Justin Bieber is making major moves!

And by moves, we don't mean his dancing skillz in his next music video! LOLz!

Following his string of run-ins with the law in both El Lay AND Florida, the Biebs is looking to set up house in Georgia with the purchase of a HUGE Atlanta bachelor pad.

And the place he's eyeing isn't just any old crib.

As Bizzle continues to develop his fresh rapping career by getting cozy with a slew of rapping heavyweights in the studio, he is thisclose to throwing down a whopping $10.95 million on a 10,000 sq ft, seven-bedroom mansion on the exclusive Blackland Road as well as more money on another home in Hidden Hills, California.

The giant southern hideaway is concealed with massive trees and includes a super lux 70ft pool, movie theater, home gym, and wine cellar.

So it seems like just because JB could be moving away from El Lay's party lifestyle, he won't be stopping the party!

At least mentor Usher would be his neighbor to keep him in check??!

The possible move is less than surprising considering he has called it his "second home" and it was the first place he landed when he moved to the States.

Well, the papz might miss him, but it's safe to say his Calabasas neighbors wouldn't shed a tear in his absence. HA!

Sofia and her fiancé, Nick Loeb, were spotted sightseeing in Sydney on Tuesday after they grabbed lunch along the shore.

Talk about vacation and work all wrapped up in one!

Or maybe the two are simultaneously looking for a location for their future wedding?

Well this is the coolest, weirdest, most EXceptional thing we've heard all week!

Marc Anthony revealed he's total bros with his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez's 26-year-old boy toy boyfriend Casper Smart!

The Latino crooner visited The Wendy Williams Show on Monday and explained that not only is he on good terms with J.Lo, 44, but he's also bestiez with Casper!

He jokingly confessed:

"I like them young, too! I'm not one to judge. It's great. As a matter of fact, we were texting back and forth two days ago. We're actually really, really good friends. From the very beginning."

We love that everyone can be one big happy family - especially for Max and Emme's sake!

Marc continued to gush about the relationship with his former wife and her BF, confessing his love and respect for both:

"When you love someone and you care for someone...Jennifer and I -- I don't say it lightly -- we're great friends. You know, anybody that means anything to her means something to me. That's keeping it simple. Casper's a great guy. He's been great to my children. And I have nothing but respect for him, absolutely nothing but respect."

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody have been super duper private about their engagement, but we didn't see this coming.

The lovebirds decided to pull off the ultimate maneuver and married in a totally top secret wedding ceremony!

It was only revealed about three months ago that the two had gotten engaged, but it looks like they couldn't wait to become Mr. and Mrs. Brody!

We don't know what Miz Meester wore of if they wrote their own vows, but we do know they're a freakin' adorable couple who we hope live happily ever after!

Will Lil Wayne's next album live up to the hype??!

As if the Young Money leader's talk about the upcoming release of Carter V being his last LP isn't enough, it is now rumored that the record will crash onto music waves even sooner than we thought!

Actually, the rapper has plans to surprise his fans Beyoncé-style with an unknown debut date! Unfortunately his crew isn't all that great at keeping secrets, unlike Bey's lock and key group.

A Cash Money executive spilled:

"We're very close to dropping the album. It's going to be a huge surprise to everyone; it's an incredible album. ... I can't release the date because [Wayne] wants to surprise people; he wants his true fanbase to get excited but he's worked extremely hard on it and you won't be disappointed."

How much of a surprise can it be if we know it's coming??! Unless there is something they're NOT telling us...

Regardless, we're still uber excited to hear Wayne's latest beatz!

If this really will be his farewell, we hope this new crop of rhymes will be the best Carter installment yet!

Capital One Will Now Show Up At Your House Or Work If You Don’t Pay Your Credit Card Bill! Read Their New Outrageous User Agreement HERE!

It's your credit card company!

Yeah, that's what's going to happen now if you don't pay your Capital One bill!

The US-based bank is warning its customers in a new agreement that they will hunt you down if you owe them money!

At home!

At work!

Hell, we wouldn't put it past them to drive alongside you going down the highway while screaming out the window, "pay your bill!"

The specifics of the new user contract state:

"We may contact you in any manner we choose [including] calls, emails, texts, faxes or a personal visit."

K, that's kreepy, guys.

Not even the IRS can show up at your door without an arrest warrant! So how is Capital One allowed to do this?!

Apparently the 4th Ammendment, which protects citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures, is not being infringed upon in this new agreement because Cap One is considered a civil entity, not law enforcement.

Therefore, they're free to harass anyone they want in person!

But their aggressiveness doesn't end at just tracking you down and paying you a personal visit. They also say they have the right to trick you into picking up the phone!

Another section of the agreement reads:

"We may modify or suppress caller ID and similar services and identify ourselves on these services in any manner we choose."

Basically the wolves are dressing like sheep in order to get your money!

How crazy is this?!?

So...what's in your wallet??

If it's a Capital One credit card, you better pay your bill! Or lock your doors REALLY well!

Dexter Murderer Claims She Doesn't Deserve The Death Penalty Because It's "Cruel & Inhuman" PLUS She Gives More Details About Her Last Kill!

Oh my. This is truly chilling.

Miranda Barbour, also knows as the satanist Dexter-like murderess, is claiming that she shouldn't be subjected to the death penalty because it's a "cruel & inhuman" punishment.

You mean, like how she cruelly and inhumanly killed over 22 people?

Yeah. Exactly.

Not only this, but reportedly, Miranda has given even MORE details about how she murdered Troy LaFerrara.

Apparently, her husband, Elytte Barbour, was hiding in the backseat of their car while Troy was in the front with her and when Miranda uttered the phrase, "did you see the stars tonight" it would signal Elytte into action.

However, the events didn't go as planned:

"Things got out of control and I got the knife out. [Then] we came back the next day and saw all the police there, and I said to Elytte, 'I guess they found him.'"

Uh, yeah, they did.

The killer also explained that she murdered because of her love for her two year-old daughter.

She said:

"I knew two people like myself and my husband could not raise a normal child. I have love for my husband and for my daughter like anyone normal would have, but I know I lost everything, and I want my story out there for me."

Errrr...love for your child isn't really a solid reason to seek people out on Craigslist and kill them.

This whole thing is just scary & extremely odd.

Baby Flung Out Of Mother's Arms When Flight Turns Turbulent! The Terrifying Story Of One Not-So-Smooth United Airlines Trip!

Terrifying turbulence!

A baby was flung out of its mother's arms and five people were sent to hospitals due to injuries they suffered during an incredibly scary United Airlines flight on Monday!

The scenario went like this...

The Boeing 737 en route to Billings, Montana suddenly and intensely dropped around 1:30 p.m.---forcing the flight's captain to declare a medical emergency after multiple passengers went flying through the cabin, resulting in injury.

One of the people on board, Bill Dahlin, spoke about the wild moment:

"There was a gal in front of us. She went up, her head went through the roof, and there was a woman screaming for her baby. What really kind of grabbed your heart was the woman hollering for her baby. She was terrified."

Another passenger confessed that the baby was launched into a nearby seat, but looked to be unharmed:

"I didn't have my seat belt on, so I hit my head pretty hard, but what hurts is my lower back and hips."

This is beyond scary!

If there was ever a reason to wear your seatbelt mid-flight, it's this crazy and unpredictable moment!

We're so glad no one was seriously injured, including the baby!

Jessica Simpson's dad, Joe Simpson was snapped having the time of his life while out in South Beach and it seems he was joined by a much younger, fit male companion!

Innnnneresting!

The former minister must be celebrating since it's been almost one year since Ashlee Simpson's parents finalized their divorce!

Joe was also spotted snapping some pics with an expensive looking camera, so, maybe the 55 year-old has decided to become a professional photographer!

And his companion was his first male model!

Regardless, it looks like he was having a blast and wasn't worrying about a thing!

We guess divorced life is treating him well!
