Claire From Lost Joins The Cast Of Once Upon a Time

She travels from one complex, universe shifting ABC drama to another!

Emilie de Ravin (aka Claire From Lost) has joined the cast of Once Upon a Time as a series regular for season 2.

Okay, this may not come as much of a surprise. Any Once fan that saw what went down with her character in the season finale may have guessed as much... Still, now it's official!

Once writer Jane Espenson, explains that everyone is THRILLED to have more time with Emilie, sasying:

"We cast [Emilie] thinking that she'd be great for this but that it would probably be a one-shot — but if she didn't get a pilot and she had a good time and she's available, we knew that of course she'd be welcome back!"

We can hardly wait to see how Belle's storyline unfolds.

Chris Hemsworth Raves Brother's Engagement To Miley Cyrus Is 'Fantastic' News!

Last night Thor Chris Hemsworth broke his silence about little-brother-Liam's recent engagement to Miley Cyrus!

At the Snow White and the Huntsman premiere Down Under, the elder Hemsworth told reporters:

"It's [the engagement] fantastic, I'm really happy!"

Though Chris is super stoked for his baby bro to get hitched, he's still not ready to dish tips on being a married man.

The Hunky Huntsman, who said his "I dos" back in 2010, says:

"I'm not much of an expert on it [married life] myself yet."

Oh, whatever!

He just doesn't want to share his tips on his successful marriage with the world.

We're sure Thor will dish out plenty of brotherly advice in person.

We're happy to hear Miliam has their family's blessing!

Yesterday, Justin Bieber released his highly anticipated third album, Believe, and it's been CONQUERING the charts worldwide ever since!

We now have the latest stats on the Biebs' album position ... and he's currently number ONE on the iTunes Top Albums chart in 34 countries!

Believe also ranks in the top five overall in 47 out of the 51 total stores on iTunes!!!

That's HUGE!!!!

What an accomplishment...and this is only day two!

Hope you're ready for even more Bieber-mania -- this is just the beginning of SO much more to come from the pop phenomenon!

X Factor Judges Spill On San Fran Auditions!

The X Factor judges traveled to San Francisco this past Saturday, Sunday and Monday to see if any of the hopefuls had just the spark they'd been searching for!

Season one of the U.S. show brought us some AHmazing talent like runner-up Young Homie Chris Rene, but did the Bay area impress Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid this time around?

Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and L.A. gathered backstage for an interview and shared how they felt the San Fran auditions were going and explained just what exactly the X Factor is!

Woody Allen Wants To Stick His Wood In Lindsay Lohan!

'Cause Old Woody Woodster believes Lindsay is super talented!

We wonder, has Woody Allen actually seen any of Lindsay's acting work since Mean Girls? Or is he basing his decision on pre-Cady Heron Linds?!

The Manhattan movie mastermind was recently spotted wining and dining Mz. Lindsay Lohan, and now he's singing her praises, saying he would totes cast her in some future project.

Woody has expressed:

"If there was some legal reason I couldn't [cast her], that would be a different story, but it would not concern me personally, no. I think that she'd be just fine and she'd do a great job. As I say, she's a very gifted girl and I would not hesitate. If I had something for her, I'd certainly call her."

Her performance in I Know Who Killed Me IS Oscar-worthy, and Labor Pains is not painful to watch at all...

We are VERY interested to see this happen... and to see Woody eat his words with some Lilo-infused vodka sauce slathered allll over them!

Lindsay Lohan's Liz & Dick Production Under Union Investigation!

Uh-oh! The production of Liz & Dick may be in serious trouble once again!

And no, this time it isn't because of Lindsay Lohan!

While the actress has been notorious in the past for crying 'exhaustion' every time she got too messed up and missed her call-times, it appears that there may be some validity behind her latest incident on the set of the Lifetime movie, as two other crewmembers were hospitalized for the very same reasons over the weekend!

And now, two Hollywood unions have launched full investigations to ensure that the project isn't exceeding labor laws! And if Lindsay was accurate when she said via Twitter that she worked 85 hours in 4 days, then it could be a serious issue!

According to a statement from SAG-AFTRA, which represents actors:

"We're looking into this matter, but can't yet provide any verified information. Our people are on it. Our contracts protect members on the job, and if these kinds of situations are occurring and our members advise us about it, we will contact production and make certain that the contract is being adhered to in all aspects – particularly including performers' safety."

And a source close to IATSE, the union representing crewmembers, elaborates:

"Tthe Business Agents are looking into long hours on the production."

However producer Larry Thompson maintains:

"We have not been contacted by anyone at SAG-AFTRA about any complaint ... (nor) by anyone at IATSE about any investigation. We are in total compliance with all Guild regulations on Liz & Dick."

We certainly hope so!

Given the amount of drama that has plagued this production so far, it would make sense for production to want to get as much of it filmed as quickly as possible just to ensure that there's a finished product, but if they keep going at this rate, it won't matter at all, because they'll get shut down!

Here's hoping that this all will get resolved and the rest of the shoot can go off without a hitch!

But something tells us that's not gonna happen!

Get ready to throw your fave panties in the air!

Nick and Drew Lachey officially broke the scream-worthy news: 98 DEGREES IS REUNITING!!

The boys men of 98 Degrees will be reuniting for just one night (UNA NOCHE!!!) at the Summer Mixtape Festival in Hershey, PA.

The boyband brothers made the announcement on On Air with Ryan Seacrest earlier today, telling listeners:

"We're very excited about the opportunity, and we've been toying around with the idea for a couple years of: 'if we got back together, when would be the right scenario, and this music festival right here just kind of seemed like the right time to get back together and do a show and kick the tires and see how it feels."

Like Nick said a couple months ago, the band is NOT going to do a BSB / New Kids-esque tour.

HOWEVES, if this one performance goes well, their MIGHT be a tour in the future!

Kris Humphries Wants Kanye West To Appear In Divorce Court!

Consider the dramz ON for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce depositions!

We previously told you how Kris' lawyers are planning on using Kim's recent interview with Oprah as evidence in court and now, Kris is taking even MORE shots at Kimmy!

Reportedly, after Kim served Kris' ex girlfriend Myla Sinanaj a subpoena, Kris is now looking to serve Kanye West one to appear in divorce court, as well!

A friend of Kris' revealed:

"It's a possibility. Since Kanye is so involved in Kim's life now and has been featured on the Kardashians' shows, he could be deposed to help Kris' fraud case against Kim. Kanye won't be happy!"

Well, this won't turn out well!

The reports go on to say that Kanye may be forced to reveal if scenes in Keeping Up With The Kardashians are scripted AND if he was with Kim at the same time she was with Kris!

Uh oh...the Kim and Kris divorce saga is about to get REAL messy...!!!
