Kelly Rowland Spotted At Heathrow + Beyonce's Producer Disses Miss Kelly On Twitter

"X-Factor" judge Kelly Rowland was spotted at Heathrow Airport yesterday.  See the pics of her inside and find out what one of Beyonce's producers said about her hit "Motivation."

Kelly Rowland was spotted at Heathrow Airport yesterday where the R&B starlet is making headline news as a judge on "X-Factor" in the UK. 

Also, eyebrows were raised recently when one of Beyonce's producers dissed Kelly's "Motivation" record via Twitter.

Jeff Bhasker, a Grammy-winning producer who's worked with Beyonce, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, recently tweeted,

“How can this kr song with the weakest beat and melody of all time be the #1 song on urban!? Oh yeah. Wayne.”

And he didn't stop there. He put out a second tweet saying,

“I just listened to Motivation again to see if I was to harsh in my critique. I wasn’t. The lyrics are horrid as well."

Well....he didn't exactly insult Kelly's singing.  It seems like his critiques insult the producer of "Motivation" more than Kelly.

But still...stans got upset that someone from Beyonce's side of the fence lashed out at Kelly. SMH...we need the behind-the-scenes folk to play nice.

Melissa first stirred up buzz when she appeared in a recent Old Navy ad and, due to a resemblance, some folks thought it was Kim K. at first.  And by resemblance we mean a tan, some bronzer, and some long dark wavy weave.

Kim, who is planning a wedding to NBAer Kris Humphries that will be taped for her reality show next month, says Old Navy "stole" her look and is mimicking her likeness, so she's suing to the tune of $15-$20 million since she claims her pockets have been hurt by this in this amount. 

Reports state:

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant -- claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.

We're told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike -- in an effort to gain even more publicity.

One of those tweets read, "@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?"

And it really doesn't help that Melissa is Reggie Bush's new girlfriend.  Of course there's a resemblance.  But was this Old Navy's purpose?  Something tells me Kim K.'s name was not on the project board at the big executive meeting to approve this ad.

So can J.Lo, Shakira, and any other chick Kim NOW looks like sue her as well?  Just asking so we can understand the logistics of this imaginary copy-cat-look law....

This is really ridiculous.  Girl....stop.

 

Chris Brown Is A Bad Neighbor?, Girlfriend Karrueche Nabs Modeling Gig

Chris Brown's neighbors are extra pissy these days.  They say he's taking over the block with his expensive cars and loud parties.  Meanwhile, his girlfriend Karrueche just landed a new modeling gig.

Breezy's neighbors aren't big fans of his.  He copped this $1.75 mill condo penthouse back in February in West Hollywood, and he's been pissing off the folks round him ever since.

According to TMZ, he's doing the most with the parties and all his luxe cars:

...the rapper is the neighbor from hell, parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways.

TMZ has obtained several pics of Brown's super-expensive rides ... clearly parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers. We're told Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city.

The building manager tells us everyone is fed up and they're now planning on towing Chris' cars if he dares park there again.

Chris' response?  He says the condo building is at fault because "the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped."

 

Meanwhile, his girlfriend Kae landed a new modeling gig.  She's rocking these new tees (above) for a company's advertisements.  Pretty.

New York City was buzzing with fabulous parties last night. Diddy, Clive Davis, Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys were at a Reebok launch while Iman and Veronica Webb attended an LVMH event.  See pics inside....

 

Last night, Alicia Keys joined Swizz Beatz as he and Reebok Classics presented the "Reethym Of Lite" Campaign at Espace. 

Alicia looked nice in her emerald green dress that matched her husband's jacket.

She posed with DJ Khaled at the party.

 

Busta Rhymes was spotted at the party.

Grady, Ty Autumn Rowe, Music Man and Alexandra Burke were there too.

Radio personality Angela Yee smiled for the camera.

During the party, Swizz encouraged guests to leave their signature.

And Teyana Taylor wore a headband made of rope.

Rihanna and her LOUD tour rolled into Nassau Collesium for the spokeswoman's NIVEA sponsored stop last night.  She hit the stage in her brightly colored sexy costumes to perform for her fans.  And she brought out a little treat for them as well.

Trey Songz Lands Role In "Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D" + T.D. Jakes Filming "The Seventh Day" + Toccara To Star In "The Ultimate Merger"

Trey Songz is set to make his big screen debut in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.  Get the deets inside and find out about the new tv and film projects of T.D. Jakes and Toccara.

 

Trey Songz will soon trade ripping off his shirt for ripping a chainsaw as the male lead The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D.

The film will tape in Shreveport, Louisiana and serves as Trey's big screen debut.

The flick centers around a group of teens who run into a family of cannibals in Texas.

Also, Trey is working on a new album that will be out this fall. I wonder will he also work on the soundtrack?

 

In other movie news....

After a successful run with "Jumping The Broom," T.D. Jakes has begun shooting his second independent film from the critically acclaimed Woman Thou Art Loosed brand entitled On the Seventh Day in New Orleans, LA.

The film, which stars Blair Underwood, Pam Grier, Sharon Leal and Nicole Beharie, takes its audience on a seven day journey inside the souls and secrets of a husband and wife, Kari and David Ames, as they race to find their missing daughter.

The film uses the eerie, yet peaceful and beautiful scenery of Louisiana’s bayous and the cities unique culture to depict a story that everyone can relate to, a story of a couples' transformation, strength and conviction.

Filming is set to wrap on August 6.

TV One is gearing up for the August 4th premiere episode of "The Ultimate Merger" Season 2 starring Toccara at 9pmET.

Dwight Eubanks Leaves "RHOA", Says There's Too Much "Buffoonery"

In today's foolywang, Dwight Eubanks has announced that he won't be returning to "RHOA" because he can't take the buffoonery.  Get the deets inside...  

Dwight Eubanks, whom we know of as NeNe Leakes former BFF and the new BFF of Phaedra Parks, has announced that he won't return to "RHOA." 

So what made him decide to "leave" a show he didn't have a contract with in the first place?  He said, 

“We can entertain you, but you still need to be educated. That’s what’s lacking in the television industry. It’s so much buffoonery and craziness out there. I just can’t do it. I refuse to do it.”

Hmm....he can't do it for moral reasons anymore?  Or, unless it lends itself to his own self-promotion. He added,

“It was very time-consuming and I only did the Real Housewives of Atlanta to promote [his Purple Door Salon] and out of three years, they have not yet shown what I really do. I’ve had a salon for over 25 years and they just refuse to show it. It does not make sense." 

So what's next for the man who's fed up with reality tv?  Well....reality tv.  Though he's fed up with "RHOA" he admitted that he is working on his own-reality show.

“They’re still trying to figure out what to do with me," he said about the company he's currently working with.

“You have to realize: I’m 50 years old. Therefore, it has to be something that makes sense and has substance.”

Chris Brown and Justin Bieber were spotted at an LA recording studio yesterday read to get to work. And Erykah Badu announced she is releasing a new mixtape under the alias DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown. Chris Brown and Justin Bieber were spotted heading into a recording studio together yesterday.  The two singers worked together on Chris' "Next 2 You" single from the F.A.M.E. album and it looks like they are working on something new now.

Also, Chris has still been getting backlash for using a gay slur a while back.  He recently tweeted: 

“I love my fans( all of em) black, white, etc... gay or straight. Their hatred will continue to make us STRONGER!”

 

Erykah Badu has announced that she is producing a mixtape, set for release this month, that will “melt any DJ’s face off.”

But don't look for the project under her own name, she's going to use her alias DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown.  During her live shows, concert goers often get a taste of DJ Brown when Ms. Badu hops on the 1's and 2's.

By the way, Ms. Badu is on the Rock The Bells Tour (starting in L.A. on August 20) where she will be performing her classic album Baduizm in its entirety.

Erica Campbell (shown here with GMA's Robin Roberts and Tina Campbell as they performed on the show this week) has announced that she and her husband songwriter/producer Warryn Campbell are expecting their third child.

With Mary Mary riding high on the charts off the released of their sixth studio album Something Big, Erica and Warryn released a statement saying,

"We're grateful for all of our blessings, but this is the biggest of all. We have two incredible children and can't wait to see what our newest bundle of joy will be like!”

Beyonce's covering the brand new issue of Complex magazine.  And it seems she's opening up more and more as each interview unfolds.  She no longer has Pappy Knowles yanking the reigns of what she can and can't say.  So she's been dishing in detail about making a distinction between her and Rihanna, being proud of her own throne, her utter admiration for her husband, and why she's confident in the new sound she's bringing to R&B.

We picked out the highlights of Beyonce's full cover story from Complex magazine.  She made clear she doesn't think she's perfect, and she's giving you a bit more of what she really thinks and feels about turning 30 and everything careerwise and personal that comes with that.

I am very comfortable in the throne I’ve been building for the past 15 years.”

“Jay’s music is more than music. His lyrics have fathered generations.  All that he has overcome gives millions so much hope. There are moments when I see his lips moving and I can see lyrics floating above his head and I think, ‘Wow! How did I get so lucky to be able to witness this level of genius so closely?’”

How she deals with bad days

“I only allow myself one day to feel sorry for myself. People who complain really get on my nerves. When I’m not feeling my best I ask myself, ‘What are you gonna do about it?’ I use the negativity to fuel the transformation into a better me.”

On why she went with this new ecelctic sound for 4

Figuring out a way to get R&B back on the radio is challenging.  Everything sounds the same on the radio. With 4 I tried to mix R&B from the ’70s and the ’90s with rock ‘n’ roll and a lot of horns to create something new and exciting. I wanted musical changes, bridges, vibrata, live instrumentation, and classic songwriting.”
