While Conan O'Brien only averages about 862,000 viewers a night (small change compared to Jimmy Fallon's 4.5 million nightly average), his late night show's average viewership is the only one under the age of 40! Police Commission Steve Soboroff at a Los Angeles Clippers when she accidentally broke the poor guy's phone! But the Bad Girl wanted to Stay in the good graces of the LAPD, so she promptly wrote a check for $25,000 to the police cadets and fallen officers fund! How generous! But that's not all! Because anyone looking at Solange hitting and kicking Jay Z in the elevator would most definitely think this fight was a big deal. But apparently it was no biggie to the threesome as it was all started over minor matters. While it's been rumored that Beyoncé's lil' sis snapped at Jay over a number of different issues, it seems she was snapping before any of that went down:

Sources say Justin is currently under investigation by the LAPD following what's being called an attempted robbery! It all went down at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park - an amusement complex with batting cages and mini golf. Biebs was hanging out with some friends when they suddenly got into a fight with another group of guys. JB noticed a woman with her 13-year-old daughter nearby appearing to take pictures of the altercation. She says Justin came up to her and DEMANDED she show him her phone to make sure she didn't snap any shots of him and his crew making trouble! When she refused, Bieber got physical and ripped the cell out of her hands! But when he finally got the phone, it was locked! He then ordered her to enter her security code. She obliged and showed him she hadn't taken any pictures! Angrily, she told Justin that she just wanted her daughter to meet him since she's a huge fan. She claims Justin then screamed at her:
When her daughter began crying, that's when Justin finally turned and walked away! Ugh. Just…UGGGGHHHHH! Srsly, Justin. What is your problem?? Do you have even an ounce of respect for other people? If Bieber is found at fault for any of this, he's going to be in a world of trouble. A rap sheet can only get so long before authorities are going to take action. We dashed those photo rumors yesterday, revealing that Solange did not remove all traces of Beyoncé on Instagram following her kicking and screaming match with Jay Z during a Met Gala after party. Simple insta-profile search, yah CAH-razies! Anyway...Queen Bey clearly decided to send a message early Wednesday morning when she uploaded four snaps in succession of her and Solange, only greeting stans with a simple, "Good Morning" in the wake of the fight controversy. Beyoncé and Jay have been known to keep their personal lives private --- so we have a feeling this may be the only public statement they'll make in regards to the elevator fiasco. And you know what?? By not saying much, the whole ordeal will probably blow over! Either way, Bey is showing support for her sis on social media ---- so everything must be okay, after all!
