John Legend and his girlfriend Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen were spotted at the unveiling of Chrissy's new swimwear collection with diNeila Brazil in Miami yesterday. See the pics of him copping a feel on his hot girlfriend inside....

 

 

Johnny & Chrissy were down in Miami, FL yesterday for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2012 presention of diNeila Brazil.

Chrissy Teigen, who's a model, collaborated on the Spring/Summer 2012 collection with the company.

 

Pretty.  The presentation was held at The Penthouse at The Raleigh.

In other fashion news, Chrissy was this month's Ocean Drive swimsuit-issue cover model.

Jill Marie Jones hosted "The Dinner Party" at Lemon Basket in West Hollywood last night. And her homies Morris Chestnut, Garcelle Beauvais, and more came out to support.

SPOTTED: Rihanna Strolls Through NYC In A T-Shirt Dress

Rihanna was spotted strolling through NYC with her BFF/assistant Melissa yesterday. See pics of Rihanna inside....

While rocking a long-sleeved shirt and showing off her famous legs, Rihanna hit the streets of NYC while fans gathered around and went nuts for her yesterday.



She was with her BFF Melissa during the stroll.

 

And later that evening....

Rihanna was spotted leaving her hotel in NYC.

She tweeting “My hotel has ‘RiRi’ stitched into my pillowcases, how f—in Raaaddd is that??! #rockstarshit #wheretheydodatat #IheartNYC,”

And Rihanna continued the evening just as she started the day....wearing flats.  Sometimes you have to give those 5-inch heels a break.

She hits Nassau Coliseum tonight on Long Island.

NBA Ballers And Execs Have A Meeting On The Dancefloor At Chris Bosh And Adrienne Williams' Wedding

With the NBA lockout still going on and keeping execs aways from NBA ballers, source says the group was granted permission to interact at the $300,000 wedding of Chris Bosh and Adrienne Williams.  Get more deets about the fab wedding inside...

For the first time since the NBA lockout began, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh were allowed to party with Miami Heat execs like GM Pat Riley and coach Erik Spoelstra at Chris's lavish wedding at The Fontainebleau in Miami.

A source told the NY Post,

"The players were on one side of the ballroom, the executives on the other, and later they met on the dance floor."

 And the dance floor must have been smelling good since the lavish ceremony featured $25,000 worth of custom-made scented candles.  And after the couple cut the cake, fireworks erupted.

Sources also say that underneath 5-foot Adrienne's Oscar de la Renta, she wore custom $10,000 crystal-encrusted Christian Louboutin heels with powder-blue soles. And Chris's 2-year-old daughter, Trinity, was a flower girl.

Everybody hit Fontainebleau's club Arkadia until 5 a.m. for the after-party. Then Scarpetta for Sunday brunch.

And if you want to know about wedding presents, Adrienne gave Chris an Aston Martin Rapide and he gave her a Cartier necklace.

FRATERNITY MAN: AJ Calloway Becomes A Member Of Omega Psi Phi, Inc.

Former "106 & Park" host and "Extra" correspondent, AJ Calloway, just crossed the burning sands into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Deets and his first pic after becoming a new member of the NPHC organization, when you read on...

Heads up Bruhz!  You've got a new celebrity member.  AJ Calloway just became a man of Omega Psi Phi.  And he's extra excited to rock his purple and gold and get to work doing service all over the world.  He tweeted he crossed in the Ghana International Chapter just last night:

2-TX-11 13th D Ghana, West Africa. We are doing a trip there in Feb 2012. I apologize for the typo earlier I'm exhausted fresh off the sand and trying to rest b4 work again tonight.

I'm trying to rest but I can't!!!!! Playing Atomic Dog up in the EXTRA office's!!! Roo to all the great men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.

The graduate chapter was started in Liberia but has since moved to Ghana.  The men of Que Psi Phi are well known for their service and knowing how to have a good time promoting their principle of "friendship."

The organizations has thousands of members worldwide.  And AJ has followed in the footsteps of famous Ques like his successor on "106," Terrence J., Steve Harvey, Rickey Smiley, Bill Cosby, Langston Hughes, Tom Joyner, Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal, Earl Graves Sr., & Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Rickey Smiley offered up congrats saying:

i just heard that AJ formaly 106 and park is now a member of Omega Psi Phi!!! congrats if true i know his father is one as well!!

Omega Psi Phi is celebrating their centennial next weekend in Washington D.C.

Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is the first international fraternal organization to be founded on the campus of a historically black college.  Omega Psi Phi was founded on November 17, 1911, at Howard University in Washington, D.C. The founders were three Howard University undergraduates--Edgar Amos Love, Oscar James Cooper, Frank Coleman--& their professor Dr. Ernest Everett Just.  From the initials of the Greek phrase meaning, "friendship is essential to the soul," the name Omega Psi Phi was derived. That phrase was selected as the motto.  Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift were adopted as Cardinal Principles.

LaLa Anthony's Underwater Photoshoot With Carmelo And Kiyan

LaLa Anthony and her family (husband Carmelo and son Kiyan) vacationed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico recently and LaLa used her underwater camera to capture the action.  See the pics inside....

LaLa Anthony got behind the lens of her underwater camera and directed Carmelo and Kiyan during a little vacation photoshoot.


 

And with her new camera, they took the action under water.

Terrence J. Lands A Starring Role In The "Think Like A Man" Movie

We told you earlier about Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy and Taraji P. Henson starring in Think Like A Man, and now it's been announced that Terrence J. has also landed a starring role. Deets inside.....

 

When Think Like A Man, the adaptation of Steve Harvey's advice book hits the big screen, it will be star-studded with young Hollywood.

In addition to the aforementioned cast, Terrence J. has joined the cast of the film in a starring role.  Interestingly, Terrence and Steve are both members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.  And since I enjoyed Terrence on "The Game" this season, it will be great to see him stretch out his acting chops.

And today was the first day of production in Los Angeles for Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy and Morris Chestnut.

 

Kevin tweeted this pic and said, "Day 1 of shooting "Think Like A Man"...I know ya'll saying that I make Morris Chestnut & Michael Ealy look bad! "

In the film, four interconnected and diverse friends have their love lives shaken up after the women they are pursuing buy Steve Harvey’s book and start taking his advice to heart. When the band of brothers find out that they have been betrayed by one of their own, they conspire to use the book’s teachings to turn the tables.  Hmm....this sounds pretty funny.

And when asked about the flim, Will Packer, who will produce via his Rainforest Films banner, said,

“Steve Harvey has established himself as one of the funniest and most insightful voices in America. That coupled with an incredible cast makes this an exciting venture.”

And just in case you are keeping track, check out the current roster of celebs who have been awarded roles in the film: Chris Brown, Romany Malco, Gary Owen, Arielle Kebbel, Meagan Good, Lala Anthony,  Gabrielle Union, and Regina Hall.. The film is slated for release on April 6, 2012.

Terrence J's business partner Fred recently tweeted:

Nicole Scherzinger DENIES Engagement+Nick Cannon Gets Some "Booty Wurk"

Sounds like Nicole Scherzinger needs to have a little sit-down with dad. Because she is denying the reports--that her father gave himself--that she and boyfriend of 4 years Lewis Hamilton are engaged. Deets on that, plus Nick Cannon working out his version of "Booty Wurk" inside....

After reports broke yesterday that "X-Factor" judge and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger got engaged to her racecar driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, she took to twitter to clear it up:

'Lewis and I woke up this morning and read we were engaged! Sorry to disappoint u all but its not true:)'

Interesting since her own father, Alfonso Valiente, spilled the beans in an interview.  Even gave details about how great of a guy lewis is and how they don't let their 7-year age difference get in the way of their relationship.  He said:

'You know about the proposal? Yes they are engaged.'

He then added: 'My future son-in-law is a really nice guy, really down-to-earth. My family all like him. The good spirit is there.'

'He is sincere and he and my daughter seem genuinely happy together, Lewis is a really good guy.'

'When they came to visit, we hired them a Jeep because he had never driven one before.'

'I have always seen them as a match. I don't think age matters when you have energy and a connection like they do.'

Hmmmm.  Something's off here.  But either way, Nicole and Lewis are just chillin' in L.A. for now.

TV FAB: VH1's "Single Ladies" Gets A Ring With Season 2!

There may be a large amount of folks who aren't fans of VH1's "Single Ladies," but I guess there's another large group who are. You'll be seeing a lot more of Stacey Dash and Lisa Raye as their scripted series has been renewed for a second season.  Get the deets inside....

 

"Single Ladies" starring  Stacey Dash, LisaRaye McCoy and Charity Shea has been a huge success for VH1 this season, drawing in tons of female viewers. As a result, the show has been greenlit a second season.

Airing alongside "Basketball Wives," the show averaged 2.8 million  viewers during its first run episodes making  VH1 the #1 cable channel with women on Monday nights.

“Our viewers have fallen for ‘Single Ladies’ and its honest, modern take on love, female friendship and dating,” said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President of Original Programming & Production, VH1.  "We’re extremely pleased to give the audience another great season of the series they love.”

When told about the renewal, creator Queen Latifah said,

“My partner Shakim and I are so excited that ‘Single Ladies’ has been received so well. We knew from the beginning this show was going to appeal to people everywhere; it’s funny, sexy and smart. We are so happy that we were able to join with VH1 to find such a great home for this incredible show.”

Fans can catch the season one finale on Monday, August 8 at 9pm ET/PT.

And the second season of “Single Ladies” is expected to begin filming in late 2011 and is slated for premiere in 2012.  I'm always happy for those getting a steady paycheck.  So congrats to the ladies...

 

CANDIDS: The Obamas Have Church, Soccer, & Ruby Bridges Meeting + Angela Simmons & Teairra Mari Play Hard

Photos of the Obama family attending Sunday Services have been released and we have them for you inside, along with a photo of President Obama meeting Ruby Bridges and a pic of the family's game night.  Plus, we have photos of Teairra Mari and Angela Simmons at Magic Mountain....

The first family was spotted walking to St. John’s Church yesterday for Sunday Services.

  

St. John's is a historic Episcopal church across the street from the White House.

 

 

And as they were leaving, President Obama shook hands with Reverend Luis Leon as he greeted first lady Michelle Obama and Malia and Sasha.

 

And earlier this weekend....

President Obama posed with Ruby Bridges and representatives of the Norman Rockwell Museum to view Rockwell’s "The Problem We All Live With,” which hangs in a West Wing hallway near the Oval Office. Ruby is the little girl portrayed in the iconic painting depicting her having to be escorted to her first day of "integrated school" in New Orleans.  She was a part of the first group of black students who integrated the "white" schools via a court order on November 14th, 1960.

 

 

 

And have you ever wondered what game night like at the White House?

The Obamas watched the World Cup soccer game final yesterday between the U.S. and Japan from the Treaty Room office in the White House. And it looks like they were eating healthy, of course, with shoes off and relaxing times.

 

And in Los Angeles......

Angela Simmons and her bff Emichi went to Magic Mountain with Teairra Mari this weekend.
