently found out that my album won’t be coming out until September ….the album has been recorded but I can’t release it until then. I realize that is a long time but that’s the best time to release it apparently so I’m sorry for the wait but I promise you it sounds great!

Blah. BUT, at least we now know when her new album will be released. Yes, I, too, was hoping for a new album from Kelly sooner rather than later but now we have something to look forward to. September will be here sooner than we think (unfortunately), so the wait really won’t be that bad. New Kelly Clarkson music this year, y’all! That is deffo cause for celebration.

Joe Jonas Does ‘Details’ Magazine

Joe Jonas, the most fashionable one third of the pop group The Jonas Brothers, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Details magazine. In his coverstory interview, Joe promises that the Jonas Bros. have not broken up, he opens up about his relationship with Twilight actress Ashley Greene and he reveals that he hit on his current sister-in-law before his brother Kevin snatched her up. It’s a compelling interview, y’all. Read below for some excerpts and check out some photos from Joe‘s feature in the new issue of Details magazine.

Joe Jonas appears on the April cover of DETAILS magazine in a photo shoot with Norman Jean Roy that took place in Los Angeles. The middle Jonas Brother has moved out of his parents' house, started dating an older woman, and (for now) has left his brother behind to embark on a solo career of his own. "We're not breaking up, we're just taking a break," Joe says. "I really have a hope for the fans that got older and went, 'You know what, I'm really not into the Jonas Brothers anymore,' that I'm able to catch their ear again with my project and they're able to go like, 'Hey, this is cool stuff, I'm happy listening to this, I'm not embarrassed listening to this.'" Is America ready to accept this former tween dream as a grown-up rock star?

On going solo: "I'm growing up, the fans are growing up. I've gone through a lot of stuff in my life so far. There are stories I haven't really been able to tell. When you're writing with three people, you wind up with a sound that might be—not average—but, you know, expected."

On his new music: "I wanted to do something you could hear in a club or something you could dance to, something's that's fun—something that's me." "I think all artists have a right to write about what happens to them." On his album, there will be songs about "different love scenarios that I've been through, breakups, hurts. Me hurting somebody and feeling bad about it. I think there's a lot of scenarios where people might wanna hear my side of the story."

On his relationship with Ashley: "It feels good. I think what works about it is she really puts my feelings first. She understands my busy schedule. She'll fly out to my shows—she's been to places in South America that I can't even pronounce."

On touring with the band: "We've seen every state in America besides Alaska and Hawaii, been all over Europe." Sure, there have been times when it's gotten a little weird, rocking out for little girls. "We did some things that were like, 'Really?, We're gonna do this? Like, go and play for an elementary school, are you serious?' At the time I was like 17, I wanna go meet girls at high schools.' And now I'm 21. I wanna go play my music in a club."

On Danielle Deleasa, Kevin's wife: "Actually, I hit on her first. And after that she and Kevin hit it off, of course. Now we have a fourth person traveling with us everywhere, so that's a different thing completely."

Seann William Scott Goes To Rehab

Actor Seann William Scott, who is known most famously for his role as Steve Stifler in the American Pie films, has announced that he has entered a rehab treatment facility to get a better grip on “health and personal issues”. At this point, we don’t know for sure what these “health and personal issues” are but they must be pretty significant if Seann is willing to voluntarily submit himself to rehab for treatment.

Seann William Scott, the comic actor from the American Pie movies, has entered treatment for “health and personal issues,” his reps tell PEOPLE. Scott, 34, who also appeared in the Bruce Willis movie Cop Out and provided his voice for the Ice Age animated hits, did not disclose where he was being treated or what prompted the action. “Seann William Scott has voluntarily admitted himself for proactive treatment to address health and personal issues,” the reps say in a statement. “He appreciates the support of his many fans at this time.”

Well, let’s just hope that Seann is getting the help that he needs. It seems like a significantly positive step that he has decided to willingly seek treatment for his issues — whatever they happen to be, so it appears that he is on the right track. Let’s send him our best wishes on his successful treatment for whatever is troubles may be.

Reese Witherspoon & Jim Toth Will Reportedly Be Married On March 26

In late December we learned officially that Reese Witherspoon and her beau Jim Toth got themselves engaged to be married. In early January, Reese starting flashing around her diamond engagement bling at an LA Lakers basketball game … and in late January she was spotted in Paris, France reportedly shopping for a wedding dress. Today, RadarOnline is reporting that Reese and Jim are planning to be married in Ojai, CA in just a few days … on March 26.

Reese Witherspoon is wasting no time making her union to Jim Toth official. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the Oscar winning actress will be walking down the aisle and trading wedding vows with the 40-year-old mega-agent on Saturday, March 26th at her sprawling Ojai Valley estate. The Walk The Line star scooped up the compound, which is often called The Libbey Ranch, back in 2008, when it was listed for $6.95 million. The 7-acre, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom estate, which is fully equipped with horse stables, a swimmer’s pool and two guest houses, was built in 1923 and has housed everyone from actor/director Harold Ramis to interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland. Reese and Jim were first spotted hanging out together at the picturesque country home back in March 2010, shortly after they began dating, celebrating her 34th birthday together. Although Reese has been spotted visiting nearly every designer’s showroom from Los Angeles to Paris since her December engagement, the actress spawned serious speculation that she had settled on red carpet favorite Monique L’huillier, when she was photographed shopping at the designer’s Beverly Hills showroom back in February. It’s been reported that the couple will be keeping the wedding small — at least by Hollywood standards — inviting around 100 guests, and that “candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling.” It has also been reported that Reese has been working closely with celebrity event planner Yifat Oren, who has planned the nuptials for everyone from Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller to Mariska Hargitay and Peter Hermann … Reese was previously married to actor Ryan Phillippe, whom she divorced in 2007 after seven years of marriage. I’m inclined to believe this report because A.) Reese and Jim have been spending a lot of time in Ojai together, ever since they started dating about a year ago and B.) Reese will be really bizzy on the promo trail for her new film Water For Elephants very soon, so it seems likely she might want to squeeze in her wedding before she gets pulled away from Jim for an extended period of time. I guess we’ll know soon enough if this report is true but a wedding is coming … but it seems very plausible Reese and Jim will be saying their I Dos at the end of next week.

Britney Spears’s New Music Video Reportedly Due For Release On April 6

Exciting new Britney Spears rumors to pass along today … rumors that have not yet been confirmed but sound awfully plausible and very likely to me, so I felt compelled to share them with you. It is being reported that the music video for our dear Britney‘s second single Till the World Ends is scheduled for release on April 6. Additionally, the rumors claim, Britney is due to appear and perform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March, the Kids’ Choice Awards in April and on the cover of the June issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine. Again, this news is just a rumor at this point … but, again, it all sounds very likely.

  • Video premiere for "Till The World Ends" is scheduled for April 6th!
  • She is also set to grace the June issue of Harper's Bazaar!
  • Ellen skits are set to air on March 28th/29th with a performance on The Ellen Show March 30th!
  • March 29th will be the GMA performances along with "Britney Day" on all MTV Channels!
  • On April 2nd she is set for something on Kid's Choice Awards but no details if it is a performance or just an appearance/presenter.
  • The Deluxe version of Femme Fatale will include 4 bonus tracks, possibly a 5th bonus hidden track, gold foil wrap, and extra photos!

Rapper Nathaniel ‘Nate Dogg’ Dwayne Hale Passes Away At 41

Very sad news to pass along today … West Coast rapper Nathaniel Nate Dogg Dwayne Hale passed away yesterday at the age of 41 of causes not yet known or reported. The Press-Telegram in Long Beach, CA, Nate Dogg‘s hometown paper, was the first to report the rappers death but within minutes, news had spread to other outlets. Nate Dogg‘s very good friend and collaborator Snoop Dogg took to his official Twitter profile to eulogize his late friend … a friend who was taken far too soon.

Nathaniel D. Hale, known in the music industry as Nate Dogg, died Tuesday, his family announced. The rap star, born and reared in Long Beach, Calif. was 41. Cause of death is not known. However, Hale had suffered two strokes, one in 2007 and another in 2008. Details will be available later.

Altho the cause of death has not yet been reported, the Post-Gazette shares that Nate Dogg suffered 2 strokes in recent years. As soon as this news was reported, Snoop Dogg posted the following messages in honor of his late friend and brother:

We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met / I love u buddy luv. U will always b wit me 4ever n a day u put the g n g funk u put the 1 n 213 n u put yo stamp on evrybdy u ever didit wit / I miss u cuzz I am so sad but so happy I got to grow up wit u and I will c u again n heaven cuz u know d slogan / all doggs go to heaven yo homie n baby brotha bigg snoopdogg!! / RIP NATE DOGG.

This is very, very sad news. Let’s pour one our for Nate, a true rap icon. Let’s also send our best wishes and our warmest condolences to the entire Hale family. Nate Dogg will be missed :(
