Miley Cyrus’ Possibly Fake Booking Agent Stole $125,000?! Get The Weird Deets HERE! Posted: 19 Jan 2014 12:29 PM PST This is kind of bizarre! Miley Cyrus bailed on her New Year's Day Miami South Beach Outdoor Festival performance, and the promoters of the event are suing to get their money back! Apparently, a concert promotion company paid a woman who presented herself as Miley's booking agent $125,000 to lock up the pop star for an appearance. So, the company wired the money to an account where it was going to stay until the deal was done. Then, Miley didn't show up, and the bank account was empty! The unnamed woman said she was being a middlewoman for the event and Miley's agents, and that she gave them them ca$$$h. But she reportedly isn't even connected to the person who books the pop star's shows! Curiouser and curiouser! At least for Mileybird, this is one controversy that doesn't directly involve her!

Drake Gives SNL A Mini Concert Complete With A Special Guest! Posted: 19 Jan 2014 12:00 PM PST FACT: You can never have too much Drake! So, by the time he got ready to sing the hits on Saturday Night Live, the crowd was at the edge of their seats! The 27-year-old did a real mini concert, rapping his hit Started From The Bottom, and then transitioning into his new song Trophies! All while simply highlighted with a red spotlight (above). So artsy! For his other number, Drake did a soulful version of Hold On We're Going Home accompanied by just a piano. Then he picked things up a bit by welcoming Jhené Aiko and transitioning to their duet From Time (below)! This guy REALLY knows how to put on a show!

Shipping Wars Star Roy Garber Dies At 49 Years Old Posted: 19 Jan 2014 11:32 AM PST How tragic! The star of A&E's show Shipping Wars Roy Garber passed away from a heart attack at age 49. According to his longtime girlfriend, Roy had a history of heart probz and was rushed to a Texas hospital after the heart attack, but sadly passed away. Roy was the owner of New Hampshire's Arbie's Team Transport, and had just finished filming the fifth season of Shipping Wars last Wednesday. Shortly after his death, A&E issued a statement that read: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of a member of the A&E family. Our thoughts are with Roy's loved ones during this difficult time. The Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis Apologizes For His Homophobic Comments! Says Language Barrier Is The Issue & Will Meet With GLAAD! Posted: 19 Jan 2014 10:33 AM PST It certainly seems like he's trying to make amends! The Bachelor's Juan Pablo Galavis made some incredibly horrible and hurtful comments about gay and bisexual people on Friday night, and now he's clarifying them. ABC and the show's execs were quick to separate themselves from what JP said, and issued their own statement, which read: "Juan Pablo's comments were careless, thoughtless and insensitive, and in no way reflect the views of the network, the show's producers or studio." Then, the non-native English speaker took to his Facebook to sort out the situation in a heartfelt letter, writing: "People, I want to apologize to all the people I may have offended because of my comments on having a Gay or Bisexual Bachelor. The comment was taken out of context. If you listen to the entire interview, there's nothing but respect for Gay people and their families. I have many gay friends and one of my closest friends who's like a brother has been a constant in my life especially during the past 5 months. The word pervert was not what I meant to say and I am very sorry about it. Everyone knows English is my second language and my vocabulary is not as broad as it is in Spanish and, because of this, sometimes I use the wrong words to express myself. What I meant to say was that gay people are more affectionate and intense and for a segment of the TV audience this would be too racy to accept. The show is very racy as it is and I don't let my 5 year old daughter watch it. Once again, I'm sorry for how my words were taken. I would never disrespect anyone. Sinceramente, Juan Pablo Galavis." This is nice of Juan Pablo, but unfortunately he didn't address some of the other hurtful things he said like how it would be weird to have two dads! Which is still an awful thing to say! Thankfully, JP is meeting with GLAAD this week, and is addressing the issue of parenting! In another statement to the organization, the reality TV star explained: "I have heard from many gay Latinos today who are hurt because of what I said and I apologize. I know gay parents and I support them and their families. They are good parents and loving families. I am a father and I know the feel of being a father, why wouldn't I want my gay friends to also be happy parents? I also want gay and lesbian youth to know that it is fine to be who you are. Gay or straight, Black or White, Latin or American, what matters here is to respect who we are. I look forward to meeting with gay and lesbian families as well as Monica and Wilson from GLAAD. Gay and lesbian people, and the children they are raising, wrongfully face discrimination and I want them to know that I'm on their side." Drake was the host AND the musical guest for the first new SNL of 2014, and he slayed it! The 27-year-old singer did a cold open skit, but his monologue was still every bit as HIGHlarious! Not only does Drizzy make some Degrassi jokes, but he apologizes for everyone running around saying 'YOLO' and best of all, he reenacts his bar mitzvah! We love his baby fro! Ha! Liam Payne got tons of backlash after tweeting his support to Duck Dynasty's Willie Robertson on Saturday, in support of their family's values. This got people all riled up, saying that he supported homophobia! So, the 20-year-old pop star explained that he can like a show, but not agree with what they stand for.
