| David Arquette Officially Files For Divorce From Courteney Cox! Posted: 12 Jun 2012 12:50 PM PDT Wow. We seriously doubted whether this day would ever come, and here it is. Exactly 13 years to the day after he married Courteney Cox, David Arquette has officially filed the legal documents to divorce her. The actor, who plans to legal represent himself, cites the reason of the split as "irreconcilable differences," is asking asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's daughter, Coco, and is not seeking spousal or child support! THe most inneresting part, though? He signed the documents way back on March 23rd, which means he's been holding on them for almost three months! So sad. Obviously, as he's made no secret that he didn't want their marriage to end, this has been a very difficult process for him, and we wish the pair all the best as they deal with this whole process. | Lindsay Lohan Had Booze Hidden In A Water Bottle In Her Totaled Porsche! Posted: 12 Jun 2012 12:40 PM PDT Is she serious?! She honestly must be outright TRYING to ruin her life at this point. Not only is Lindsay Lohan once again facing jail time for violating her probation after she lied to police officers about not being behind the wheel of her Porsche when she drove it into an 18-wheeler on the PCH last week, she now has the added complication of being caught operating a vehicle with an open container of ALCOHOL inside! According to sources with law enforcement AND the tow truck driver, police confiscated a plastic water bottle from her drunk containing liquor! Luckily, it was found in the trunk of the car, which means she has avoided breaking the law, but we have to wonder: WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING HIDING BOOZE IN WATER BOTTLES STILL?! At this point, this is all just beyond sad, and we sincerely doubt that anyone will believe a word that comes out of her mouth about being "serious" about her comeback, or anything else for that matter, ever again. | Gone With The Wind's Ann Rutherford Dies At 94 Posted: 12 Jun 2012 12:00 PM PDT This is so sad! We loved her so much as Carreen in Gone With the Wind! Yes, it's unfortunately true. Ann Rutherford, the talented MGM beauty, has passed away. Suffering heart problems, she died in her Beverly Hills home at the age of ninety-four Monday. Most know her as Scarlett's little sister in the American classic, but we really got to know her through Pride and Prejudice and all the Andy Hardy films. She was truly a treasure, and she'll be celebrated forever. Rest in peace, sweet Ann. Your daughter and grandchildren are in our thoughts. [Image via WENN.] |

After pretty much taking over all of Europe, the Biebs made his way back to North America, yesterday, stopping in Mexico City!! | All The Deets Behind Deena Nicole's Drunken Jersey Shore Arrest! Posted: 12 Jun 2012 10:50 AM PDT Well, at least we know now that this whole debacle wasn't in vain! It's going to make AMAZING television! Deena Nicole from Jersey Shore did her meatball predecessor, Snooki, proud over the weekend when she got herself so tanked in public that Seaside Heights police were forced to arrest her. Although she looked pretty worse for wear when she was bailed out of jail by her parents later on that day, it's clear that the events leading up to her visit with the fuzz were pretty HIGHlarious! According to Detective Steve Korman, the reality starlet got her drink on in a big way with fellow castmembers at a Mexican restaurant, after which she decided it would be a brilliant idea to walk into the middle of a roadway and treat oncoming cars to a dance! Of course, she just ended up impeding traffic, and quickly caught the attention of a nearby officer! Foolish! So, so foolish!
