It seems like Katherine Schwarzenegger is ready to forgive her father after just a couple of weeks of this heated mess he's gotten himself into. Katherine tweeted these as she was about to bounce from El Lay at the airport:
Apparently she's super close to bother her parents, so it's probably very difficult for her regardless of her move towards healing the relationship. Those words of wisdom seem to be helping! We respect her willingness to want to start to mend the relationship with her father, but we're not sure if enough time has passed for it to be a real, healthy new start. We aren't saying it could never happen — it all depends on what Arnold does with this experience and if it's the catalyst he needs to change his ways. We wish her and the family the best, but we've gotta see the turn-around from Arnold before we can totally agree with full forgiveness! Holy shiz! We guess he has some serious legal standing! As we reported, award-winning tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill, who is responsible for the design inked on Mike Tyson's face, recently filed a lawsuit against Warner Brothers for depicting a similar tattoo on Ed Helm's character in the upcoming Hangover, Part II, claiming that he was never asked permission for its usage. Well, it looks like the case is moving forward, and if the judge rules in his favor, it would effectively block the much-anticipated sequel from being released! Warner Brothers has responded to the suit in a brief to Judge Catherine D. Perry, claiming that a delay in releasing the film would incur massive costs, and asserting that Whithill charges are just a 'radical claim that he is entitled, under the Copyright Act, to control the use of a tattoo that he created on the face of another human being' and that the film's usage of the design falls under 'fair use' because Tyson and his ink are well-known in pop culture. We're not going to lie, this case really does raise a lot of fascinating questions about intellectual property law! But we hope that they can reach some sort of resolution - and fast! Oh boy. This is just…sad. A woman has come forward to claim that in the 70s, she had a sexual relationship with the late Michael Jackson that resulted in her contracting herpes. She is now suing the estate for $10 million as she claims contracting the STD has ruined her life. STD's tend to do that…but let's consider the "evidence," shall we? This woman, Shellie Smith, has no real proof that MJ gave her the disease, nor any proof that even had sex together. She's confessed, however, that she most certainly contracted the disease from Jackson since he was the only partner she ever had. …WHAT?! Are you telling us you haven't had sex in 40 years? We think you've got bigger problems than just a cold sore, honey!!! Oh, BTW - it might interest you to know that this isn't the first time Shellie's tried to sucker money out of the estate. In 2010, she claimed that she was secretly married to MJ for years and was entitled to spousal support. Yeah, no one bought that story, just like no one is buying this one. [Image via WENN.] |

Who? Huh? Really? For those of you who are not familiar, this is Tulisa. Tuli (as we are going to refer to her) is part of the girl group N-Dubz, but now has been snatched up to one of the new judges on the UK version of The X Factor. Geez! Was there literally no one else interested in the job or are you guys penny-pinching to afford Cheryl Cole's salary stateside??? No doubt Kelly Rowland and Gary Barlow will be nothing but nice to her, but what will the rest of Britain think of the girl who's replacing the beloved Dannii Minogue??? She certainly wouldn't have been our first choice…or second, third, fourth, nineteenth, forty-seventh…. Thoughts, Brits? Are U happy with their choice for the third judge??? [Image via WENN.] |

Posted: 23 May 2011 11:40 AM PDT Anyone who wants to find a better SNL from this season is welcome to try, but the numbers don't lie and we think its safe to say that not since Betty White "liked" her way into hosting has there been a better episode! According to the overnights, the season finale of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Justin Timberlake and musical guest Lady GaGa, was the most watched finale of SNL in seven years! The show averaged a 7.0 rating with adults 18-49, numbers that were only matched by the Olsen Twins and J-Kwon from the show's 2004 season finale. It was the clear #1 telecast of the night, blowing all the other networks out of the water and it marks the fourth consecutive year that SNL has topped itself in the season finale ratings! Bravo! Brava! It was definitely worth tuning in for! Justin and GaGa made sure of that! Gettin' in big trouble in the Big Easy! Two years ago, rapper B.G., formally in the band Hot Boyz, was arrested in New Orleans when police found three firearms in his car, two of which had been reported stolen. On Thursday, he was finally indicated on the charges of illegal weapons possession and conspiracy, both of which he pleaded not guilty to. He now faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the weapons charge, and up to 20 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine for the conspiracy charge. Hope you have yourself a very good lawyer…or a real love of orange jumpsuits. |

Well, helloooooo, Harry Potter! On Friday, Daniel Radcliffe was on hand for the Drama League Awards ceremony and luncheon at the Marriot Marquis in New York. Dapper DanRad presented the award for Distinguished Production of a Musical, looking exceptionally handsome and not at all peeved that he didn't receive a nomination. We kid, we kid. He's got to clock a few more hours on the Great White Way before that happens. Still, he has promise…and he's such a little stud! What needs to happen now is that after Business is over, he needs to star in a new movie that requires him to bulk up a little bit. Then, UGH, he'll be unstoppable!!! Loves him!!! [Image via WENN.] |

No, no. Not Angela Martini. She "missed her flight." But no worries - there was another pageant beauty on hand to take her place at the side of Kanye West. Last night, Ye was spotted with with Miss Europe 2005 Shermine Shahrivar at the after-party for amfAR's "Cinema Against AIDS" fund-raiser at the Cannes Film Festival. The pair actually were spotted together earlier on in the week at the Cannes club restaurant Baoli, but last night, they got a bit more cozy with one another. Sources reveal that Ye seemed to be avoiding the Iranian model for the better part of the evening, but finally, the two met up poolside in a VIP area and found a couch to nestle in all by themselves. They left "hand in hand," around 2:30 a.m. And where did they go we wonder?! LOLZ! One guess is all we need! Check out the gallery (below) to see more hot shots of the pair in Cannes!
