For those of you who are not aneurysm-ing all over the Comic-Con festival at the Breaking Dawn panel, well, you are in a real treat! Footage from the big scene - actually, let's clarify, because the big scene for us is when Edward eats the baby out of Bella - AKA KStew and RPatz BONING has leaked onto the net, and boy, does it look HAWT AND SPICY! Ch-ch-check it out (above)! Oh maaan! Where is Nutty Madam when you need her?! Here's hoping she hasn't already seen this and spontaneously combusted! |

During Lindsay Lohan's hearing on Tuesday, a judge acknowledged that she was in compliance with court orders by doing community service and attending a shoplifters alternative course, but there was one thing she has yet to do: sign up for psychological counseling. La Lohan claimed that she's been unable to start psychological counseling because her SAG insurance has lapsed and she can't afford it. And she had the nerve to say this to the judge while wearing a pair of $1,200 Louboutin shoes! The judge then asked her if she knew anyone who had a credit card who would be ale to loan her the cash, in which after consulting with her lawyer, she said she did know someone who could help her. Lindsay has 21 days to start her court-ordered counseling sessions. If she doesn't provide proof by August 11, the judge will then revoke her probation. Before ending the hearing, the judge told her "get back to community service, and your life will be in order." Ouch! We're not buying it, gurl! | New DNA Evidence Found In West Memphis 3 Investigation, New Hearing Set This Year Posted: 21 Jul 2011 12:30 PM PDT If you paid attention to the news back in the early 90s, you probably knew all about the West Memphis 3 case and its controversial verdict. Even Johnny Depp and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder went public on their disagreement with the trial. Need to refresh your memory? No problem. Three teens were found guilty in the case of the brutal murders of three Arkansas boys. They were sentenced with the death penalty (for Damien Echols) and life in prison (for Jesse MissKelley and Jason Baldwin). How were they suspects? Time was running out for the police department, and the pressure to arrest someone quick was hot. Soon they found three teenage boys who wore all black and listened to heavy metal. Jackpot. There was no evidence of involvement other than what many believe to be the coerced confession of Jesse MissKelley AFTER the arrests. At the time of confession, MissKelley was without legal representation and fell close to the border of mental retardation. MissKelley later retracted his statement, claiming he was becoming increasingly fearful of the police, and that it wasn't clear to what he was actually confessing to. Using the murky confession and the prosecution's claims of satanic ritual motives, the jury decided their fate. MTV quickly aired documentaries, Paradise Lost 1 & 2, to increase national awareness. All had seemed lost for the seemingly innocent men, but now it looks like they have hope at last. Brand new DNA results have been released which exclude the West Memphis 3 from the murders. It has also come to light that Echols requested papers alleged to have held one of the boy's wet clothes be tested, but the papers never made it to the evidence box. When asked for presentation now, the police department cannot find them... Thanks to all of this new information, hearings have been granted for all three men. They are set to be held in December of 2011. With the justice system failing before, and now especially with the news of an error made in Casey Anthony's case, we sincerely hope true justice can finally be served. Not just for the West Memphis 3, but also for the peace of those murdered - Stevie Branch, Christopher Byers, and Michael Moore. |
| Boo! Founders of Cuba's Biggest Indie Music Festival Say The Government 'Stole' Their Event! Posted: 21 Jul 2011 12:20 PM PDT Not cool! Cuba's Rotilla Festival is the country's "biggest independent music festival," and the founders of the event are accusing their government of "stealing" it from them. Here's what Rotilla founder Michel Matos had to say about it:
And it gets worse, because now the founders of the festival have been barred from any meetings at the Culture Ministry! WTF? We're really sorry to hear this, and hopefully Matos and his crew will figure out a way to reclaim their show...if not this year, then we hope soon! |

| Is Something Going On Between ScarJo And Justin Bartha??? Posted: 21 Jul 2011 11:50 AM PDT Guess that reconciliation between ScarJo and Ryan isn't happening anymore. Last week, we heard that Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds COULD be getting back together...but then Ryan was spotted at LAX with rumored girlfriend Charlize Theron, and now we're hearing that there's something going on between ScarJo and Justin Bartha. Scarlett was spotted at Justin's off-Broadway show All New People on Saturday, and then the two posed for photos together backstage afterwards. | Was Marc Anthony Abusing Alcohol During His Marriage To J. Lo??? Posted: 21 Jul 2011 11:40 AM PDT Ever since J. Lo and Marc Anthony split last week, we've been hearing LOTS of potential reasons why their marriage went sour. According to a new report, Marc's drinking habits may have been a major problem that led to the couples' split. Here's what a source had to say about it:
The source went on to say that Marc "was often very drunk" and that whenever he got kicked out of the house, he'd call a car service to bring him to the Woodland Hills Hilton hotel. So sad. If this is in fact true and Marc's marriage was causing him to drink out of stress, then maybe this is another sign that they did the right thing by splitting up. We just hope that he seeks help if he actually has a drinking problem, and if it persists now that he's no longer with Jennifer. What do U think? Was alcohol abuse a major factor in the J. | Arnold Vs. Maria: Spousal Support Edition Posted: 21 Jul 2011 11:30 AM PDT Looks like Maria Shriver is going to try to get as much $$$ as possible from Arnold, and we don't blame her at all! Earlier this month, we were pleased to hear that Arnold had agreed to give Maria "a very generous divorce settlement" out of his very wealthy earnings of $500-$750 million. Now, we're less pleased to hear that Arnold doesn't want to give Maria the spousal support that she requested in her divorce petition. We're ALSO not thrilled to report that Arnold is trying to deny Maria's request to have him pay her attorney's fees. Apparently, he feels that they should both pay their own lawyers separately. As we mentioned earlier this month, Maria is going to do very well in this divorce, but honestly, we think he should give her everything she asks for! After all that she went through, he should ABSOLUTELY pay her attorney's fees. As far as spousal support is concerned, he could afford to do that too! He's already got a movie in the works and he's going to be making PLENTY of money! Actions have consequences, Arnold. Face the music, appease your ex-wife, and move on with your life. | J. Lo's Ukraine Wedding Performance! Posted: 21 Jul 2011 11:10 AM PDT Despite just getting a divorce, J. Lo killed it at a wedding reception for oil tycoon Azam Aslamov's son and daughter-in-law. Requests were made among the 500,000 guests including Waiting for Tonight and On the Floor. Well, it sure does seem like the crowd had a great time! It never ceases to amaze us how dedicated she is to her work. On J. Lo's block, the show really does always go on! |
