Halle Berry's Stalker Arrested On Her Property + Tami Roman's Daughter Remixes "Marvin's Room" + Foxy Brown's Charges Dropped

A man accused of stalking Halle Berry was arrested on her property yesterday after trepassing for a third time. Get the deets inside and hear Tami Roman's daughter Lady Jazz remix Drake's "Marvin's Room."  Also, find out about Foxy Brown's charges being dismissed.

Last night, LAPD arrested 27-year-old Richard Anthony Franco after actress Halle Berry identified him as the suspect who had been spotted on her property twice last weekend.

Richard was arrested in Halle's yard after he hopped a wall onto the property around 11pm last night.  Halle's personal security team captured Richard and held him until LAPD arrived.  He was booked on suspicion of felony stalking and remains in custody.  His bail is set at $150,000.
 

I'm glad they caught this guy.

 

In music news....

Tami Roman's daughter Lady Jazz, a budding rapper who has appeared on Basketball Wives with her mom, has released a remix to Drake's "Marvin's Room" called "Le Boudoir."

And finally, a judge in NYC dropped the charges this morning filed against Foxy Brown that said she violated a court order by mooning her neighbor.

State Supreme Court Justice John Walsh dismissed the case against Foxy, who had pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt.

Now it's time for Foxy to get back in the studio and stop with the b.s.

Hopefully, next time she passes the home of her neighbor/nemesis she will control herself.

Rihanna Rocks Out For Tornado Relief Concert In Alabama, Grabs Key To The City

Rihanna made a special tour stop in Birmingham, AL last night to put on a Tornado Relief concert for her fans.  We've got video of her serenading the crowd with "Sweet Home Alabama" and receiving the key to the city from the aMayor.

Rih offered tickets at a discounted rate for this special charity performance.  And her fans seemed to love it.

Beyonce Hits The Shoe Racks At Selfridges In London + Mathew Knowles Says He Never Stole Money From His Daughter

Fresh from a performance in Dublin, Beyonce was spotted shopping with Miss Tina at Selfridges in London.  See the pics inside....

 

Beyonce Knowles was spotted shopping in Selfridges with her entourage yesterday in a bright orange dress.

 

Bey looked at a few clothing racks and some high-heeled shoes with Miss Tina, but didn't try anything on.

Bey's bodyguard Julius and her personal assistant Ty Hunter joined her at the store.

She stayed at the store for about 30-minutes before leaving.
 

 

Also in Bey news..... Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles is attempting to clear his name and damaged reputation by showing that he never stole money from his daughter.

According to TMZ, Mathew Knowles was fired by Beyonce and replaced with a representative from Live Nation after Bey's law firm conducted an audit of her finances and most recent tour. They concluded that Mathew had indeed taken money.

But Mathew says this is a lie and he wants a judge to allow him to take depositions from people at Live Nation to discover where these lies may have originated from.

Hmmm......I'd nix the depositions and start with the man in the mirror Mathew....SMH.

In the mag, the Carol's Daughter spokeswoman talks about her obsession with shoes, appearing in Kanye West's Runaway film and what it feels like to wear million dollar underwear for Victoria's Secret.  The issue is on stands now.
 

 

In sports news....

 

LaLa Anthony was dubbed the "First Lady of The NBA" by the New York Times in a recent article celebrating she and husband Carmelo Anthony.  When the piece described them as an ambitious couple, comparing them to David and Victoria Beckham, LaLa chimed in

“I love Will Smith and Jada Pinkett.  You see the love, and you can see the support, and they partner on things and produce together. But she has a life, and he has a life.”

 

And the two have already made power moves as a couple.  Their Krossover Productions made the critically acclaimed Tyson documentary and also produced her reality show for VH1. 

But LaLa mainly expressed that she never wants to be known simply as a basketball wife.  She says she has her own interests and identity.  She sees her marriage to Carmelo as a partnership where they both can grown and pursue their dreams.  

 

 

And in movie news....

 

Jumping The Broom star Paula Patton confirms that she has been offered a role in the remake of Sparkle by producers Mara Brock Akil and Salim Akil. 

Though Paula has been mum about the particular role in the film she might play, I could see her starring as Sparkle.

Fabolous has been busy working on new material all summer and now we have pics taken during the shoot for his latest video for you inside.

Fabolous was spotted shooting the video for the "Pain" single recently in the Las Vegas desert.

The lush looking video was directed by Taj.  

 

 

Fabolous recently revealed to his Twitter followers the new tattoo of his son Johan that he put on his arm. 

 

And in other music news....

The lineup for the "I Heart Radio" festival was recently announced and it incudes an all-star lineup of Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez among others.  

The fest is billed as "the biggest live music event in radio history" and will take place on September 23 and 24 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Other acts on the bill are David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Kelly Clarkson and John Mayer. And if that isn't enough, organizers promise more acts will be added.

Rihanna continues to line her pockets by landing one lucrative endorsement deal after another.  This go round, she's been chosen to be the face of the latest campaigns for Armani Underwear and Armani jeans.  Get the deets inside...

 

Earlier today, Giorgio Armani announced that Rihanna will be the new global ambassador for Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans's autumn/winter 2011-12 campaign.

RiRi recently shot photos for the campaign in New York, which will be launched worldwide in September.

Congrats on your modeling gigs RiRi!  I guess your concert set isn't the only thing that's blazing this summer.
